We did a family weekend get away trip with my parents, brothers, sisters and my boys. The house was big enough to comfortably accommodate all of us. The neighborhood was quiet and beautifully situated with lots of walking paths. The house was clean. Great trip, great house!

My wife and I met two of our kids and their families for a 7 day retreat post COVID. Great place great town. Home is in a neighborhood that is condusive to long walks and outdoor activity

Loved everything, really. The house was great for my group. I was disappointed that the house did not have central air or air conditioning, the ad did not specify, so no harm there. While it was not super hot, it would have been nice for cooling the house during the day.

Enjoyed the house, area and accommodations. The kitchen could be better stocked for instance no strainer, no spatula and no kitchen towels to do dishes. Only one towel per person a couple spares would be nice while laundry is being done.

- Our family enjoyed staying at the spacious "Travertine mountain retreat," with its high ceilings and many luxury touches. - Upscale and quiet neighborhood, nestled in pine woods. - The main floor has a few steps to get in, but once inside, the kitchen, living area, and 3 bedrooms ( including the Master suite) and the laundry room, are all conveniently located on the same floor. - Beds are new and supportive, but also had a medium plush top on them. We found the ones we used to be very comfortable. Our youngest even wanted to know what the brand was! - The house was very clean and well appointed. - Owner/management was prompt and very responsive. The house is very new and the owner quickly sent someone to build the outdoor furniture they had just purchased for the patio. We really appreciated that. - TVs had built in Roku, which was convenient for us. - Master bedroom had window coverings that kept it private from the deck (sliding glass door), and allowed for a sound night of sleep. It even had its own thermostat. - Master bathroom was beautiful, and surprised us with a large jacuzzi tub. Bathrooms were well stocked. Even found sunscreen in a hallway closet. - Our teenage sons loved the pool table, (which they said to be high quality), which was one of the reasons we chose the home. The boys also enjoyed the TV downstairs. - Garage was huge and allowed us to park our Ford Expedition rental without worrying about height limit. - Yard is not large, but the house is located near a great system of trails. - Good location with easy access, and we were able to see the Grand Canyon and Sedona during our stay. We were visiting from Seattle in mid May 2021, and it was a great stay. We would definitely recommend the house.

We had a great time in this house. It’s in a cute quiet suburb, fresh air, huge space (3800sq ft), 5 bedrooms! Pool table upstairs. Great kitchen, well stocked. Thanks for an awesome stay!

The property management company was amazing top notch! Answered all questions we had about our stay quickly! The property is running we were disappointed the ping pong table was out of commission. The only other issue we had was the neighbor had complained our daughter who is one stepped on their driveway. Amazing home... not so amazing neighbors.

Great weekend of family time at this wonderful home.

The property is very clean, plenty of room for a large group, kitchen and dining area is spacious with lots of counter-table surfaces.Neighborhood is quiet and safe, we did enjoy the walking trail right out the door. The location is conveniently closed to Sedona and Grand Canyon.
