We had a great time! It was 4 friends staying. The place was nice and clean and had everything we needed. We would recommend this property. You could walk to some places to eat. Centrally located.

We rented the house for a place to stay during our family reunion. There were both adults and children. The house was clean and welcoming, was in a great location and had most everything we needed.

Cute little home was great for our family stay. The house was clean and updated well. Had a little musty smell due to all the rain in the area, but we aired it out quite easily. Walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, and ice cream in the park! Thanks for a great stay!

This house was our "home" base for our family reunion. Five adults stayed at the house and the rest of the family stayed at a local hotel (which was really awful but that is another story). This house had everything that we need and plenty of space. The weather while we were there was rainy and cold unfortunately, but the house was still big enough for everyone. The only thing that happened was a leak from the toilet upstairs that leaked thru the ceiling in the 1st floor bathroom. Consequently, we had to limit the people that used that bathroom and we had to take showers in the bathroom downstairs. We made it work though. Because of the weather we weren't able to enjoy Kendrick Park which is a short walk from the house but we did enjoy the close walk to downtown shops and bars. Overall, we would definitely stay in this house again if ever in Sheridan again. Ohhhh....and Jordan is the best property manager. When I called him about the leak, he came over immediately and was very pleasant and thoughtful.

Love the property. Only suggestion would be for a chair in each bedrooms would help us old people in dressing. Needed a recliner in living room. But we made out. Thank you

Lovely home with lots of bedrooms that were perfect for our family. Kitchen very well stocked as well as bathrooms which made us feel very welcome and cared for. Lots of toddler equipment including high chairs, baby gates and chalk for drawing outside. Laundry room a big plus. Plenty of dishes and glasses - we all commented on how terrific the place was for us.

Place was perfect for all 7 of us to be completely comfortable. Located in walking distance of everything you need

The house is lovely. We appreciated the older home character and the nice updates that were made. Very comfortable home, nicely decorated. It was cold while we were there and the home was very cozy, no drafts. The kitchen was well equipped. Appreciated there were plates and utensils for 10 person occupancy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very nice. We have already booked another stay in the home!

Friends and family meeting up for a short getaway. Great property very comfortable for a semi large group. Check in/out was easy.

Nice location. Overall clean. Kept the snow shoveled. Beautiful old home with updated bathrooms. 3 decent sized bedrooms upstairs. 1 bedroom off dining room. 5th bedroom is at front of the house on main floor with inflatable mattress with little privacy. Basket with some adult beverages and nuts/snacks provided.

Enjoyed a girls weekend here. Great space for cooking together, and hanging out. Comfy beds, spacious house and lots of bathrooms. Great distance to downtown and able to walk to everything. One small piece of advice is to bring your slippers if you’re visiting in winter.

Love the location, love the house and all of the charm of an old farm house. The decorations are wonderfully chosen and the sheets are so soft and the beds so comfy!! The location just can’t be beat!!! Lovely houses and parks all around the place. Kendrick Park was a huge hit with our littles. Just a little constructive criticism…… We would rent the house again!! We HATE that only 3 quick showers can be taken and then you have to wait 1.5 hours until the hot H2O regenerates. Maybe install a tankless hot water heater if you can sleep 10 people? We ran out of toilet paper and ran to the store to buy more. (stock according to number of visitors?) We pay a hefty cleaning fee, which we gladly pay but the underneath of the vanities beds etc wasn’t clean. (most people wouldn’t notice but we had 4 kiddos who lose socks etc, ) When we couldn’t find sheets for the air mattress Beth came right over and got them out of the locked closet!!! She’s a doll!! All in all a good place to hang your hat!!

House was as seen on the VRBO site. Nice set up and clean. It is an older home so with lots of family it can be kind of loud. Can hear the TV in upstairs rooms. Over all nice place to stay.

This property was clean, spacious, and supplied little extras all over. From a welcome basket of snacks and drinks, to a plethora of k-cups, lotions, laundry detergent, ziplocks....you name it, they tried to provide it. The management was communicative but still made you feel like you had plenty of privacy. We had 4 adults and 5 teens to tweens and we all had our own space to not feel on top of each other. 7 of us were hunting and still had ample space to have all of our gear. When we checked out, we were made aware of a couple stray items left behind and they shipped them back to us. Overall, a wonderful experience and if we got back that way, I would definitely not hesitate to rebook.

This is a great place to stay. Clean and nice neighborhood. Had everything available for you to enjoy your vacation or stay in Sheridan.

We took a family trip back home to WY and stayed in Sheridan. There were seven of us. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. The host was very friendly, communicative, and helpful. While we did not need the local property manager, we had their contact info just in case we did. A few important things to note should you stay in this home. The number of bedrooms in the listing includes the sunroom that has only an air mattress. That room has no real privacy and is extremely hot. After the first night, we rearranged all the kids to make them more comfortable. We came during one of the hottest weeks. Temperatures barely dipped below 85 and got all the way up to 104. When we arrived, the AC was set on 75 and it was 77 in the home. This made sleeping in the upstairs bedrooms nearly unbearable. Most rooms had a small desk/table fan. Master bedroom had a box fan. This helped. We had to keep the house set to 62 in order to make sleeping comfortable but then froze downstairs. This being an older home, the AC was not efficient. Doorknobs and locks... we had multiple instances of doorknobs falling completely off and locks that would not unlock. Few of the doors shut comfortably or quietly, making privacy in bathrooms/bedrooms a little odd. Kitchen supplies. This may only apply us, but we stayed there for a full seven days. We realized on day 2 we did not have a potato masher and quickly learned there was only a single cookie sheet/baking pan. Zero food storage options (containers or bags). The current amount of supplies are not conducive for long stays if you plan to cook. If you plan to eat out (and there are excellent options in Sheridan), this should not be an issue for you. The beds are extremely comfortable. Everyone slept very well. We had plenty of linens. We also had plenty of towels/wash cloths. We utilized the washer and dryer throughout the trip and that was so nice. One thing we liked but others may not is the lack of TVs. There is only one in the entire house. None in any of the bedrooms. This was preferred for us as this required us to sit around and talk or play board games, etc. The neighborhood is so quiet. There are a few dogs in the area that you would hear bark, but rarely. And they were all very friendly and cute. We watched bunnies and even a deer in the area. We are so sad to have had to come back to WI!
