This was the best rental we’ve ever stayed in, the owners really thought of everything you could need. Definitely a home away from home, we loved all the beach toys and chairs, and it was so nice to have games to play inside when it rained. We will absolutely be back, thank you so much to the hosts for such a great stay!

Property was as described and the unit was in good repair, as per all the good reviews. Great location in central Florida, near enough for all the activities, but still a small beach town feel. No worries.

So I normally do not put much effort into reviews...(just the stars) but for this stay, I MUST give full details. (long...but worth the read).
We have visited New Smyrna Beach multiple times over the years since we have family in Edgewater. We love it here and look forward to coming back yearly for spring break with our children. This year we decided to do a week long vacation during the summer season since our local beaches have extremely high rates.
When I say this place was perfect, IT WAS PERFECT! I have never stayed in a VRBO that had everything you would need for your stay. Kitchen is FULLY equipped/stocked. Appliances are up to date. Beds are super conformable. Bathrooms are clean and updated as well.
This beach is awesome because you can drive on it (cuts out dragging bags/carts/beach toys up/down stairs). Access to the beach via car is 2 left turns out of the parking lot...maybe 2 blocks total. So convenient! We would pull the truck around at about 830 every morning to get our spot right in front of our building. The pool is nice as well. Grills are also available (which we took advantage of). Also, ice cream/tacos are walkable across the street.
If there were any negatives, it has nothing to do with the owner of the condo. 1) no ramp if you did want to pull a buggy to the beach..(only stairs). 2) whatever those bugs are at night, they are a pain.be sure to pack spray. 3) bring quarters..the dryers take 2 cycles.

The condo was clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The beds were very comfortable. Communication with the host was very quick. It was wonderful to have the beach and the pool so close. It was so nice to have beach chairs and beach towels provided for swimming pool and beach fun. We Definitely want to return someday.

We loved the place. Convenient to Izzy’s with the best tacos and sundaes and the beach! So comfortable and lots of extras from children’s toys to a beautiful balcony where you can watch the ocean. Probably my favorite of my stays at New Smyrna beach to date and we’ve been several times.

I had an amazing experience staying at Kathleen’s condo, from the initial booking which was my first time on VRBO. She was very responsive and an excellent host. her spacious condo was very clean and fully equipped with anything you could possibly need. Thanks for for an amazing vacation!

Kathleen really thought of everything and everyone. We needed a relaxing weekend and being able to have beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and pretty much anything else I could need WITH access to a beautiful beach and pool at my fingertips was everything. My three year old is still asking me when we are going back to “our condo.” Also, the bed is VERY comfy.

The owner is very friendly and quick to reply. The location is right on the beach with a pool view and even a side view of the ocean. The condo is spacious, well stocked with items for the beach, and right near the stairs, which was so great!

My family and I loved this property! Quiet, clean had everything you could need for a relaxing comfortable beach vacation. The host thought of everything! The beach is one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve seen. Izzy’s Taco and ice cream across the street is sooo good. And we loved A Touch of Italy a couple miles down the road. We would love to come back!!!

Immaculately clean, everything you could want was available, and then some. Very accommodating property mgr. Great pool, just steps from the ocean. As a senior I greatly appreciated the compact sand, very easy to walk on. Lovely area of Florida. Absolutely nothing negative to say.

This is home away from home. We were provided everything we needed to be at the beach and even more. They kids enjoyed the popcorn provided for them.

NSB is one of our favorite places; been visiting for years. This was our first time at this specific complex and condo. The condo is gorgeous and had pretty much anything we needed and more. Really appreciated that we didn’t have to purchase a throw away cooler this year as they had one to borrow. There were a few issues with previous renter leaving food/mess that wasn’t cleaned up upon our arrival. Beyond that everything was perfect and we had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend!!

We have never had the responsiveness with our host/hostess as we did with Kathleen at this property. She is just wonderful. When I messaged her, Kathleen’s responsive was almost immediate.
The property is immaculate and even better than the photos - and is the most stocked of any we have stayed at before. It seems whatever we needed, it is there. The bed is extremely comfortable as are the couches (these are first class).
It is very peaceful and quiet while we were in the condo and even sitting outside on the balcony. You are only a few steps from the beach and within 50 feet or so from the private beach (no autos). It is terrific that it is an end unit.
We highly recommend this beautiful property and have already told family and friends about it and we will definitely stay here again.

Location was great. The pool was relaxing, and clean. The rental has quick access to the beach. The rental was very spacious, with so many great things to use. The owner is extremely sweet, and answers all of your questions in a timely manner. We'd definitely rent again, it was a great place.

Wow! We sure did have a great time. What a beautiful and spacious rental. Everything about the condo was awesome. There really is so much space. Even with 5 people we never felt “on top” of each other. We had an issue with the A/C not working to full capacity. The problem was resolved almost immediately and communication with the host was so quick. We had the best time and can’t wait to return. We love NSB and go often. I think we found our go to spot! Thanks for everything.

Nice remodeled condo.
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was well stocked with any cleaning supplies you would need. Beach chairs and umbrellas.
Just one complaint. The rim under the kitchen sink was not clean and around the faucet.

Beautiful and great location
This property has everything one needs for a fabulous vacation! It’s clean and fully stocked with all your essential needs. Kathleen was easy to reach and took care of anything we needed if arisen. We love the location. This condo is located on the drive on portion of the beach but it takes less than a minute to walk to the non drive portion if preferred. The beds are comfortable and the unit has plenty of seating space. We will return!!

great location for New Smyrna Beach vacation
really nice place. has just about everything you need. plenty of space. balcony overlooks the pool area. you can catch a glimpse of the beach from the balcony. very short walk to the beach (take elevator or stairs to the ground floor, walk past the pool area, open the gate, there it is). we had a great time.

Excellent vacation!
We had a great stay at Kathleen's condo. It was very clean and we loved how it was just a short walk to the beach. We have 3 small kids and they keep asking to go back. The location was perfect! We go to New Smyrna twice a year and we will definitely book this condo again.

This is our second trip to this property and working with Dena and we couldn't be happier with our experience! Plenty of fun beach items so you don't have to haul your own beach toys in, every amenity you can think of and one of the best property owners I've ever worked with!

Above and Beyond
This was our first trip to NSB. From start to finish the owner made this easy and enjoyable experience. The unit is far roomier than most two bedroom units we have stayed. We could hear and see the ocean from the patio. Everything was clean and ready. The ownee really goes above and beyond to make sure everything you need and then some is available. Highly recommend!

We have been coming to PDL Towers for over 20 years and this has to be one of our most favorite units. Everything was so well maintained, clean, and just like being home. We loved this unit.

Will definitely be back!
First time back to NSB since I was a teenager. We were tired of the crowds and craziness of PCB or Daytona, so we decided to take a chance and bring the kids here. I am so glad we did! The condo is beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. Very clean and so well furnished. Kitchen is well furnished to cook if you wish and there was even a coffee maker for K-cups, so that was a big plus! Everything you need to load up for a day at the beach from chairs to towels or toys and boogie boards. The complex is very quiet and conveniently located. Easy access to the beach. The owner was on top of everything and texted us on the way down to tell us that the condo was ready for us. Check in and out was a breeze. They even went out of their way to make sure we knew there was a rocket launch at Cape Canaveral while we were there to be sure we didn’t miss it. We actually drove over to Kennedy Space Center, which was less than an hour away and were able to see it in person. I can’t recommend this condo enough and we definitely plan to visit again! Thanks so much for opening your condo to our family!
