Room was extremely small but clean. Good location to OC and Assateague. Grounds are nice. Check in staff was nice.

Maid staff did not clean room or make bed during 2 night stay, just emptied garbage and left towels and for $250 a night that should not be the case. Room was very dark if blinds closed only very small lights. Shower pressure is minimal. "Breakfast" is laughable, pre packaged breakfast sandwich, yogurt, boxed cereal.

The breakfast was more disappointing in person then reading about it it the price description, and the shower curtain isn’t weighed down so water just splashes outside of the shower because there’s no real wall to hold it in. And very limited tv stations and no actual guid to tell you what stations you do and don’t have

The Bay was amazing and the rooms were super cute!

It was a comfortable and satisfying location. It was not a glamorous location but we did not expect it to be. It met our needs and it most definitely met our financial goals.

I can honestly say that there was nothing that we didn’t like about the place. It met our needs and the area by the lake and creek was very beautiful.

The location was good, the staff friendly, and the beds comfortable.

There was a squishy dip in the floor. The bathtub was worn, the metal bars rusty or grubby. The towel holder was very rusty. I expected simple, so the thin towels were not an issue, except that one had black marks even after going through the laundry. The breakfast options were sweet (oatmeal, cereal, and yogurt), we don’t eat sausage (sandwiches), and the coffee was lukewarm.

The young man at the desk was extremely helpful when we had a little problem with our assigned room. He was great, and our substituted room worked out perfectly! Great location & quiet.

Morning coffee needs some attention!!
