The location, in real life the house was even better than the photos

If you're a dog owner - there is a dog on the property, she is friendly and not loose in the property but you have to have it in mind if your dog has any issues with other dogs

New, clean, cozy villa with excellent facilities such as the sauna - you do not find one very often in vacation homes. Vasil (the host) was one of the most welcoming hosts we have ever had! Kitchen was equipped surprisingly well with anything you need to make you feel like cooking in your own home. Everything is done with a lot of love and efforts and it is a great pleasure to stay there - we will for sure visit again! Thank you again for the great hospitality, Vasko, looking forward to seeing you again!

The thing I like the most was the fireplace in the livingroom / kitchen. I enjoyed it the most. Then we had this big table that was perfect for board games. An other thing I liked was the big private parking available on the property. The sofa in the living rooms is big enough and very comfortable for movie nights. Since it was quite cold outside we couldn't sit outside , but I bet that in the summer it will be great for late evening parties. Very easy to find and get to location. Just 5 minutes drive from the highway (and yet you can't hear any traffic at all) and about 10 minutes from the town of Blagoevgrad.

The only thing I didn't like was that the house wasn't preheated prior to our arrival and took about quite some time to warm up. I didn't see any bathroom heaters and it wasn't pleasant to take shower in this cold bathrooms.
