Location was great and convenient. Not far to shopping centre and only a few kms to Nelson Bay. Ocean views from balcony were lovely. Very spacious home for families or larger groups. Lock up garage was a bonus.

Upon arrival the overall cleanliness of the property didn’t meet our expectations. The property is 4 bedrooms and a study converted into a 5th bedroom. This converted room has sliding doors which were both off their runners so the doors could not close. The whole house requires routine maintenance and cleaning as the ceiling fan on the deck didn’t work, the ceiling fan in main bedroom was off balance and made and awful noise so couldn’t be used, the air conditioning vents need cleaning bc when it was running it made a squealing noise the whole time, clock on kitchen wall wasn’t working, we had issues with the TV (this was resolved on our 3rd day), the blinds in the upstairs lounge area were off their runner so couldn’t go up or down, the upstairs balcony floor needs a good mop as it was dirty. The lights in one of the bedrooms flickered on and off. The lights above the island bench in the kitchen when turned on dimmed on and off. Overall we made the most of our time at the property and yes it was spacious with great views however, it certainly did not meet our expectations from the pictures provided in booking.com and for the money we paid I do not think it was worth anywhere near that amount. Yes it could be made much better with some simple routine maintenance and cleaning checks.

I liked how there were 3 bathrooms and the view from the balcony, very tidy and spacious for a big family.

I didn’t like how the pool wasn’t as clean as the photos showed.

Great location. Great facilities. Good sized property. It's very upmarket and comfortable and clean.

Pool slabs needed maintenance but staff said they would get onto it. The premise is split levels (kitchen/living room upstairs, bedrooms on ground floor, pool/bedroom/office/laundry on lower ground). Not ideal for very young kids or elderly grandparents.

The property was very good and clean and located well, with great views. It was spacious and modern .

We were disappointed with so called 5th bedroom. It’s an office with a sofa bed for minors. It had no storage nor linen. Unless you drill down into online features it was not noted that small sofa was for kids. Note, we had 9 adults. Before we arrived we checked if it contained a hairdryer. The home did not despite it being ticked in online features. In addition, BBQ tray needs to be cleaned before guests arrive and it also needs some proper long BBQ tongs. Finally, their was no kitchen tidy bags.

it’s very strategic close to everywhere and beautiful view fr balcony

sink in 1 of main bathroom was blocked and we’re 10 people and we need extra bed sheet and blanket for sofa bed, I requested but they never arrived therefore I had to give my quilt cover to be used as bed sheet. Also our bed frame in down stair room was making so much squeaky noise every time we moved.
