This condo at the Hilton was perfect for our family of five. We had a great time and had zero issues with the unit.

The room was exactly as described. The staff at the complex were very helpful and attentive. I had always wanted to stay at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. That being said the property has become to big. There are line ups for everything. It is very difficult to get dinner reservations and the pool areas are very over crowed. We often left without finding a spot to sit and enjoy the pool area. The menu's at all the restaurants have little to nothing for people with dietary restrictions. Our son who is celiac, (gluten allergy) had difficulty finding anything to eat. We would happily stay at another VRBO just not this property. It's too bad, they had a beautiful location, but lack of planning and thought to what a true Hawaiian vacation feels and looks like means we will not return. The lagoon and beach areas were wonderful. Plan accordingly.
