Great location for a vacation getaway. Nice balcony view overlooking pond to watch wildlife while relaxing after a day on the beach. Everything inside is condo is updated and in great condition, and Property manager is very responsive for any questions or concerns. We had a great visit and will definitely be returning for out next vacation at Amelia Island.

Beautiful rental property with a treehouse feeling overlooking a lovely pond. Wonderful porch to watch alligators, turtles, and birds all while reading a book. Home is just a short walk to the beach and very close to restaurants. Beds are are extremely comfortable and living space is ideal for a small family. My family enjoyed this home for a long week. Home owners make check in and out extremely easy, and the entire experience was so enjoyable.

We loved this unit in Amelia landings! 3rd floor walk up - no elevator (we knew this & worth it to be on top floor). We loved the decor and felt at home. View of lagoon was awesome and we saw alligator(s), a bird that swam underwater, turtles sunning on the rocks, & loved sitting out there. King sized bed was perfect for my 6’4” husband. Had no problems and Trish was great at answering questions pretty quickly. Beach was perfect and not crowded. The shaded trail through the “jungle” is quick and easy. Pool was nice too. We’d love to come back! Highly recommend!

The Island Treehouse offers the best of both worlds, a few short blocks to the beach, yet a peaceful location backing against a wildlife refuge. The home was squeaky clean, well equipped and beautifully furnished. Outdoor space included a spacious screened in porch perfect for breakfast and evening refreshments. Definitely on our list for return bookings!

Everything we wanted for our stay had already been prepared for by Trish and David. Details were impressive! Unit was spotless, in a great location and furnished for usability and comfort. Thanks for a great vacation home!!

The unit was clean and uniquely located up in the trees on the 3rd floor. We loved the peaceful view from the screened porch, onto a pond below. The owners supplied many nice extra things that are not always included in many rentals, making it unnecessary to run out and buy paper products, plastic wrap, DW soap, coffee filters, etc. Communication was prompt and easy. We loved the "pedestrian only" beach path from the complex almost all the way to the beach.

Love the back porch for sitting and listening to the birds with the water view. So close to the beautiful beach and live music at Sliders. Great location and well appointed accommodations. I'll be back!

Trish offers a cute & quaint rental. We’d say it seems to be located in a natural habitat especially with the description of being in the “tree house”. We sat on the porch enjoying our morning coffee listening to the birds as well as watching it rain from time to time. So peaceful. Thank you for such a great getaway!

Wow, this place was amazing! I stayed with two of my girlfriends. The property was exactly as listed. The two full bathrooms were a definite bonus for three ladies sharing the condo. Yes, it is located on the third floor and there is no elevator. We knew this before we booked the property and had no issues using the stairs. The condo is nicely updated and there are plenty of pillows and extra blankets. The kitchen was stocked with all the basics like pots & pans, silverware, plates and cups. All you have to do is bring your food and everything else is there for you. The on-site washer and dryer came in handy, too. Thank you for leaving clear instructions how to get to the beach. There is a pathway that leads to the road where you can access the beach. I think we made the walk in four minutes. I loved that the balcony was screened in. There is a beachfront restaurant(Sliders)that we ate at once, but had drinks at many times. It’s walking distance from the condo. We were there in November, so it was nice and quiet. Although we didn’t use the beach stuff, there is a closet full of chairs, a wagon and other beach items. We also had plenty of towels for three of us. There is a binder on the Welcome table that has all the info you need for the property. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for the use of this wonderful vacation property!

Zero issues with the property. It was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped. Trish was very welcoming and responsive to our little questions here and there. The complex is in a very quiet and beautiful setting. Must have also been a low travel week, as there wasn’t much activity around the property, which was nice. Watched a HUGE alligator snapping turtle traversing from creek to pond right from the screened porch. On still days you can hear the breaking waves of the ocean from the condo, and the beach is an easy 5 minute walk down a path and across a street. Come to Amelia Island! Plenty to do for the week on and near the island.

Everything was spotless and well organized. Communication with Trish was easy and she always responded promptly when we needed anything. We took the trail to the beach the first day and found it to be a little too narrow and overgrown, but there’s public beach access seconds from the condo. We wound up taking our truck and driving onto the beach every day, which made setting up and packing beach gear even easier.

Trish is by far the best owner to work with-From the second we entered the beautiful home, we felt at home. Everything was perfect!!! HOPE to rent soon and make the Island our home :)!!! Thank you TRISH!!!

We had such an amazing get away staying here. Such a perfect location, beautiful condo and the screened in porch made for a perfect coffee spot in the mornings. 10/10 would recommend!

My husband and I love staying in this Amelia Island Treehouse. It’s quiet, just enough space, convenient to the beach, shopping, restaurants. This is our second time this year, we have stayed a week each time (May, September) such a relaxing stay both times. We will continue coming back.

