We enjoyed our week at Bama Breeze so much. It was my mom, myself and my 3 kids, ages 14,12 and 11. It was perfect that the kids could go swim and snorkel right from the house. I felt it was very safe for them to do that especially at the lower tides. The owners were amazing at communicating and answer my questions the weeks and even months leading up to our stay. We made many fun memories in our time in the Bahamas and our family pictures we took with the Bama Breeze view are beautiful. Thank you for opening your home and allowing us to stay.

Our family stayed at Bama Breeze for a week in March. The property was beautiful and well maintained. I loved all the outdoor seating options! We used the kayaks every day and the water in front of the home is spectacular. During low tide, you can walk all the way out to the island. While there, we saw needle fish, crabs and even a turtle. The house had everything we needed to make our trip perfect. We even had a small injury and I was thankful they had hydrogen peroxide under a sink. Communication with the owners was also top notch. They were patient with all my questions.

This property is so unique for this island. We loved the calm water, the beautiful landscaping, the kayaks, the swings, and walking to the island in the distance at low tide. The house is clean, well stocked, and exactly as pictured. Great central location. The owners are helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The locals are happy and kind, and we felt perfectly safe on the island. This is a great place to hang out, but be sure to take a tour or rent a boat from Minn’s and get out to explore the other islands, too. We had a great time!

This property was amazing! The views from the porch, water access, kayaks and a comfortable home. My kids had a blast in the water and on the swings, not to mention the sand bar to explore daily! We intend to use this property again for vacation, we loved it!

My family of five (kids aged 10, 14, 17) had an incredible trip to Exuma. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and all of the offered amenities. The pictures on the listing are just as you will see in real life... simply amazing. The no see ums can be bad, but we used "No Natz" from Buc-ees and had no problems. I strongly recommend renting a jeep as the roads back to the house are "entertaining" to drive on. The owners provide a lot of information on the house and the island prior to arrival. Doug and Bambi are quite responsive to all questions (house and island related). Thank you for a great week!

The house is great and the location is unbeatable. Fully stocked kitchen, grill, kayaks, good WiFi, what else can you ask for!? The hosts were incredibly responsive as well. Highly recommended!

The pictures are beautiful, but it’s even nicer when you see it in person. Private, clean, water toys, and a porch overlooking the ocean (my favorite place). Doug responds quickly when you have questions or problems. The four people in our group kept saying how perfect the place is.

Our family of four stayed here (our kids are 16 and 22). We really enjoyed our week at Bama Breeze. The house had everything we needed, including kayaks, floats, and snorkeling gear that we used frequently! While the road to get there was challenging (we rented a jeep and were very glad we did), we enjoyed the quietness and solitude of this property. It was centrally located to the things we wanted to do, whether it was visit the beautiful beaches of Little Exuma or head up north for our tour. We rented a boat for a day as well--highly recommend! It was a wonderful vacation in the perfect spot! Thank you Doug and Bambi!

We had an amazing experience. The house and property was pristine! Clean and well kept. The AC worked fantastic which was nice after being out in the sun all day. Cant say enough good things about this place and the host. They answered all of my questions almost instantly. The outdoor space here is breathtaking. Great views and several spots to enjoy them from. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. Kayaks and fishing rquipment were so much fun to have. Highly recommend this rental.

We enjoyed staying at this property! Beautiful water and a lovely home. The kayaks were a nice addition and used daily. The house had everything we needed and was very private. Short drive to town. We would stay here again!

Doug and Bambi’s place was fantastic. Plenty of amenities, from kayaks, cornhole, swings, to a fully stocked kitchen and grill. Communication was great and we had no issues throughout our stay. It’s great to be able to have a little low tide beach right in front of the house. That’s not the case with most of the homes at Master’s Harbor/the bonefish flat. The living room furniture was really comfortable. Mattresses were also comfortable. Doug and Bambi were super accommodating to us and I’d absolutely recommend staying at their place.

