The pool and the tennis court! And the four poster was like a cloud. The room with the smallest beds were a bit lumpy though . The bathroom was nice . The shutters were lovely

Fire alarm in the kitchen coupled with a toaster that was set too high and a broken extraction fan made for a noisy Sunday morning! ( sorry neighbours!) The beds in the bedroom closest to the kitchen were a bit lumpy.

It was lovely the photo's don't do it justice. The beds were so comfortable, unusual in a holiday letting. In a great area, so much to do and see, we loved it and will definitely be back.

Nothing to dislike

Great for visiting the RSPB reserve at Minsmere. A very pleasant, quiet, rural location.

The only small improvement I can suggest is more overhead lighting in the lounge area, which was a bit dim in the evening.

Location was great and very quiet. Clean bedding and towels. Most places are accessible by car and manage to go Dunwuch Heath Beach which was awesome, Africa Live Zoo and Alderburgh maximum of 25 mins drive.

When we walked in the place smelt awful and we had to spray perfum. The main Bed was held up by books, it wasn’t the cleanest of the place, we had to wash plates, pots and cutlery before we could use them. The drainer was absolutely disgusting it didn’t actually look safe to put your plates on it after you washed them. The cooking utensils need binning and replacing with new to meet health and safety, you would not use them on animals. The kettle was disgusting and covered in limescale considering how much we paid for the week they could have purchased a usable kettle for £10, we had to use a pot to boil water. The toast had not even been cleaned and left on the shelves with crumbs. The extractor fan on the cooker looks like it had never been cleaner and completely covered in oil. Furthermore the was spider webs in the whole of the place however kitchen been the worst, there was even spider web in the bathroom at the bottom of towel dryer. Washing machine needed a good wipe, I don’t mind using old item but cleanliness is so important. The washing machine soap drawl was completely brown and looks like it’s never been cleaned since purchased. There was huge amount limescale on the side of the shower the place just lacks good maintenance. Also the walls are so thin every morning we were woken up by next door neighbors, bring your ear plugs!! We had issues with internet but at least that was sorted out quite quickly. I know business are capitalising on staycation however this place is ripping people off. I don’t mind paying over the odds if the basics are there. This place looks great on pictures but it’s an absolute rip off and I would like my money back. ☹️☹️☹️☹️
