Property as described, great location! Very comfortable

This was our second family vacation staying at Legacy. We We fell in love after our first trip last year. Literally across the street from a very quiet beach, access to two large swimming pools, and within a very short drive to lot of activities for adults and kids. This trip definitely lived up to the hype we created after the first trip. We stayed in a different tower and unit this year. Both were amazing. It's so nice to have all the daily amenities when you're traveling with kids. The view are breathtaking, the rooms are spacious, the bed are comfortable. This unit in particular was amazing because two of the three rooms had two beds, which again, when traveling with kids is imperative. Jim was awesome to work with. Granted, we had been through the check-in procedure before, but he could not have made it any easier. The staff at the Legacy are amazing as well. Always so friendly and helpful. Our only critique would come directly from our 13 year old, so take it with a grain of salt. The WiFi didn't reach the bedroom he was staying in. I think simply moving the router to a more central location in the unit would help, or he could just not be on his phone 24/7. Also, the streaming device they have in the smaller bedrooms are DVD players, which are just old technology. I think picking up a couple $24 Roku sticks would do the trick. But honestly, if that is worst thing we had to deal with, we are coming out ahead. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!!!

We enjoyed our stay!

Gorgeous views! The condo had everything we needed. We very much appreciated the washer/dryer combo in the unit and all three befrooms having full baths. Jim was very easy to get a hold of with questions and responded quickly. Would definitely stay again. We only wish this part of the Gulf had waves.😥

The condo was great. All though we did have problems with 2 of the bedrooms being really hot we just assumed that it was because of the outside being so so hot. And the beds were on the hard side. But over all the condo was a really great place to stay.

We were attending a class together and stayed here. Very nice accommodations and location was great. I'd recommend this unit to anyone who wants to be near the beach with swimming pools too.

Condo was beautiful and looked just as pictures online. Great amenities at this resort. We would definitely recommend and will be back in the future.

The condo was very nice. Well put together and well equipped! The property has all the amenities we needed. The area is fairly quiet and a short drive from the restaurants in Biloxi.

The condo was perfect for our mother/daughter weekend trip! It was nicely decorated and comfortable.

Good property; only problem was there was construction at the condo that did not observe any quiet hours. Jack hammer started at 6:30 AM all 4 days… parking for handicapped was a little challenging. Overall a nice property; just wish it was a little quieter @ 6:30AM

We visited for the annual Cruisin the Coast event. The condo was perfect for our needs and the location was great. The condo was clean and well stocked. The only comment for future visitors during the week of the Cruisin the Coast is to expect a lot of classic car noise even late into he night. If your there for that event, you will probably enjoy it. Sitting on the balcony in the evening was a great place to watch the car traffic and see lots of unique cars go by.

First time traveling post-Covid and this condo is amazing. You cannot beat the views. The condo was clean and tidy and ready to host. We had a WONDERFUL stay and if I were to come back to Gulfport I'd pick the same location. Thanks for everything!

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I could communicate with owner as needed. All the needed info was available.

The property was very spacious, perfectly clean, well-decorated, and accessible within 5-10 min of everything we wanted to do. The layout was excellent with all three bedrooms having their own full-baths and an open concept kitchen/dining/living and even balcony space that accommodated our family of six adult-sized people very comfortably. LOVED IT!! We lacked for nothing.

This was a wonderful condo on the beach. The size was much larger than we anticipated. The place had everything needed when checked in. The condo was super clean and the views were incredible each day. We were able to use both outdoor pools, but the indoor pool was closed for repair during our stay. The area was super secure and a guard was always walking around the pool area to check for wristbands. The owner was super responsive to questions and gave great feedback for places to visit during our stay. The neighborhood Walmart was close for our groceries and gas. Perfect stay for our family during our stay in Biloxi!

This property has an outstanding view! The condo has everything you could in a kitchen and more. It is very clean! And the patio is amazing! Did I mention that the view is spectacular!

The accommodations were first rate. We enjoyed being close to the beach and the boys loved that they could rent jet skis so easily.

The condo had a great view of the ocean, was the right size for our family and great pools.

This condo is well appointed and beautifully decorated. The pictures in the listing are 100% accurate. We found everything in working order and the entire condo was immaculate. The kitchen was well equipped. Loved the Keurig coffee maker! Communication with both the owner and the local host was excellent. Both responded very quickly to any questions. The common areas and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We were warned that the security people are on the strict side and they were, but as four senior ladies we appreciated that and felt safe. We absolutely loved our stay!!

Jim was so attentive and helpful in recommending what to do and where to go. Check in and out process very smooth. Condo very clean and just as described, in a nice, safe neighborhood- family like atmosphere. Property manager on site very nice as well as many of the people who live there. Would love to visit again!

We’re from the Chicago suburbs and to be honest, had no idea MS even had beaches hahah. Took a risk for spring break and headed as far south as we could drive with our four kids (that would be worth it for only a week - they are ages 10, 8, 5 & 3 if you’re looking at a place for kids) that wasn’t Florida or the Alabama shores that MTV has made so popular with obnoxious Spring Break’ers. We had a great time! Clean and spacious property, right across the street from a beach, not crowded at all (the complex or the beaches), safe and secure, accessibility to three complex pools and a hot tub, convenient and guaranteed parking, and close enough to NOLA and Gulf Shores for day trips, if you really want. Jim was super-responsive and helpful via texting once we arrived, including talking me off a minor ledge when those March 2022 tornadoes hit NOLA and our area was next in line for those storms. Despite the chaos of road-tripping with our crew, this rental was one of the best choices we made. Highly recommend working with the owners and we are hoping to return some day!

Great escape to a new destination. The condo was fabulous. The location would’ve been even better if it was warmer out.

If I could give the experience 6 stars I would! Pre-trip communication was excellent, always prompt and helpful. We had lots of questions, and Jim was a gracious host and helped us tremendously. The property is spotless, comfortable, and beautiful. We had everything we needed, and Jim helped us make sure the little things we needed were no problem. The Cappucino Sunrise condo and our hosts were an integral component of a grand holiday weekend for me and my family. We all agree, we can't wait to come back!

Condo was very spacious and clean. It was plenty of space for our family of six. There is great security and the condo residents were very kind and friendly. Jim did a nice job of communicating with us. Traffic noise from the balcony didn’t bother us at all, but we are used to the noise of four children. Gulfport/Biloxi is a wonderful area with great restaurants and beaches. If you can stand the heat, August is a great time to visit. You’ll have the town to yourselves!

The condo was beautifully decorated and spacious! The furnishings were so comfortable but the best part was the view. Day and night views were spectacular. Road noise is noticeable inside but that’s not in anyone’s control. It did not take away from the peacefulness. The grounds of Legacy Towers were awesome! Well maintained and nicely landscaped. We loved the pools and hot tub. The fitness center was well equipped as well. This was our first time to the Mississippi gulf coast and did not know what to expect. The beaches were not crowded and the sand was soft. It was strange that there were not any crosswalks to get to the beach made me extremely nervous when crossing the highway. If it is tour first time here I would recommend it but be ready to cross the road.