Family of 5 had a wonderful trip to Exuma. Bama Breeze is fully stocked with everything you could need. We grilled out most nights watching the amazing sunsets. House was fully air conditioned and enjoyed family game nights with variety of board games provided. We had a fun filled day on the water with Captain Sugar. Also enjoyed the Exuma ATV tour! Most of our lunches were at Splash, Santanas or Tropic Breeze. Our best meal was at the Snapping Turtle beside chat & chill. Bambi and Doug were very responsive and made everything easy for check in and check out. They were quick in realonding to all of our questions. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Bambi and Doug were amazing first of all. They answered any questions we had. Their place feels like you are on a deserted island. You really never have to leave if you didn’t want to. They have everything you need to enjoy your time. Highly recommend

This house had everything from kayaks, snorkle gear, corn hole boards and swings in the water to board games, coolers and beach chairs. You could not have a more beautiful view and the privacy of the location made it absolutely perfect!!

The cottage was very clean! It was a perfect size with a well stocked kitchen. The location was excellent, so close to everything. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this to others.

Bama Breeze is so beautiful - everything you see in the pictures and more! The beach is private and quiet. The owner Bambi is extremely responsive and answered all my questions right away. She also provides a huge packet of information about activities, shopping and restaurants on the island. All in all we had a great experience!

This house and location are amazing. We had so many adventures. The property was clean and exactly as the pictures show it. The house was well stocked and perfect for our family of five. There is so much to do here. And some of our favorite adventures were right from the house. (Kayaking to the blue hole to snorkel, hiking to mosquito island at low tide to snorkel and see the osprey nest, kayaking with giant stingrays, etc.). The house and island are truly paradise!

I don't even know where to start. This house is absolutely amazing. It was our first trip to Exuma and this house made our trip so easy and enjoyable. The house itself was set up perfectly for our family of 2 adults and 4 young children. The beach/sound was great for the kids. Their favorite thing was the swings over the water! So much fun. I could go on and on but just know that this house is so special. The kitchen was well stocked, the kayaks were great. The hammocks and swings were awesome as well. We cannot wait to go back to Exuma and stay at Bama Breeze again! Also, Bambi was super responsive to all my (many) questions! :) Thank you Doug and Bambi for sharing your special place with us!

What an amazing Thanksgiving week we had. I traveled alone with myself, and my two children and I felt super safe. The people on the island are so nice and so helpful the owner of the house BAMBI had everything you would need. They have definitely gone above and beyond. The view is breath taking. I am not one to repeat a vacation. However, I would definitely come back to her place. I have already talked to some of my friends about possibly taking a trip after the first of the year. I am normally not the biggest fan of going out to restaurants however, the restaurants that we chose to go to were really nice and very good. We went to Copia for dinner after boating all day. Blu on the water was great. CocoPlum for a lunch was nice. We did two separate private boating days. Super fun!! Spent some days at the house all day which was perfect to explore the sand bars and kayak. Such a great place! We will be back!!! Rented a Jeep- which was a must have due to the roads.

Our stay was exactly how it is pictured. Getting to see the view everyday was remarkable. The location is off the beaten path and we barely saw anyone around. I would highly recommend renting a Jeep from Thompson's. It was well worth it and a lot of fun! The owners, Doug and Bambi, clearly put great effort into building this wonderful vacation spot. The house has everything you need (spices, condiments, soap/shampoo, coolers). Having a washer and dryer is huge when it comes to packing. We rented a boat from Minn's for four days. It is the best way to experience the island, especially Man O War Cay. Lots of great places to anchor up to. Monument beach and Sand dollar beach were our favorites. The staff at Minn's gases up and fills the cooler with ice every day. Our other stops via the Jeep were, Hoopers Bay and Tropic of Cancer beach. The restaurants we visited were: -Santana's - Probably the best meal we had. -Blu on the Water - We arrived in the early afternoon for their brunch but they had mostly run out of food. We went again for dinner. They were missing items from their menu and the AC inside was ice cold. The spot was buggy each time we went. The view is spectacular, the service was friendly, but the food was ok. -Island Boy Cafe - next to the Exuma market was also great. -Splash - We were disappointed here. Looks to be a great spot but we walked out. The service is non-existent and they apologized. On Stocking Island: -Chat N Chill - great spot to hang. Good drinks and grilled food. The bathrooms were a bit rough here. -Snappy Turtle - food and drinks were good. The deck got a bit hot. It is nicer to be on the water at Chat N Chill. The only negative about the house and some parts of the island are the black flies. Even with deet, they devoured my daughter and I (my wife and mother in law were untouched). We just gave up and let them bite us. Overall we would come back again in a heartbeat. There still are a bunch of places and restaurants we want to explore.

