We loved this home more than any we’ve stayed at yet! Super clean, awesome main kitchen, great floor plan, great TVs with entertainment options, AWESOME POOL AND GAME ROOM, 30 sec walk to a beautiful beach and great views from all rooms! We will be booking this property again for next year!

One of the best venues our family has rented. The uncrowded beautiful beach is literally steps away and everything you need is close (there were not many amenities on site and pots and pans could be updated). The private pool and game room were a big hit and nice house layout for privacy. The views from the balconies were worth the climb. Host communication was good and a quick response to a call about a grill problem (new grill). Construction in the area but they worked reasonable hours. We would definitely stay there again.

I’ve been coming to Destin every August since 2012, and this is by far the coolest house I’ve stayed at. Spacious living spaces, plenty of bedrooms, the pool stayed pretty chilled the whole time which felt so refreshing after the beach. The pool table/bar area was great for games, music, and hanging out. My newlywed daughter stayed in the guest house with husband and a good friend, and they appreciated the additional living quarters space away from primary group. Access to the beach was steps away down the boardwalk. A huge plus was the Dollar General and Alvins Island store was walking distance! The roof top terrace was great for morning and evening ocean views and hanging out. The guys are big into golf and there are several courses in close vicinity. They even used the house’s putting green down by the bar area quite a bit! We really did have a great time and made use of the whole house. Just a couple things I’m sure you guys can replenish before nexts guests arrive would be: There were no pot holders or bbq utensils. The kitchen could use a couple more kitchen towels. Most the TVs weren’t connected to Cox/Linxsys WiFi system, I’m sure guests mess with all this stuff but it definitely seems the A/V tech guy needs to come refresh connections. Also WiFi network name and password are default on the back of the modem, not the custom one stated on house info sheet which tech guy can fix too. Otherwise, all was great here!!! We will come back again for sure!

Was perfect for our group. Each family had their own floor and was more than enough room to spread out. Would definitely stay again and recommend it highly!

It was nothing short of awesome! The property was clean with beautiful decor throughout the house. It was conveniently located near the beach which made our stay even better. The ONLY downside to the property was the stairs (no elevator) but everything else was very nice and spacious for what we needed it for (our 1st year wedding anniversary). The pictures provided doesn't give the property any justice. I would definitely recommend. :)

We had great experience at Off The Hook! The house is Beautiful and very well decorated! Beds were comfy! Access to the Beach is Awesome! Right out your door and over the dunes you are there! Location to grocery store, Dollar store, restaurants, and the outlet mall can’t be beat!! The only thing I can complain about is the lack of Kitchen supply’s there is no crock pot there is only 1 cheap coffee pot in main kitchen. Finally found blender on last day in down stairs kitchenette. Had to go buy a pot for shrimp boil because there was nothing large, for a house that is suppose to sleep that many needs more! Dishes and silverware are fine! Need instructions on how to work TV’s! Internet was down so cable guy was there 5 hours one day. But overall the 6 adults and 4 kids we had loved it! Would love to stay again but I think price is going out of our budget!
