Nice interior
This property had renovations done, which were very nice. However, the backyard was not pleasant to look at and the patio was very very dirty. The table and chairs were also extremely dirty and had been knocked over when we arrived. The two couches had very worn cushions.
Other than the backyard and the couches the house was very comfortable and welcoming. The “music” theme was adorable
So, if you don’t need to use the outdoor table and chairs, it would be a great rental. Again, I would recommend new couches.

Easy access to all things Lakeland!
Cozy and clean, with comfy beds and a nice layout. Big kitchen to work in, with light, bright dining and TV rooms. Loved the music theme, and the huge screen TV with tons of viewing options was great! We had some light sleepers in our group, so the street noise wasn’t the best for that, but all else was great. The owner was very easy to work with — we’ll definitely rent from him again in one of his Lakeland rentals!

This house was perfect for our needs, six adults in town for a funeral.

Owner did arrange for another property a block away. Also not cleaned. He did send housekeeper that night so overall we had a good stay.

Excellent comfortable property will stay again
The home was amazing, probably the cleanest property we have rented and that’s super important to us. The beds were so comfy, and it’s prob the best I’ve ever slept while on a vacation. The property owner always got back to us immediately and when they did the communication was awesome, like talking to a new friend, so helpful and nice. We are moving to the area and the owner was so helpful w all kinds of details and said to contact them anytime if we hv any questions about moving or about the area, we thought that was really awesome! Would definately recommend this property and this owner and will stay there again if needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay 😊

Nice place and the whole process was easy with no big fuss. Traffic was a little load at times (night) but a fair price to pay for the location.

The front room facing the street was by far the worst - it also has the street lights to deal with which made it difficult to sleep if you need it dark.
That is my only complaint. Otherwise it was a great stay. The landlord was very understanding since we had to come back for a item that was left behind after checkout.

This house is adorable, super clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the central location to Lakeland and Lake Hollingsworth. Great neighborhood to walk around and get some exercise.

We enjoyed the house and proximity to Lake Hollingsworth, there is a great trail around the lake! House was comfortable and clean.

The music theme was great. Beautiful location close to a lot of restaurants. Center ally located so you could go to Tampa or Orlando easily. I love this house. Only issue is Florida is so hot sometimes the AC could not keep up in the middle of the day. I would gladly stay here again.

It felt like a new home. And the neighborhood was top notch.

Almost new home!
Great property! My teenagers loved the musical instruments that decorate the family room. Bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms have all been renovated. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen housed everything we needed to cook.
