The room was comfortable and it wasn't overly strong cleanser smelling which I really appreciated.

The sounds from surrounding rooms/people were a bit intrusive.

The most lovely plants, the restaurant was old school but the food was perfect. Great seafood. Our room was great for the price and would have paid more. Great experience.

The picture of the room online is not at all what ANY of the rooms look like. The motel is basically a grouping of 15‘ x 30‘ storage sheds that have been split in half and have a room and a bath on each end. The black mold in the shower, and on the ceiling of the bathroom was a real plus. Don’t look for outlets because there aren’t any. We were not expecting The Four Seasons, but our dog kennel has far better accommodations and that is not an exaggeration. Look at the pictures attached!

The staff is wonderful and the facilities are lovely.

Nice property, good location, excellent restaurant.

The room was cold. Advice. It look like in space heater was actually just a fan.

Clean stay, staff walked the extra mile to male us feel welcome. Good hot water shower, convenient, good and reasonable priced restaurant at the hotel and good parking space - we traveled with a trailer and all worked out really well.

They were rude when I arrived. I tried to get on the Internet for a half an hour while they watched (in the open area, the only place there is a sign with the passwords) and finally i asked and someone told me even though there’s a signal from the Wi-Fi you can’t join it so I just wanna leave they’re just very rude people. I’m trying to be friendly and nice. They say the parking is secure but it doesn’t appear that way at all. and signs everywhere saying watch your stuff. the lot is open on three sides so “secure” seems unlikely

A bit more pricey than some others in the area, but still good value for the price.

It was very close to the bus station. Guerrero Negro is not that big. Staff was very friendly and allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. Room was comfortable.
