Everything was as listed. Beautiful inside and beautiful view. We would stay again. Only complaint is parking. It has 4 bedrooms with enough beds for 12 people. Need to bring at least 3 vehicles for that many people.

It was a great time with friends. There were 7 of us and everyone was happy.Absolutely everything corresponded to the description and photographs. The communication was excellent, any questions were answered within a few minutes. Location great. Close for everything. we will be goad to come back here again.

Everything was wonderful except we had three vehicles and only two parking passes. The lot was less than half full but was concerned that a ticket could be issued. We had a four bedroom condo and that would indicate more than the two parking passes allowed.

The entire space is beautifully decorated and well laid out. Other than check in being a bit difficult (they forgot to send us the gate code and the door code was incorrect, so took us 2 phone calls to actually get in), our stay was perfect.

Had an amazing time at this property that was sufficient for our duration of the stay. Property is clean and very well maintained. Would definitely recommend to others and will also plan to book again on our next trip to Mrytle Beach.

This vacation home was Everything and More! We had a total of 12 family ranging from ages 1 to adults and our Stay was Amazing! Very spacious, Clean! 3 Balcony views! Great Area! So much to do around us! Definitely recommend! Only downfall was parking! Spots fill up fast, and even though you have a parking pass, No spots and so I parked along the side of the parking lot and received a warning!! So Parking definitely needs to be reevaluated! Overall Building guest were friendly, I would definitely Stay Again!

The property was a great. It was spacious, well furnished and clean. We will definitely stay there again.

This was the best rental location that we as a family have had . I will definitely be back.

For many years my Sista and I take our 85 year old Mother for an after Christmas getaway! We cook, shop, watch movies, and best of all spend time together. These years are priceless and precious to us. This condo was perfect !!! (Except for waiting on the drawbridge) The owners and service was excellent. The view and sunsets was nice! Best sofa for cuddling up for a movie!! Everything about our stay was 5 star!!!

The premises and villa were very nice and perfect for our group. I would have given it 5 stars but we were very upset about the fact that the "Pest Control" people came in 2 days after our arrival, when we were out. We believe they sprayed which was very upsetting to me. I have chemical sensitivities and would have requested this not be done while we are there. I am actually wondering why we were not asked or notified of this ahead of time??? This did cause some issues for me and I coughed nonstop after they were there and while in the unit. I am not positive they sprayed but I did develop a problem after they visited.

Our family Christmas was great. The weather was chilly, but the housing was excellent. I do not understand the parking when the parking lot was only half full. We enjoyed our time together.

Great condo for four golfers. Four bedroom that each had their own bathroom. Very spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this property.

For most part, was pretty satisfied. Would recommend more actual verbal communication. Called regarding faucet issues, which were never resolved. Also, instructions for t.v.s would be helpful

I was disappointed about one of the bed was broken and the maintenance guy came out on Friday and said that he would be back on Saturday to fix it never returned. No one never called or anything especially to apologize .So we was short of a bed.

The hotel itself was fantastic, rooms were clean, had nice scenery and balconies showed a nice view. Only complaint we have is the pool staff member that was watching the pool. Was an old obnoxious pompous jerk who barked out orders and was ready to kick out people for no reason at all. The hotel gives out tons of corrupt key cards which don’t work on the pool gates and is super annoying and they need to fix it. Guests should not have to worry about being kicked out their own residential pool that we paid good money for or have to call the main office for a new key card. That should not be an issue we have to face and should be fixed immediately, totally unprofessional. So yeah great hotel but the pool area needs some serious tweaking and definitely new and nicer pool staff!

We spent Father's Day weekend at the condo and it worked well for the whole family. The place was clean and we had plenty of space for all of us. The only drawback is that there are only 2 parking passes.

Couldn’t have been better. The condo was clean, accommodating for four adult golfers with plenty of private and common space and organized extremely well. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or go again.

Definitely coming back

Needed a scaled back rental for our close friends pod. Property was perfect, clean, and well kept. Check in process was a breeze and the experience far exceed my expectations.

Everything was beyond our expectations! Everyone was happy with their rooms and did not want to return home! We will definitely be back!

Frankly, I was dubious that a rental could be so clean and beautiful, but it was. Great location too! Our only concern was that when I reported, at 5 pm the living room tv didn’t work, I was told they’d come the next morning.