Both my husband and I needed to trip to disconnect from our busy lives. The first full day we were there, we sat in the water and heard nothing but nature! It was amazing! We truly loved the deserted island feel that the home offers yet it’s easy access to everything. The home offered everything you could ask for. Thank you, Doug and Bambi, for opening your home for others to enjoy, it was truly paradise!

the house is new and yet cozy, modern and yet warm. The views are stunning, the private beach is amazing at low and high tide, being able to walk out to the sandbars and even other islands is dreamy...really makes you feel safe to let your kids explore. The house is stocked with whatever you need and we did so much!!!! Kayaked, swam with nurse sharks-Compass Cay, swam with the pigs, swam with turtles (Hoopers Bay), fed the stingrays at Chat n chill, Mom's bakery in Little Exuma, Pretty Molly Bay was GORGEOUS!! Took a fantastic 8 hour excursion with the Sugar Adventure Company. We wish we could stay forever. The Bahamians are beyond kind, the food was delicious, the vibe is so relaxed and yet we were never bored. Its just a must to come here and stay at Bama Breeze. Bambi is a dream owner who helps with anything you need. I would recommend renting a jeep though. It helped alot with the rough roads and the road leading to the house. It made it a "breeze". 😉 thank you so much Bambi!!!!!!!

Do yourself a favor and rent Bama Breeze… you will not be disappointed. The view is breathtaking, the house is beautiful and well equipped with everything you need. Loved having kayaks, a grill to use and the hammocks to relax in were all a nice touch. Bambi was so easy to work with and very helpful and she made sure our vacation from start to finish went very smoothly. Our only complaint was our week went by way too fast. We would recommend that, if you get a rental car that you get a jeep or SUV as the roads can get a little bumpy.

Such an amazing property! I absolutely loved the location. No crowds. Had the beach to ourselves. The house was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of space. We made most of our meals at the house and the kitchen was stocked great for that. We loved spending time outside on the deck. So peaceful and such an awesome view. Bambi, the owner, was so easy to get ahold of and extremely helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a blast on our first family vacation to Exuma! What an adventurous trip, and the house was perfect to come home to at the end of a fun exhausting day!

We had an amazing stay at the Bama Breeze! Booking the property and a few subsequent changes to our stay was super easy. Bambi was great at responding to all my questions and getting us into the property. The house and the setting are beautiful, we had an incredible vacation and can't wait to go back someday!

We enjoyed our week stay. The house was very clean and had modern fittings and appliances. It was short on basic supplies though (toilet paper, laundry soap, etc) which we ended up supplying ourselves. The road into the neighborhood was surprisingly rough, almost like a completely unmaintained jeep trail (that was the worst part of this property; not know how bad the road was when we booked). It wasn’t too far from all needed services and we enjoyed the kayaks.

Bama Breeze was perfect for our family of four! From the time we booked our rental, Bambi was super responsive to any questions we had. She was truly a wonderful host who made sure we were taken care of. The house is brand new and beautiful and in our opinion, the view, the water and the little beach at low tide was the prettiest on the island! We will definitely come again!

This home is FABULOUS! The cheery Bahamian Blue home greeted us for our 2nd stay on the island and we cannot recommend a stay here enough. The home offers excellent views and is beachfront. Our party enjoyed kayaking in the sun & took advantage of the abundant outdoor lounge chairs to relax and unwind. The owners have really made this place a stand out by providing mini split air conditioning in each room. Seriously, if you like a nice cold room at the end of a hot day in the sun you will not beat this place! Thoughtful touches like throw blankets, well stocked kitchen, cornhole, cozy bedding (no scratchy sheets here!), and a extensive book of suggestions of things to do on the island made our stay that much better. Also I’ve never stayed in a Vrbo with an owner that was so responsive to messages. Just an incredible experience. Thank you so much for sharing Bama Breeze with us!

Fantastic new home overlooking the Old Airport Flats. Owners were great to communicate with and quickly answered the few questions we had. Everything we needed to enjoy our three week stay. Highly recommend this property!