The condo is charming and comfortable, as well as clean and well stocked. The quiet complex is surrounded by beautiful woods, next to a nature reserve. It's a short walk to the beach, and restaurants, shopping and area attractions are conveniently close by. The on-site pool is pretty, quite large and well maintained. Trish is a gracious superhost, who quickly responded to our requests and thoughtfully provided all that we needed. She made us feel welcome and right at home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, finding it a cozy and peaceful place to rest after our fun in the sun on Amelia and Cumberland Islands! Renting on Vrbo for the first time, we were reassured by the easy process, and glad we had found everything we wanted in a condo for our week at the beach at an affordable cost.

The villa was very clean and well maintained. The unit is on the third floor, which is very private and quiet, but may not work well for those with mobility issues. The unit has plenty of extra towels and a starter supply of paper products. The kitchen has all the basic cooking equipment and there is a grill right next to the building. The beach cart is great and a lifesaver on the walk to the beach. It is nice to have the private path down to the beach, but the vegetation was very overgrown and the boardwalk had a lot of rotting boards. I’m not sure which complex maintains this path, but it definitely needs some work. The villa is located close to public beach parking and even an a designated spot for 4WD vehicles to park on the beach, for those that prefer to do that. There are also public bathrooms close to the beach entrance which were very handy. We very much enjoyed our first trip to Amelia Island and our stay in this villa.

Super nice location near the beach, a beach restaurant with awesome food, and a great local seafood place. Easy walking distance to the beach with all your beach gear. The unit was spacious, clean, and has direct views of the pond where you can see turtles sunning themselves. Our host was very responsive to our needs and we felt very comfortable the entire visit.

I was impressed but the up to date decor and amenities for our enjoyment. I was able to contact management anytime for any questions or requests! The whole lace was roomy and so peaceful and clean!

We had a great stay at the Island Treehouse- everything we needed was supplied and the location was central to everything on the Island. The condo was quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the screened in back deck!

The unit is nice and well maintained. The beach is much further than a few steps away so this was a little misleading. The beach is nice and pool is close by so you have options. All supplies are provided but it is a job to pack everything up and down 4 flights of stairs and pull it down a path over to the beach access point and through the dunes.

Our family had the most relaxing, amazing time. We will 100% be returning to this hidden gem, often. We have family that lives in Yulee, vacation spot is perfect, it’s close to the beach, to shopping and restaurants.. also to our family.

This is a lovely property. The condo is the perfect size for a couple or small family. It is nicely equipped with all the essentials. It is on the third level; no elevator, so bear that in mind. For us, it was a great way to get in some steps. We really enjoyed the deck…morning coffee and evening wine. We spotted the turtles sunning themselves and an owl visited one evening. The pool has sun and shade areas and lots of loungers.. The entire complex was quiet and restful. The canopied grounds are lovely. Having use of the laundry was a bonus. All in all, the condo was an excellent base for exploring the Island and we were very happy with our choice of accommodation.

Loved the property, it was peaceful and tranquil. This is a great place to relax and enjoy life. Trish, the owner, had a wonderful suggestion for a bakery. We tried it and it was delicious. It was a wonderful week.

The condo was spacious, clean, attractive, and comfortable. We loved the screened in deck overlooking the trees and pond. The only criticism is that we weren't able to control the temperature of the condo on our own. We needed to text Trish to make changes, which she immediately did. However, this should have been disclosed in the listing. We were not aware of it until we made our final payment and received detailed information.

We greatly enjoyed our 4 week stay. The condo was very clean with comfortable furniture overlooking pond from the screened in porch. Trish was responsive to email. Other guests in the condo buildings were friendly. Beautiful beach a short walk away.

This top floor condo with a marvelous screened porch overlooking the canopy and pond was very comfortable and served as a great remote work base during our month in Florida. Trish was super helpful in advance of our visit and quick to respond while we were there. The space is well laid out with two separate bedrooms and baths, and had everything we needed. We think this is the perfect location on the island—walking distance to the beach and greenway, and midway between Fort Clinch and the southern beaches. Loved Amelia Island and will be back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. This was our second visit to Fernandina Beach, coming from Texas. This condominium is very well located, clean and nicely furnished. We loved the screened balcony and the privacy that the top floor afforded. We give this accommodation a maximum rating and will strongly consider booking again. Our only suggestion is to have a few more pots and pans in the kitchen. Thank you!

The condo is very well appointed with all that is needed. You can walk to the beautiful beach in less than 10 minutes and the back porch area at the condo overlooking the water is an added bonus.

Loved this Condo. It is well kept and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect. Quit area and the condo backs up to the reserve so when sitting on the Lanai, you feel surrounded by nature, not people. The location is perfect, close to beaches, downtown and great restaurants. Not only will i recommend this condo to friends and family, I will be booking it again in the future..
