As advertised. Easy beach access. Unlike many other rentals we have stayed at, this one provided enough garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry detergent for the week. It also had newer chairs and umbrellas for the beach! The sliding doors could be updated so the A/C didn’t have to work so hard.

This was our first time at Madeira Beach and we loved it. The unit was perfect location to the beach since we had our 2 and 4 year old grandchildren with us. They loved the pool too! The unit was very clean and well stocked with paper products and such. Eric, the property manager was great and easy to contact. There were also plenty of beach towels,chairs, and sand toys. We also drove to Disney for a day since it’s only 2 hours away!

Condo was very clean comfortable and everything you need. Just wife and I so we didn’t cook much or use the beach toys but there seems to be plenty for a family!

Book this place - it was amazing, especially the view from the balcony! There is plenty of cookware/utensils - even a highchair which was unexpected and very helpful! It has everything we needed. There is a closet on the balcony with beach toys, chairs, an umbrella AND a cooler! There was also plenty of beach towels. We had 4 adults and 2 children and had plenty of space to spread out. Eric, the manager, was very clear with communication and promptly responded to concerns (the coffee maker wasn't working and brought a new one the same day). We recommend Caddy's a couple blocks over to eat + drink, as well as the ice cream shop directly across the street. We highly recommend this place.

We’ve vacationed in Madeira Beach for several years. This is our favorite condo! Everything we could ever need was provided. Hope we are able to book it again!

We just left after a week stay. We would definitely stay again. Everything was very clean and updated. Having the closet of beach toys and beach towels was very appreciated since we traveled from MN and didnt have to pack them. Would recommend!

Being beachfront in this clean, well-equipped condo was fantastic. The condo has plenty of room and the beds are clean and comfortable. There are plenty of towels, supplies, and a fully equipped kitchen. Taking the elevator or stairs out to the clean white sand beach and pool takes less than one minute. It’s easy to go back to the condo for snacks or restroom. There’s also a restroom at the pool. We had a great week and would stay there again.

Everything about this condo is great! Very well equipped for anything you want or need. Beach chairs and toys to enjoy the beautiful beach just steps away from the condo. If you don’t want your toes in the sand, you can sit on the chaise lounge chairs on the tiled terrace. And no skimping on supplies in the condo either. The property manager is very easy to reach should you need anything. Book this place. You will not be sorry.

Highlights for us begin with the condo’s cleanliness and how many items the unit was stocked with, especially in the kitchen. Convenient location was a big plus. Steps to the beach, short walks to restaurants and to the boardwalk. Communication with the owner and with Eric was quick and helpful.

Great location, right on the white sandy beach, located near restaurants and John’s Pass for shopping. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony! Condo was super clean, new appliances, beds were comfortable, well organized and stocked. Really appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit! Unit supplied beach toys and chairs for us and our 2 grandchildren. Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo. Very clean. The beach was absolutely amazing. The condo had everything you could need including a pack and play. Plus the softest towels I have ever used.

Our nieces wedding brought us to Madeira beach. We had good communication with Eric and he was super responsive when we had issues.

This condo had all of the amenities and extras we needed to stay with ease. There were a great amount of towels, toiletries, appliances, plentiful kitchen gadgets, beach towels/chairs/toys/gear! The communication with Eric was wonderful - we appreciated him so much! The condo was incredibly beautiful - bright and welcoming, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent - close to so many eateries and activities. We loved the covered balcony, especially during those west coast sunsets! Just a couple things to note: the room with the trundle bed is a bit smaller than the pictures lead us to believe - but we moved the dresser around and made it work for our kids. And the full/queen bedroom doesn’t have a curtain, it receives morning light and the hallway light. These were minor - but just a heads up! We would definitely be very happy to stay here again!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family vacation with my sister's family. You can't beat the location and the views! The condo was completely renovated within the past year & the property manager, Eric, was quick to respond for questions/concerns and wonderful to work with! Will definitely recommend to family & friends! Overall great vacation experience!

The pictures are spot on for this rental and the views are amazing. John is there to help every step of the way. The only thing I would caution is in regards to the beach. There are concrete forms in the water called Jetties to help keep the sand from eroding. These are visible during low tide and hidden in the water during high tide. Watch your kids near these. I was sucked into one and it scrapped me up pretty good.

This condo was perfect for our stay! It was close to the pool, super convenient and had everything we needed! There was so much room! Highly recommend this place.

This was our first visit to Madeira Beach and we will be back! The location of the condo was perfect… a short drive from the airport, on the beach and close to John’s Pass. The three bedrooms worked perfectly for our family of six. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with an air fryer, microwave, stove and oven, toaster oven, toaster, Keurig and coffee maker. The large refrigerator with ice maker was another plus. We also used the washer and dryer daily. We appreciated that there were four chairs and an umbrella for the beach. There were plenty of towels as well as beach towels. This truly was a place you could just walk into and enjoy. The pool area and surrounding grounds were kept neat. And, we were happy to have an assigned parking spot in the garage. An added bonus was the candy/ice cream shop across the street!

This is an absolutely wonderful location for a beach vacation without the crowds. The condo was updated, clean, neat and had everything we needed. The communication with our host was excellent, explaining everything with pictures. I would definitely go back for another stay!

Comes with starter supplies of paper products. Has plenty of towels, bath and beach. There is closet full of beach toys and umbrellas. There are several grocery stores within a short drive. You are issued 2 keys, these are needed to access all areas of condo building, elevator, pool, beach. One parking pass is assigned, one is first come usage. Wifi was very good, Televisions had good selection. Appliances are all new. Overall a good vacation experience.

One of my goals was to have a property that was easy access. We did not want to have to pay for valet and this property has an assigned parking spot and we did not want to have to wait for elevators and this villa was on the 3rd floor. I cannot think of one thing this property lacked. Towels, blankets, all cooking equipment that you could want, closet full of beach chairs, balls , toys and it was spotless. St. John’s Pass within walking distance. Our group loved every minute of it. Thank you for a perfect stay.

This property is amazing!!! - Comfortable Beds - Updated furnishings - Right on the Beach, no road to cross - In a quieter part of the beach, away from public access - Very clean facility, well maintained - Conveniences like LOTS of towels, soaps, seasonings for cooking, coffee filters, NICE pots and pans and silverware, dishes and cups - Large and Nicely furnished balcony to enjoy morning coffee - And the TVS!!! huge!!! Eric - the property manager was very friendly and responsive. I will definitely be back for another stay.

We had no complaints about the condo. It was very clean, nicely decorated, everything worked that we used, and there were plenty of whatever we needed in the condo. There is a closet on the balcony full of beach gear - umbrella, chairs, floats. Parking is easy and nice to have an assigned spot. This is a very good condo to choose as well as the entire building is well maintained.

Rental property was true to the photos. Manager was easy to contact and check in was easy. Only downside was construction in unit next door and elevator down for Christmas weekend. But nothing manager could have done about that. Thank you for allowing us to stay. Unit was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay.

The condo was beautifully maintained and clean. Everything you need to enjoy your stay including nice thick bath towels! View is amazing. Beds comfy with plenty of pillows for your desired softness. Sheets were amazing! Very nice condo.
