Place was simple and clean straightforward

You are across the street from a great market that has everything and a short walk/ride to anywhere Seattle. Be aware if you’re a light sleeper the shades don’t close and you are located on the street side of a couple main streets. The location has character and it met all of our 3 day Seattle adventure needs. The property gets a Thumbs up from this couple!

Melanie was so friendly and accommodating! The location was PERFECT for our stay in Seattle and allowed us to walk everywhere! Highly recommend those looking for a safe, charming, convenient location!

Great place to stay. Very near Seattle Center, and near the Space Needle. Very comfortable, easy to get all sorts of places/neighborhoods around the city.

Clean and reliable place to stay. We really appreciate having so much space, big windows, a desk dining table for working on our laptops, and a full kitchen. The building is older so there's definitely quirks, but we continue booking our stays here. Appreciate the secure entrance. Metropolitan market right across the street is great for their hot bar, coffee, groceries, etc. Great restaurants nearby. Host is very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had. The room we were assigned this trip was facing Mercer and it was very noisy outside at night, previous time our room was facing the other direction and we didn't hear anything. Will be back. The only thing to be cautious of is parking around the building is not easy, we couldn't find a 24hr garage. I suggest street parking that you can pay for via app.

It was a little noisy, however, nothing I didn't expect for an inner-city location.

I felt very safe with the gated outside of the building and the security process of getting into the property. It’s a cute older building and the room was perfect for myself. The street is a little noisy during the day, but it settles down at night and the windows need to be open as it gets a little stuffy inside. There is a wonderful market across the street where you can find anything and plenty of little restaurants around. I would definitely stay there again because I was able to relax and even take a nap during the day!

Clean, convenient. Melanie kept in touch regarding access to the unit, etc. close to Seattle Center, nice grocery store across the street, friendly coffee shop on the corner. It is on a main street and is loud, making sleep difficult.

Comfortable quiet stay!

Really conveniently located, especially for CPA. Host is extremely kind, easily to communicate with, and helpful! Had a wonderful experience and would stay here again! :)

super cute, old building, great space

It was so convenient to Seattle Center and the bus stop for everywhere else! The gated courtyard made me feel safer. It was clean and had what I needed. It was also nice to be able to watch Netflix without having to remember a password. I’m so appreciative of the convenience of the early check-in! Some observations: the blinds are good, but they do not make it completely dark; it is easy to hear sounds from outside, but they weren’t loud enough to be a problem except the trash truck; better spoons would be nice. Really, that’s all I’ve got!

This is the perfect location if you are going to an event at Climate Pledge Arena. Easy to walk to with really good restaurants nearby. It’s also easy to get to Pike’s Market and downtown via the monorail or on foot if you’re willing to walk a little bit. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay in this property was fantastic, walking distance to all we wanted to do while here (hockey game, space needle, pikes market (longer hike but doable), bars, and restaurants). Right across the street from a very nice market and drug store. Pickups for tours and ubers quick and easy as well from this location. We had a wonderful stay!

Great location for experiencing the city of Seattle. Several walkable tourist spots, market right across the street, close to everything.

It is a gated property. It was exactly as listed. I was not bothered by other apartment noises. There were some street noises, but it is the city. The place was clean. It was within walking distance to all that I had planned. The communication with the contact person, Melanie, was superior. My questions were answered swiftly, and concerns were addressed promptly. The people I met in the hall were friendly. I would stay here again.

Came for work at the Seattle Center. Super convenient

Unit was clean and comfortable. Being an older building, does not have A/C but there were plenty of fans to keep it comfortable. The manager was great! She found and corrected an invoicing error. Only negative was, with the windows open, the noise from garage trucks going to the adjacent property one morning.

It’s exactly as listed, very walkable and so close to a lot of very interesting and fun establishments!

I chose this apartment over the overpriced hotels in the district and I couldn’t have been happier. Check in was a breeze and it was awesome to have a full kitchen. The blackout curtains in the bedroom were a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.

Great old building! Nice furnishings and an excellent location if your going to events at Seattle center. Close to everything, the only downside was the amount of homeless people around the area (but it's Seattle so it's to be expected)

URBAN AREA, CLOSE TO SEATTLE CENTER, MONORAIL AND WATER. THREE GROCERY STORES WITHIN 4 BLOCKS. ONE BLOCK FROM BASE OF QUEEN ANN HILL. GOOD LOCATION.

Great place to stay when Phish plays Climate Pledge Arena!

We moved in hotel next door after 1 night. Heat was unbearable. Smell horrible, probably cleaners. Very hard mattress and very flimsy pillows. And not even partial refund.

The studio space is simple, but it was all we needed for our week-long stay in Seattle. Everything was clean, and you can't beat the location. We also liked that there was a desk so that we could work remotely.

Booked for a long stay, and the property was very clean and comfortable. The whole process couldn’t have been easier. Thank you!
