The staff is very nice and helps you at all times, the food in the restaurant is very good and the facilities are very nice and cozy. There is a rooftop to watch the sunset and two living rooms where you can hang out. They even have board games! The room is very comfortable and it is only 20 minutes from the Taj Mahal.

Attitude towards the customer was rude. Never ever go there, especially during new year's eve where the customers are not allowed to step out of the hotel after 10PM. This is more like a boarding school.

The owner was very helpful and he makes delicious chai. He was super nice and ready to help us with whatever we needed. Extremely hospitable place. Higly recommend Bob Marley Hostel :)

I loved my stay and everyone from the staff to the neighbouring shops were very hospitable. I would really like to commend the three awesome staff: Yusuf - for being so helpful with the room and tour recommendations, Juned and Nadim - for the great homecooked food they prepared for me (must tries are the Choco Lassi and Lemon Honey crepe!). Apart from the street's noise, the place is very quiet and has a beautiful sunset view from the rooftop. It's not that far from Taj Mahal (15min walk) and there are many convenience shops around. I liked the spacious room and the fact that it has a whole section for me to put my stuff on unlike other backpacker inns. This is definitely a budget friendly and comfortable place I'd recommend for a short or long stay in Agra.

Nothing that I didn't like, the stay was great!

The owners were amazing, super friendly and helpful every time we needed help. The bed was big and we had a private bathroom. The property is very closed to Taj Mahal and we could just walk to it. There were many nice restaurants around, including the restaurant of the hostel.

it has an open sewer outside, so sometimes it didn’t smell very good in the reception, but the rest was fine

Always stay here whenever i come to Agra.. You get more than you pay.. The room is clean and comfy, the price is soooooo cheap, the staff are friendly, and the food in the cafe is good.. I like all the food there.. Best choice when you are traveling on budget.

Ac wasn't working well rooms were on the upper stairs whereas we asked them on the ground. wasnt clean bathroom was worse. etc Idk how the reviews are good

Very nice people run the hotel, very clean, in terms of hospitality you can't compare it with other similar budget places in India. Speaking well English. Very nice guys, friendly, also good second floor cafe where you can order various meals. They care about customers and have every day cleaning personal all day working inside. It's near Taj Mahal, walking distance to a free shuttle to the temple itself.

the staff first refused to check me in since they are not okay with the price shown in the app. At that midnight they asked me to pay 150 more or i will not be allowed to be in. At around 2 in the morning i paid the amount and checked in
