House is exactly what it marketed. Owner is quick to respond. 5-10 min from the beach without beach price. Very quiet neighborhood.

The house was beautiful! There were enough rooms for all of a family of four and family of three. The bunk beds were perfect for the girls. The backyard was big and the deck was nice for eating dinner outside. The neighborhood was quiet and the location of the house was close to coffee, grocery shopping and the beach. The host even had beach supplies we could use while we were there.

We stayed here from June 23-June 28 2024. The house was so cozy and had everything my family needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the backyard was plenty big for our Yorkie and my autistic toddler to burn off energy. The beach and activities were only minutes away and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again! Recommend 10 out of 10.

The two sofas become a running joke with the four of us. When you sit on them you constantly slide forward and need to reposition continuously. The washing machine made terrible noises, so much so the that last thing we did before we locked the door was start the washer so we wouldn't have to listen to it. The drier did a poor job. There was no drain stopper for the kitchen sink and no light over the sink. We are all seniors and cooked several meals at the property and dd a lot of dishes that we did not load into the dish washer. The house was clean and bright and the beds were the best we have ever had at a Vrbo. The kitchen was well supplied with pots and pans and dishes. I sharpened a couple of the knives in the block.

My family & I were all pleasantly delighted with the house. It was recently renovated, very clean & comfortably furnished. It had plenty of room for us to spread out, each doing our own thing but we could also easily come together for a meal. The location was perfect for all the activities we had planned for the week, ie. beaches, airport, A.F. Base, stores & restaurants. Thank you for the opportunity to stay there. We’d be happy to come back.

A Home Away From Home
This was a very beautiful home. It was relaxing, clean, organized, and had everything we needed during our stay. The beds were super comfortable and everyone was able to sleep well. The instructions were straight forward and the check in process was super easy. The neighborhood is very quiet and the backyard is a really nice size. There were multiple things to do in the area as a family. Everyone really enjoyed themselves, and we definitely plan on booking to again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was close to beaches and just a short drive away from the hustle and bustle of Destin. If your looking for a quiet place to stay that is close to most everything this is the house! Very clean and most of what you need is supplied.

Great location and value
The host is very friendly and easy to reach. The house is less than a mile from the beach. It was nice having such a large yard for family and friends and it was also private. The house was spacious and immaculate. It sleeps 10 comfortably. The kitchen is extremely well stopped with cooking supplies. Would definitely stay again

I'm sure some things are going to happen but, the air was on a ecbee wifi it was regulated some nights were uncomfortable to sleep,some parts of the day was warm, we found some unwanted bed bugs in one if the rooms, a couple roaches, the home is near apartments so maybe that's the reason ??? But other than that it would have been ok

Everything was clean, organized and super easy to get in and unpacked. We managed at one point to lock ourselves out via leaving thru garage and forgot to unlock the upper security lock. Called our host and she dispatched someone over within 15 mins to get us in. Was awesome! Overall I can't thank her enough for a great price, time and how available she is. Yes this house isn't on the beach. That's the whole point. It's in a quiet older neighborhood and being able to sit outside and just relax without hearing cars was great!! Will be the first click and confirm when we book again next year!
