Great location with easy beach access. Communication with the property manager was great. Everything was as advertised. Would definitely stay again!

I can’t say enough about how perfect this property is. This is our second time staying here. Quiet, water views, easy to watch big kids enjoy the pool, so close to the beach. This condo is by far the best place to stay. I’m a newly single Mom - making it and very grateful to be on my own. This is the best place to stay with your family and recharge. Such a special place!

Nice cute place and a quiet neighborhood. The view at the back is amazing next to the Matanzas River. We could have use the pool but it’s cold( it’s December :) Sunrise and sunset view wows me! Highly recommended to friends and family. High five to the Host and cleaning lady.

We had a great stay at this property! The owner was very easy to communicate with leading up to our stay and throughout the stay. The house was clean and accommodated our needs. The view from this property was amazing! The overall condo community was great—pleasant people, peaceful atmosphere, and the pool was very nice. The walk to the beach wasn’t too far, which was a plus. The only issue we ran into was getting Uber and DoorDash. An Uber driver informed us that the distance of the property from Downtown may be the main reason it’s hard to find many available Uber drivers in that area. Overall, we had an amazing stay!

Older condo property, nice and quiet. River front very peaceful.

The property is nice,clean.The neighborhood is quiet.A little far from St.Augustine downtown.,but we still enjoyed our stay!

The property is exactly as described and the view cannot be beat. Very quiet, peaceful complex. We were treated with manatees daily right up at shore by the pool, turtles, & dolphins a little further up. A fish camp right up the street for renting poles to fish right off the dock. We hope to be back!

Everything about this property is welcoming, comfortable and enjoyable. Great view, great pool, great location. Comfortable beds, clean linens. No major issues. We had a fantastic stay and are figuring out ways to return again with additional guests to share the fun. Can't recommend highly enough.

This property was perfect for our family get-away. The view is incredible and the accommodations were wonderful. Located just 15 minutes or so from St. Augustine there was lots to do but we were also content to just relax by the pool or fish off the dock.We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We had a wonderful time here. The home is set up... like your house. Everything clean, comfy and convenient. The views- spectacular. The pool - perfect. And the walk to the beach, super easy, even with all the stairs! Would love to return!

Close to water.

We are a family of 4 with two teenage boys looking for somewhere new for a spring break trip. My son chose St. Augustine area because he wanted to golf and fish. We knew nothing about the area, so chose this property based on good reviews, pool and beach. The property was a basic small condo complex in a residential area with a small pool. Communication was good with owner, they were even nice enough to leave some fishing rods for us to use on the dock. We saw dolfins, but were not able to catch anything off the dock. The location of the property is close to the beach, it was nice to walk the quiet beach daily. However, we felt it was a little too far from any shopping, coffee shops, restaurants etc for our preference. But overall a nice place if you dont need to be near shopping, restaurants etc.

Very nice quiet condo and great location. Close to public beach and far enough away from tourist areas. Crescent Beach is very clean and great for walking. Washer and dryer very nice. Be sure to bring your own tp and laundry detergent.

Near the pool, beautiful view and relaxing surroundings! Things were dialed back a bit as the weather was cold! We still had a great time!

Such a great place! We spent a lot of time on the patio enjoying the beautiful view. The condo was super clean and just as described. Beach access was also very convenient. Check in and out was very straight forward. We would definitely stay again.

We always love staying at Point Matanzas. The river is beautiful, and we love watching the boats go by. The condo itself is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Thank you.

We are from the area and came down to visit family so we knew exactly what area we wanted to stay in. It’s just close enough to St. Augustine you can get there quickly but far enough away you don’t feel like your a tourist. The condo was exactly what we hoped for and had everything we needed to stay for a week. The beds were all comfortable. The only downside for the kids was the pool was dirty the whole time but it didn’t make the stay any less enjoyable.

This property was exactly as described in the add. We cooked breakfast every morning and had all the kitchen utincels we needed. There was even a Keurig that was a life saver each morning. The actual apartment/condo was very clean and comfortable. I would suggest taking showers in the down stairs bathroom as there is more water pressure and it drains a little better than the bathtub upstairs. All of the neighbors that we encountered were friendly and more than helpful with suggestions on what to do in the area. The view of the river was amazing. We were able to put our kayaks in the river from the boat ramp at the property. This property actually had a place to store the kayaks in the boat storage area. We saw a dolphin in the river as well as a sea turtle at the boat ramp when taking our kayaks out of the river. The wild life was amazing. We were just a few minutes from the beach access to the ocean which was a little ways up the road and across the street - we rode our e-bikes there every morning to watch the sun rise. This was an amazing trip and I would suggest this property in this area to all of my friends and family.

Great little place with lots of water views! Both bedrooms are upstairs with one full bathroom. The main bedroom has amazing views of the Matanzas River and is flooded with natural light. Downstairs has the living areas and another full bathroom. Open layout with beautiful views of the pool, dock and river from your living area. Would definately consider renting here again!

The condo was just OK. It is literally right over the pool so if that’s what you are looking for - it’s your spot. Can fish off the dock. Short walk across the street to the beach at Green Street. Negatives were- There were NO paper goods or things such as seasonings. We quickly had to purchase soap, toilet paper and I’m really glad I brought my own trash bags and dish washer pods. The refrigerator had no ice maker- Only ice trays. On a positive note- The condo has been updated and was clean.

This vacation spot exceeded all of my expectations! Starting from the very beginning it was very clean! It wasn't in a big tourist spot which my husband and I loved! We were walking distance from the beach, not far from grocery stores or eateries which was amazing because we have a 1yr old. The beach is very family friendly. We were about a half hour from downtown which was perfect for us because we didn't want the big crowds. The pier was perfect to look at the sunset at night and we even saw dolphins and a manatee! This was our first time in St. Augustine and we will definitely be back and staying in the same location!
