We enjoyed our stay at mission beach! Very comfortable for a larger family with kids. It was clean and the owners were easy to communicate with. Would stay here again!

The house was good for 11 of us and location made it easy to get to the beach as well as around town.

Listing was accurate and location was great! Plenty of space for 10 adults as long as two pairs can share a bed and a few people don't mind futons. Front yard is perfect for a barbeque. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place for our adult children and our grandchildren plus us old folks! Great location , extremely clean, everything you need to make family meals and enough space to take a break from all.the noise a family brings. Had minor issue and the host was on it within 30 minutes. Problem taken care just like host said it would

Our stay was over the top! There were 4 couples & it was perfect for our group! The location is fabulous, a block from the beach & 1/2 a block from the harbor side. It is perfectly situated between Belmont Park with a large parking lot & another parking on the other side. Those areas of the beach were beyond crowded with Labor Day beach visitors, but our section of the beach was not crowded at all. The unit is equipped with everything you could possibly think of. We cooked some & got take out & ate in some. It was absolutely phenomenal! The outdoor spaces on the muliple levels were great as well. We used the cornhole boards & picnic table in the courtyard, sat on the upstairs firepit area in the morning for coffee, took the wagon with beach umbrellas, towels, etc., all included in the unit. You literally have to come with nothing, it is all there for your convenience. We did not use the kayak or the bikes, but they were there, if we would have wanted to use them. 2 small SUV's were able to fit into the garage with no issue. The place was spic-n-span clean! Nice fresh smelling towels, bedding, etc. Air purifiers in every bedroom & the living spaces. It was 90 degrees during our visit, so we were very happy that the unit had air. Beautifully appointed & more than fully equipped. We will definitely stay here again! The owner, Amy, was very communicative & willing to provide something if what we needed was not in the unit, but when we got there and assessed the situation, we needed absolutely nothing! My family and I rented this the week of my wedding and we absolutely enjoyed it! The house was exquisite!! It had everything we needed- from beautiful dishes, makeup remover, lavender bath salts, bikes, boogie boards, paddle boards, to even hot sauce in the fridge! The house is just steps from the beach and has several patios you can watch the sunset in. The owner even left a gift basket and card for us! Not to mention, communicating with the owner was quick and easy... And very friendly as well! We will definitely be back!! Perhaps on our anniversary?! Thank you for an amazing week!!!! She even left us snacks as a check-in gift! Area also felt very safe, we never had any issues walking around at night. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want a sunny beach trip in Mission Beach!

I’ve stayed at many places before and this one exceeded my expectations. Place was clean and the owner put in extra effort to make the place feel 5 star. Place was well equipped with all the right cookware, plates, beach equipment. I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness put into the details of the place. Location is perfect. Walking distance to beach and bay.

This Beach House was perfect for our family get away, lots of room in the house for everyone. Great location, very clean, beach toys and equipment were all appreciated. The house is clean and comfortable.
