Property was as described and had plenty of space for our family vacation. The host and property manager were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to our questions. The community pool is a very short walk away and our kids loved playing there. The extra parking spaces are also a short walk to the condo. The upstairs living area did get a little warm in the afternoons due to the warmer temperatures outside, but this was no problem as we just hung out in the 2nd living area downstairs instead. Some of the pillows on the beds were a little flat, so if you prefer more support I would suggest to bring an extra one just in case. Overall, the condo was a wonderful value in a great location. Great place to stay with plenty of room for the whole family. Really the only complaint I have is the house was so hot when we got there and it took it quite a while to cool off. Once it cooled off it was perfect for us.

Had a great time. Host is easy to work with and very accommodating . Love the upgraded TV’s. Great place to stay.

Nice place with 4 stories and lots of stairs. There are several places not good for tall folks.

Property was great and spacious. Place was clean and had everything needed. Property manager was responsive to every question. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I know me and my family will stay again. It was also very centrally located to everything in town.

Beautiful home,just needs some minor repairs like ho le patching and painting,as well as certain air vents not working in the bathroo ms. I suggest y'all get a new cleaning crew because their not doing this place justice. Overall it was a good place for our family. We also wer e allowed in an hour earlier so maybe that has something to do with cleaning not being so great thank you all for everything!

There was plenty of room for all 10 adults with enough space for group gatherings yet enough seperation for privacy. The place was well equipped but could use a thorough cleaning. The AC was not quite adequate for the summer heat. There was plenty of toliet paper as well as towels and bed linens. A few coffee pods or grounds to start with and some paper towels would have been appreciated. Condo was hard to find in the dark so better numbers and a better outside light would be helpful. Overall it was a great place, great location, and great accommodations for the price. I would recommend it to able bodied groups not looking for anything fancy but wanting a perfect central location. We would book it again for sure.

The house was plenty big. There is room for a big group or family. We came at the end of August. The house was in good shape but needed some deep cleaning after a long season. Please note that stairs are required to access bedrooms and living areas (for those with elderly). We would stay again.

This huge property is well maintained and the owner is friendly and accommodating. We can't wait to visit again!

I am excited to plan my next trip and I loved this location! I do have to say this isn’t baby friendly mostly because I have a 1yr old that wasn’t walking and he wanted to play on all the stairs. Other than that I loved the place we had all our family meet there. We had 4 families with kids ages from 1-28. We all had places to sleep and loved the living room with 2nd kitchen to hang out. Every floor had a bathroom and main floor had a jack and Jill bathroom. The view from the top floor kitchen is amazing!! The top floor is a living room with tv and this has the full kitchen. The next floor is the walk in floor from the parking spot, in this floor they’re 3 bedrooms on his floor and the jack and Jill bathroom. The next floor has the small kitchen (like a wet bar with more) living space with sofa bed , pool table, bathroom and a queen size bed. The last floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. It does have a lot of stairs but the view was worth it.

Had a nice time. Lots of room. Kids enjoyed the pool table, puzzles and games.

Everything was just as advertised. Well stocked with kitchen equipment. Nice game room.

Good place for a large group. Could use a better AC Unit for top floor. Great location. Good place. Fun.

There was dog hair everywhere, only one towel in each bathroom.

If you have a large group of younger to middle age adults it is great. Because it is 4 levels it is not the best for older adults having to climb stairs to get to anywhere. Plus the carpet on the stairs are very slick. We had multiple falls with several different ones-old and young. They were stingy with washcloths as well as toilet paper. Communication with the property manager was not the easiest. I had to ask several times for check-in instructions and was given the wrong address until finally was given the correct complete address. I personally won't use this property again because of the stairs. But it is great for large mainly younger group.

Plenty of room for a large group! Great view of Sierra Blanca from top balcony and very close to shops in town. Lower two floors were not very clean. This place is in need of some repairs and better maintenance. Several light bulbs were burned out. Only two out of four burners on the stove worked, neither coffee maker worked well, dishwasher didn't work well, supplies for cooking were not adequate. But overall we had a nice stay.
