We can't say enough good things about this fabulous apartment! Not only was it beautiful & well equipped, it has dreamy French decor tastefully mixed in with modern touches! Close to everything you need or want - the location is perfect! We all loved it! Travelled as 2 couples. Fabienne was lovely and was there when we arrived and also when left - she was very responsive to our questions and even arranged a cab for us when left! This place is one if the best we have ever stayed in as world travellers.

We can’t say enough good things about this apartment and it’s owner. Check in was very easy and the building and unit spotless. Beds are comfortable and the air conditioning perfect on some very hot days. The location is right in the middle of the old town and everything is nearby and a short walk. Would highly recommend to all travelers.

I stayed here with my husband and granddaughter and would give this visit 10 stars if it was possible. First and foremost, the apartment was adorable and charming and a real oasis from our travels and the June heat of Provence. The hosts are lovely and we appreciated the bottle of wine provided upon our arrival. Their directions and instructions were very clear and we appreciated their friendliness. Loved all of the amenities and felt very comfortable. We would definitely visit again.

Stayed for three days prior to a river cruise. From start to finish our host Fabienne was incredibly responsive, detailed and professional in her support of our experience. The apartment amenities are all modern with stunning kitchen, bathrooms and showers while not taking away from the historic and quaint qualities that make Avignon so great. Nearby restaurants, bars and grocery selections were all wonderful. 5/5 stars.

Family spent three days In Fabienne’s beautiful and comfortable apartment. It was perfect and Fabienne was the perfect host. Easy to check in and close to everything in Avignon. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Avignon.

This little treasure was perfectly located in the heart of Old Avignon within walking distance to all the main attractions. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Our hostess was close by, cheerful, available and very helpful. Communication was not an issue even though we spoke little French. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms it is perfect for a family of four or two couples. The kitchen has all you need and there is a washing machine if you need to do laundry. Fabienne was a great host and was always quick to respond if we had a question. The location of the flat is great. There is a grocery store around the corner and it is just a short walk to great restaurants and the tourist attractions. Avignon is a perfect home base if you want to explore the region as well. You can't park a car at the flat but there is a free parking lot outside the city walls that is connected by a free shuttle (or is just a 15 minute walk). We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend Fabienne's flat.

What a great experience ! Lovely apartment with everything you could need in a central location . Stores and restaurants too numerous to name when you open the front door. The apartment owner bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable. High recommend this rental .

Apartment in Avignon has many amenities to make the stay comfortable, even including an iron and tiny ironing board. No food or bottled water, but owner did leave a bottle of wine for us. Our only complaint would be that she did not meet us at the apartment and was not even available upon check in, as she was "on a date." Fortunately, we did not have a major problem. Bathroom in master bedroom does not have a door, which can cause some privacy issues.

A wonderful apartment in the old part of Avignon. Beautifully decorated, well equipped and comfortable. It also has air conditioning, for which we were grateful. Fabienne, the owner, was friendly and welcoming, and the process for getting into the apartment and collecting out keys was easy.

This flat exceeded our expectations. The location is wonderful, a short walk to wonderful shops and restaurants and the Saturday market is right outside the door! The flat itself is beautiful, the decor is perfect, beds are comfortable and the a/c was welcome with the warm temperatures. Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!

Had a fabulous stay in Avignon. The apartment was wonderful. Everything was as described, although take note that the parking available is nearby and you pay about euro 17 per day.

This apartment is in a great location. Wifi was better than the hotels we stayed in. It is just as a great apartment and I would highly recommend it

what a wonderful apt, impeccably decorated and tastefully furnished. lots of shops and restaurants right outside. less than 15 minute walk to Palais De Papes and Pont d'Avignon and all the sites. owner is great to deal with, met us at the door on arrival and helped us get in. highly recommend.

My husband and parents stayed in the apartment for three nights. It was a beautiful respite from the the city of Avignon. The interior is beautiful, comfortable and soothing. The linens were high quality, kitchen well stocked and we enjoyed the many restaurants and shopping just outside our door. We had a lovely stay in Avignon.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, jedes Detail ist liebevoll ausgesucht. Alle notwendigen Dinge sind vorhanden und in ausgezeichnetem Zustand. Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber und alles ist neu. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, Lebensmittel, Bäckerei und Apotheke…alles gleich um die Ecke. Fabienne ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin, wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

This property was the perfect place to stay in the middle of the city. It is located in a neighborhood, only a few minutes from the main sites and shopping. It is within a block of a pharmacy, grocery store, and restaurants. The house is a newly remodeled but still authentic Avignon apartment with original fireplaces, floors, and architectural features, but all the new updates you would want such as modern bathrooms, kitchen and wifi, etc. The check in process was simple with a key located in a box onsite. The hosts were welcoming and communicated very well in advance and during the stay. If you are traveling by car, the closest car park can be a challenge and the free park outside the city walls is about a 15 minute walk. Of note, the second bathroom is part of the master bedroom without a separate door, I would highly recommend this property for two groups of two or a family of up to 5.
