We had 14 in our family group. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary together as a family. The home allowed us plenty of space together. The kitchen was well stocked so we could make delicious meals. The surrounding area was a great playground for hiking, tennis, swimming at Lake Easton and mountain biking. We so enjoyed the use of this great property.

We had guests spanning 3 generations and we all had a great time. The property was clean and well-maintained, had everything which was described and had lot of activity options in and around the property. Few things which were a little underwhelming for us and can be improved (1) Lot of policies were very restrictive and had fines listed all around the house (2) Kitchen could have been more well stocked considering the property is marketed for a maximum of 18 guests (3) There were lot of bunk beds for kids which are not suitable for aged guests. The property should be listed with info on maximum adults and maximum children (not just maximum guests of 18 (4) Only 1 bed was king size and also was not the most sturdiest of beds.

We had a great time at the rental. There was plenty of room for the entire extended family and a great location. The house needs a few more glasses other than the kids plastic glasses and should provide more trash bags and toilet paper. I don't think it was enough for an entire week of 12 people. It definitely isn't enough if we had 18. Overall we had a great time and the management company was very attentive when the wi-fi went out.

House had a variety of bedroom situations. Great for several families staying together. Kitchen very well maintained. Game room was a huge hit for the kids. Did have trouble with Internet/wifi connections as it would come and go. The hot tub was great but it was hard to walk to in the dark. We may have missed the light switches for outside. Definitely would stay there again.

We had a family retreat in Suncadia. All 3 generations thoroughly enjoyed the house and its amenities. The pictures and descriptions on VRBO accurately depict the home. The location on the 15th hole of Rope Rider was perfect. The house was spacious and clean. Highly recommend this property and would stay here again

8 65 yr olds stayed in the house for a 3 day golf fest.
House was great, well stocked with all amenities for sleeping and eating.

Lovely home on the golf course had plenty of space for all 18 of us to sleep. Family dinners were fun with plenty of seating and plenty of dishes and cookware. The hot tub and game room were especially enjoyed. The location was ideal. The wasps were pesky and the oven seemed to not heat at the desired temperature. But we overcame and had a great time.

Tipple Hill Retreat is a well-maintained, spacious, beautiful home that well accommodated our family of 18. Two master suites include a twin bunk bed for kids, and there is an additional spacious bunkroom that sleeps six. Everything was in working order, and we really enjoyed the game room and the gas fireplace. The dining space includes two separate tables, which worked great for us. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. We did all our own cooking with ease.

The house was lovely. Great for our crew. The kitchen was well stocked (sharp knives a bonus). My biggest issue was that there was NO pool table. We specifically chose this place because family members liked to play pool. I contacted VR365 through email to confirm and received an email back stating there was a pool table with an attached video showing a pool table. However, when we arrived there wasn't one. That was disappointing. House was clean, response from customer service good. We did have a pipe freeze and maintenance came to help warm the pipe so we would have water. The place was clean and well maintained.

We stayed at this gorgeous property for 4 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. Upon arrival, we opened the door and were met with a beautiful Christmas tree- so magical! There were 6 adults and 6 children in our group and the house had plenty of space for all of us to be together (or spread out), enjoy meals together, and have fun. The kids loved the game room in the garage (yay for it being heated!) as well as the bunk room. The adults loved the well-stocked kitchen, huge great room, and how clean everything was. We have stayed at several properties in Suncadia and this one is our new favorite. My only recommendation would be to invest in some new sleds (the ones there were very worn out).

This is a beautiful large house with lots of cleaning nicely frinished rooms.Fully equipped kitchen and a fantastic View to the golf course.Above all the team that we rented from which is vacation rental 365, one of our members had lost his car key in one of the couches and was carpooling with some other friends.That was Sunday morning so we called for help after everybody had left and we got somebody to go from this beautiful organization find the key so we can go back and retrieve it in the same day.Services beyond believe and they are super friendly whatever it takes for them to help they will do way above and beyond thank you

Home was as advertised and was a wonderful gathering for our group. The bunk rooms and game room set this apart from other option as worked for us perfectly. The couple of small items are all the door hinges need oil and the yard/weeds screams rental property. We would recommend the home for any family groups. Also agree with prior review - master bed frame has got to go.

The property was located perfectly to the parks and trails. The kitchen was well appointed with enough dinnerware and glass ware, cooking utensils and kitchen appliances for a large group. They had a small fridge in the game room which was a life saver since one fridge for 15 people isn’t enough. Bring paper towels and extra toilet paper since they don’t supply it. Overall the stay was very comfortable!

Great house beautiful location but so many small things just off or weird with the house - Wifi problems from the very beginning - lighting issues in the kitchen requiring us to flip fuses and at one point cook in the dark ad of course a very common problem with all rentals I come across in that no one EVER cleans the bbq so a huge grease fire when we went to use it for dinner. Beautiful location on the course that was chipped away at every turn by small things that could have been avoided.

Great location for quick getaway
We stayed three nights at the property and it provided a great home base for a relaxing vacation. There's plenty of space in the living room/kitchen for a larger gathering and ample activities at the house to keep everyone entertained. The hosts were extremely responsive and easy to work with. Quick drive from Seattle, I would definitely recommend booking a stay!

Lovely place to stay
We just had a fabulous weekend here at this property. The house is very clean and beautifully furnished. It was perfect for our group of 2 families. The kids enjoyed the bunk house room and all of the games in the garage. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed. It was a beautiful house in a beautiful area. Overall a great experience
Our family really enjoyed it. TV needs a sound bar, otherwise it’s impossible to watch anything with with people walking around as it’s very quiet. It would also be helpful to have a floor mop to sweep dust and dirt during stay. Ping pong table racquets were broken, need updating. Master bedroom bed is very squeaky. Few other minor maintenance stuff need attention. Otherwise a great home for vacation
