Great location. Close to beach and pools. Good choice of restaurants. There was an issue with our initial reservation, but Cheng went above and beyond to resolve the situation. Aloha and mahalo.

We had a wonderful stay at Cheng's place. The resort had a great location and a lot of amenities. Cheng was extremely helpful and friendly and even upgraded our stay to a beautiful suite that had everything we needed. We will definitely come again!

The condo was perfect for our family, we really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious, gorgeous view. Beds were comfy and the condo had all we needed.

The rooms were clean. Cheng was very professional. Pools were very busy. Overall we had a great time.

We rented a 2 bed/2 bath and everything was as described. We even got upgraded to a guaranteed ocean view. Communication was easy and efficient. We are looking to book again asap with our host!

Best place in Waikiki
Amazing experience with Chang and the Hilton staff. The space is plenty and is well stocked. Met all expectations and hope to come back any time we’re in Waikiki. The price is obviously more than getting a regular room at Hilton Hawaiian village, but it’s a better choice if you have multiple families in your party. It is worth every extra penny and is the only way to stay in Waikiki!!! Thank you for making our family vacation amazing

Great condo at Hilton Hawaiian Village
My family and I had a wonderful experience staying here! Condo was located in the lagoon tower at Hilton Hawaiian Village, which is a great location. We had a beautiful view in the condo was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable! Cheng was great at keeping in touch to make sure our check in process was smooth. Highly recommend!

He was able to upgrade our room to a full ocean view, and was able to get my parent's room next door. He made the check in process very easy, helped arrange the parking, and arranged express check out. He even checked in with us to make sure that we had made it into the room smoothly, and was available if we needed anything or had any questions. We are so grateful for all his help and would definitely stay at the hotel and book with him again in the future.

The property was as described. Cheng Yang was a gracious host. He kept us informed and took care of all the reservations with Hilton. Over all it was a very pleasant experience.

Cheng was great! The property was as listed and maintained well by Hilton. We were given a 14th floor harbor/ocean view. We are offered a 9th floor Diamond head/garden. Very happy with property for price.

Cheng was super responsive to all of our questions prior to our trip. The check in process was smooth. The room itself was exactly what we needed for our family vacation. The bedroom/living room/kitchen set up was perfect for our family stay with my parents, my husband and I and our one year old daughter. We were upgraded to an ocean front room with an unbelievable view. I usually say the experiences that make a vacation, but the our stay definitely added great value to our successful trip. Thank you!

It was nice but we were disappointed that there were no restaurants, bars or services available in the hotel and had that been disclosed during our booking we could have been more prepared or chosen a different location especiallly for the price we paid.

A Dream in Paradise
Nestled into the white sands of Waikiki, this location is an unforgettable gem with breathtaking views and top-notch amenities. The host did everything in their power to ensure my stay was perfect. They even got us an upgrade to a penthouse with beachfront views! The spirit of aloha was real with this property. This getaway was 5 stars from the moment I hit book on this site to the solemn last moments sipping my coffee on the balcony before checkout.
