Very cute, clean and comfortable house. Carport fit all of our motorcycles, and the back patio and yard were nice for hanging out after rides. Love the Cottonwood area, would definitely recommend the house if you're spending a few days there.

All as advertized and a great location! We loved this cozy home and outdoor space. Thanks so much for the super easy check in and initial home set up. The kitchen/house was well stocked with implements/other needs and we loved the electric fireplace. There is so much to do in the area that we barely scratched the surface. If you love great wine, great food, beautiful scenery, great art, great music, interesting local history, and friendly people, this is the place for you!

This was one of the best houses we've stayed in! It's a great little town with good restaurants, great shops in Old Town Cottonwood, and away from the frantic pace of Sedona. The house was so comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood, The kitchen was very well equipped with spices, olive oil, coffee and lots of dishes, pots and pans. Everything we needed to cook with. The beds were comfortable, the home nicely decorated and best of all--the outdoor patio!!The TV has Sling, so lots of options to kick back in the evenings and watch TV. The back yard was lovely and I spent a lot to time out there. There are good hiking trails around and it's a easy drive to Sedona, Montezuma's Castle and Montezuma's Well National Monuments. Also don't miss Tuzigoot National Monument, and the mining town of Jerome up on the mountain above the town. So much to do in this area. We will definitely stay again when we're in the area.

The place was lovely. A tv in the master bedroom would have been ideal. Location was scary when entering the surrounding area. Kitchen was fully equipped, loved it.

We had a great time. Access was simple, the property was clean and beautifully furnished. Everything you could need was provided. We will definately stay there again.

My husband and I with our two teenagers and my husband’s brother door, we’re exploring the Sedona area and found this little treasure of a spot to stay in Cottonwood. We all thoroughly enjoyed both Cottonwood and Sedona! The place was super clean and conveniently, located to downtown cottonwood, as well as to Sedona where we did a lot of hiking, and exploring on ATVs!! The house had all the amenities we needed, and was very economical and super super clean!! Loved our stay!

We really liked the home. Planning on renting it again next year. I would suggest anyone staying there to check out the info/manual book they have there. The 3 way dimmer light switches in the hall can be confusing. The home was very well stocked with cooking supplies, etc.

Nice, well equipped house in great little town of Cottonwood. Very convenient to Sedona and other north-central Arizona attractions.

The house has everything we needed. Clean and well stocked. Nice set up! Very beautiful southwest theme decorations. Glad to of stayed here!

We enjoyed our long weekend here, though the nearby Verde Valley Fair noise was a surprise. The backyard was perfect for dining and hanging out. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.

We loved it!

The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. Older house that has been fixed up nicely. It however was always in was always cold in the house and you were instructed not to turn the heat above 72 degrees. We had an issue with the door lock upon arrival, you have to make sure you push the right button after entering the code. :(

The blinds are not at all room darkening

The VRBO pictures are absolutely an accurate depiction of this property. Cottonwood is in close proximity to Jerome which was an extremely pleasant surprise, and of course to Sedona. The fenced yard for a dog and the perfectly clean home made for a great stay.

The location is central enough to explore Cottonwood Jerome and Sedona . The house is quaint and the beds are comfy . Communication was so helpful, easy check in. We definitely enjoyed our time . Only reason we couldn’t give all big smiles is the window treatments. They don’t give full privacy at night and the morning light comes right in. Would suggest faux wood blinds or roller shades be added for future visitors .

Really great charming house. The backyard was great for our dogs, really nicely protected so they couldn't get out. The kitchen had every pot/pan/utensil you needed for cooking. The location is great, close to downtown Cottonwood.

We had a cross country trip with our 11 1/2 year old golden. It was a great place to stay for a week before moving into our new home for him to recuperate.

FYI-the skylights leak as does the kitchen fixture-dangerous

The property was nice but there were items that were not fully clean. We found items under the bed (such as an orthodontic retainer), dust balls in corners, etc. AS above, the backyard was messy and created an unsightly view . ******Property Manager Response: Hi Daniela! Comfortable and low-key house in a convenient location, close to stores, restaurants. Close to Jerome, Village of Oak Creek and Sedona.

I came out to Arizona for mountain biking trip and rented a place through Vrbo. The location worked for us quite well and so much better than hotel lodging. The property was well kept and all amenities were covered. We plan to come back and will probably stay in the same place.
