Very unique small house, very clean, where we felt very welcome through many little details (like water bottles in the fridge) and perfect amenities!

We really enjoyed staying here. It had everything we needed, clean, comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed the outdoor space as well. We would definitely stay here again.

The views were absolutely breathtaking. The cottage was everything we expected and more. We truly did not want to leave.

Amazing water views, perfect little place for a couple to have a getaway trip. Would for sure go back! Property owners were quick to respond to any and everything we had to ask!

I would consider putting a rack somewhere to hang clothes on.

The online pictures were deceptive. Bed looked to be a king but was only a double. There were gnats on the walls, floor, and bed in the upper bedroom. Our son had to sleep on the sleeper sofa. The kitchen had no measuring spoons or cups. There was no dishwasher or washer and dryer. Also the steps down to the water were very steep, uneven, and overgrown with weeds. There were no blinds on the windows next to the pullout sofa so the morning glare woke my son. We won't be staying here again and it was very disappointing to know we had to pay the high rental fee for what we received.

I love that house, I'll be back but during off season. Boat traffic made it difficult for me to sit outside, but that's just me. The place is amazing.

This is a great property! We enjoyed so many things about it....the view, the location, the peace & quiet, the coziness--it was all amazing! My husband took the boat and we spent mornings and evenings fishing. It was so quick and easy to get to the boat ramp. We also enjoyed just sitting on the patio and relaxing while watching the river. Had some good steaks and hot dogs from the grill and picked up a quick meal from the nearby cafe. One afternoon, we took a drive into Tennesse to see the Shilo Battleground and found Hagy's Catfish Hotel nearby for some great food! Viviane was super nice and easy to work with. We could not ask for a better stay and hope we can come back!

We had a great time! We loved the location and the views! The property was exactly as described. we also read the reviews before booking so we knew about what to expect… if you missed some reviews you may want to know it is secluded (perfect!) away from town (perfect!) you may want to grab your groceries etc before getting there! Also - note there is no closet space (kind of a bummer) and you are the dish washer (which is also fine with me!) the only thing that wasn’t great for us is that we came for fishing … with our boat. Just know - it is not a good place for a boat. There is no turn around area once you enter the drive way so we backed down the drive way with the boat every time. But it worked out and the boat ramp is extremely close! Overall it was fantastic. Small and cozy cabin and I loved the stairs going to the water!! We stayed 4 nights and would have loved to stay longer!

Beautiful location on the river. Cabin was very clean and modern. Lovely views all day. Could not have asked for better accommodations.

My husband and I celebrated his 68th birthday, the location was perfect for fishing and the views were stunning. Very comfortable and we felt right at home. At 68, the stairs to the water were challenging but were handy With the boat docked close. We hoped to return in the fall

Short but sweet trip

Couldn't ask for a better weekend. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed everything. Looking forward to returning soon

The property was great and the owners were so kind and responsive to my inquiries. If the second bedroom is required, people with difficulty on stairs should take note. We managed fine [over 70 and healthy] Property is very private and not in the hustle and bustle of a nearby town. Our trip was to bring my 98 year old father to see his old camping and fishing grounds at Pickwick Dam. He had a wonderful visit. We would definitely stay again.

This is a fantastic little A-frame cabin! Exactly what we expected and room for a couple kids if needed. GPS took us right to the driveway. The view is almost due North leaving an amazing East/West shot of the Sunrise & Sunset straight up & down the river. The new deck & stairs down to the water are a great addition. This will be very cool for summer visitors that may have a boat, and regardless it's a perfect spot to fish from or sit at the water. Cell service was good and the Tv/Internet worked fine with no issue. It's only about 30min. back into town (Florence) for roaming and some great places to eat. The cabin itself and neighborhood is very low-key and as peaceful as it gets. We had a wonderful trip. We'll definitely be back. Thanks for a great weekend. RT

This property was awesome! Perfect for a weekend getaway. Despite of the having bad weather and losing power it was still a great stay. Owners are very responsive - even called to give us s heads up about the storm coming and checked on us after. Very peaceful. Definitely will be back

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much! The view was beautiful, the cabin was the perfect size for us, and it was so cozy. I was able to get a lot of pictures of the sunrise and just the landscape in general. We also got to see an eagle flying nearby right after we arrived. It was a really nice weekend getaway.

The views were absolutely stunning. Great place to escape from the rat race. You must sit on the patio to watch the sunrise and sunset. Property owner was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Great cabin with a dock, and fantastic views of the lake situated in a quiet location. The views of the sky and the moon were memorable. We loved the glowing gas heater which make the cabin feel warm and cozy in the fall and winter.

The most gorgeous property with breathtaking views! We an issue with the toilet but it was promptly handled by the owner.

Very happy with my stay at the lakeshore, the views and surrounding area are beautiful. Went hiking every day and was happy to be back and enjoy sitting on the deck. One morning the clouds were fleeing the sun over the lake surface and that was a magical sight.

This is the ideal property for unwinding and appreciation of nature. Bald Eagles were flying each morning and afternoon! The A-frame was equipped with everything you might need for your stay. Vivian was very attentive and was grateful for the time I spent there. I’ll be back!

Perfect place to getaway from the crazy city life. With a fire going and stars shining bright it was almost like the stress had completely dissolved. Beautiful golf course with in 45ish min, amazing views for riding our bikes and a view of the river from sun up to sun down that you literally can’t get anywhere else. Fishing and relaxing on our private dock, Yes please! Words to remember you will be in a very small(dry county) so make sure to stop or look up before hand on wine and groceries. This will be a shocker when your used to everything being close and then finding out now it’s a 30 min plus drive for coffee creamer and hotdogs. Again totally worth it though! Pre plan your food and beverages and your be great! We will definitely book again!!!

We loved the A frame overlooking the water. It was the perfect place to spend the holiday weekend.
