Property is in a great location. The condo itself is nice and had everything we needed. The ocean view is amazing. When booking through VRBO you will not have ANY contact with the owner. You will only receive check-in instructions via text message 24 hours before your arrival time and no other communication from the property management company. I appreciated the extra security but entering a 6 digit code every time you need to enter the property gate, building, pool area, etc. quickly became annoying.

Condo was well stocked and very clean with amazing views!! Only one elevator worked the entire week and that was not very fun! But the condo its self was so great and the location was great!! The pool area was nice and we swam a lot! Easy beach access and so close to everything! Loved the big tub in our bathroom with great water pressure and hot water!! Overall we loved it!

I would definitely return to this unit and hope to also rent a 2nd similar unit in order to bring additional family next year. It was super clean which I loved. The kitchen was well stocked which is unusual for VRBO units. Location was great. Rental company was very responsive to my questions. Couple of things….too many codes for entry points and parking, and not the clearest instructions were provided. I heard this same issue voiced by other guests too.

We had a great time. The unit is very clean and spacious. The view from the unit's balcony is unbelievable. It overlooked the pool, beach and ocean. The unit is in close proximity to the beach, restaurants and other activities.
The property manager is very responsive. They met all our expectations and we would book this unit again in the future.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! We plan on staying here again! The condo was clean, very comfortable, quiet and cute! It was wonderful to be able to enjoy the balcony for a sunrise and sunset. We also appreciated the safety measures for property entry from the parking lot and the beach. The beach was not too busy since it was October, but it was beautiful and so very relaxing.

This was a wonderful property. We enjoyed the ease of parking, the pools, and the beach. The property was very clean and very well appointed. They had beach chairs and and umbrella. The beds are soft. The living room furniture looks nice but is not very supportive so we found that a bit uncomfortable for movie watching. Overall we enjoyed this property.

This condo was great for our family. The location was great! Close to several shops and restaurants, and mini golf. The pool was clean and relaxing. Beach nice!
The only problem we encountered was that the water/ice maker was not working on the fridge. I contacted the owner and they responded quickly and solved the issue!
Communication with owner was very good!

I rented this unit for my son and grand daughter during a family vacation. My brother was able to join us and was invited to sleep on the pull out sofa bed. It was unusable! The unit is fine for 4 people but should never be advertised as being able to accommodate 6.

This property was hands down the best I’ve stayed at in the Pensacola beach area!
Every detail was well thought out and we were even provided chairs for the beach, beach toys, blankets, and plenty of towels.
The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking and it was the perfect place to make memories!

The view from the deck is amazing. We saw dolphins multiple times. If we ate restaurant food we carried out and ate on deck with an ocean view. The beach is white sand and clear water. We had a few days of wavy waters and a few days of calm water, perfect mix. Would stay here again.

We loved being able to walk to all of the restaurants, bars and beach. The condo was nicely decorated. Our guests said the guest bed is in dire need of replacement so that was a bummer. Otherwise, great place! The management was very responsive and easy to get info from.

We are here celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday and we had such a sweet surprise when we arrived! Seneca had a birthday cake and candles in our condo! She was so helpful with everything! Thank you for making our trip extra special!!

The location and facility were fantastic. I would have preferred to have simple things included like extra trash bags, laundry detergent, facial tissues, and bar/liquid soap for the shower included. This may seem like a nit pick, yet I would expect that would be included in the overall cost.

This property was beautiful and in a great location with amazing gulf views. The ONLY downfall of the property was the security system going in and out of the gate and main door. It was not very user friendly for my parents who are in their 60s and 70s. Otherwise, beautiful property!

Perfect location right on the beach and close to so many restaurants! Communication with property manager was great. And the unit was just what we needed for a family with two small kids :)

Gorgeous view and super clean!
Everything was so clean and the cabinets were well stocked with all kitchen utensils and cooking tools we needed. The view from the balcony is perfect and it’s a great place to sit and enjoy the sound of the waves. Mostly families and older couples at the resort, so it was perfect for our young kids. The only criticism is the super soft beds. But that wouldn’t keep me from returning.

Great time
Overall everything was great. We never found the beach chairs they said was there and there was no soap. This would not stop us from coming again. We were able to get in the condo sooner than expected and the checkin process was so easy. We didn’t want to leave. Thanks again!

Great Choice
There were a lot of options to chose from but this was an fantastic place to stay. We are so pleased with our experience. The only slight criticism is that the beds were a little softer than what we are used to but other than that everything was perfect and we would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect condo with a view
We loved staying at the condo. Beautiful view of the ocean. This condo had everything we needed. They even provided extra beach towels and beach chairs.
Place was very clean, we were very impressed. We enjoyed sitting every morning and having breakfast on the balcony. We enjoyed watching the sea life. There were a lot of dolphins and stingrays visible from the balcony.
The only thing I would change would be the mattress in the master bedroom, it’s super soft, it was hard to turn over from side to side. Overall, super awesome condo. We will be back.
