We came in from Kansas City for a softball tournament at Foley Sports Complex. We were 10 minutes from the fields and 20-30 minutes from the beach. Had the team over for swimming and a team dinner one evening which was perfect. Four of our families stared in the house together. The girls loved the bunk rooms to all be together. We had such a great time!

The property was in fair shape. The pool was green, the bathroom toilet wasn’t working properly. I had to call about both issues, got resolved the next day.
The house could use some items replaced. The beds are a bit outdated, the kitchen floor tile needs replaced, and the ac unit controls were locked down. It was a decent stay at best based on how much I had to pay for the week. Probably would not stay there again unless it was updated some.

My family and I had a great time and a lovely stay. The house was very accommodating for the amount of people we had.The only downs were the refrigerator wasn't getting cold and the ice maker did not work. It would also be great if the two bedrooms in the front had long length mirrors for getting dressed. Also the bed in the first bedroom was very squeaky and wobbly, and some of the covers on the bunk beds had to be washed. Overall, we enjoyed the house very much. It was peaceful and quiet and a good location not too far from all the excitement and entertainment. Would book again.

The property was nice. Nice area about 15 minutes down road you are at the beach. Could have cleaned up yard before we arrived not very nice to walk up to front door. Cleaned it up for the next people coming in. The ice maker didn’t work we just bought bags of ice. Said it needed filters to be replaced. Nice pool in back yard but wasn’t working properly they were limping it along for our stay. Not very private pool the workers doing yard work kept coming in back yard. Couldn’t sit outside in backyard was being overtaken by bees. Probably had nest around. Screens needed to be fixed around pool area. Went to some very nice restaurants. Easy to get around and good location. Went on dolphin trip very nice.

Had a great time. House was clean and roomy. Small repairs need to be made and the landscapers need to come by, but we enjoyed our stay. We'll be back and slso reccomend it to our friends.

We had a party of 13 come to celebrate my
Mom’s 70th birthday. The home was spacious but very basic. I am used to home rentals being stocked with basic essentials. There was barely enough towels for everyone in the party. There was no extra bedding or pillows for the sleep sofas and not even K cups for the Keurig machine. We cooked dinner a couple of nights and didn’t have pot holders to remove pans from the oven. The best part of the rental was the pool. It was very clean. The lawn was not well maintained. Overall, the house is in need of basic repairs.

The house is very spacious. It has a large kitchen w/ plenty counter space and 2 large refrigerators in the house which was perfect for our Thanksgiving dinner. Four bed rooms w/ additional sleeping bunks in the Sun Room. Also the family/living room in huge. The host was easy to reach for any questions. Its location is perfect. It's off of the main road that's leading to the Hangout (maybe 5-7 miles) in Gulf Shores and straight to Orange Beach. The several shopping strips nearby as well.

We arrived in different vehicles. There were 16 of us all together. When we arrived the pool water was green. I contacted the manager and the pool guy came and was able to resolve our issues. All in all we enjoyed our trip. House was very convenient to the beach and to Foley where the tournament was located.

My extended family and I enjoyed staying at this home. We had lots of room to spread out after long busy days of beach, shopping and eating. We didn’t use the well equipped kitchen much. It was conveniently located to all the great amenities offered in beautiful Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. We will definitely love to stay again soon. Great Stay!
We loved having the private pool, sand area for the kids, large kitchen and dining area, huge living room, and rooms for all 16 of us. Overall a great stay. A few very minor things needed cleaned. WiFi wasn’t great and neither was phone service, but it didn’t detract much from our experience. Just a short away from tons of restaurants and great beaches. We really enjoyed it!

We were traveling for baseball & this property was in the perfect location. There were a few hiccups but they were minor & they were handled quickly by property management. The property is showing it’s age a bit but it was perfect for our needs. The kids enjoyed the pool after being in the heat & we had a great time!

The check in process was amazingly simple. My main call out would be that the sofa beds were not usable at all and one of the couches was broken. There were 15 of us and plenty of space.

Large home and great pool
We all enjoyed the privacy of having a covered pool. The landscaping is in need of removal but we did not come for the water features! The only issue was that all the large bedrooms have mattresses that seem to lead you into a hole in the center of the bed. If that was remedied, we would have enjoyed our stay more. Again, the property manager was wonderful and accommodating.
