My family and I had a wonderful stay. The property was perfectly located and the unit itself was plenty of space for our 3 night stay. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and town. The pool on property was better than expected. Hope to stay again in the future!

This condo is just perfect! We came in over spring break with my teenage daughter and her friend. There was plenty of room for all of us and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds are so comfortable, the condo is perfectly clean and very well appointed. Trish was absolutely amazing!! We arrived a bit earlier than our check in time and she graciously allowed us to store our luggage in the condo so that we were able to run to the grocery store and grab lunch. She gave us a welcome call our first day to ensure we had everything we needed. The condo has a laundry facility on site, you can use your credit card to operate the machines. They have a storage locker that contains beach chairs and an umbrella that we were so grateful to have as we used them every single day. They also provided a larger cooler bag and a small igloo cooler that were so handy and very appreciated. But let's talk about this location - it could not be more perfect! Literally one block and you're at the beach. Walk just one block east and you're at the Third Street district with so many great shops and restaurants. We walked to dinner almost every night and the girls loved the cute surf shop that's right around the corner. We barely used the pool but it's cute and the perfect size....it was a nice break one day when the wind made the beach a little too chilly. Overall the week went by way too quickly and we will most definitely stay here again next time we visit Naples. Thank you Trish! :)

This property is very clean and a 2.5 minute walk from your door to the beach water!
The appointment is very clean and the check-in process was easy. The property manager was fantastic. The apartment is incredibly close to the beach, and the pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. The entire property is well maintained. The beds were comfortable. They have several beach chairs, a cooler on wheels and an umbrella for guests to use. I would rent this property again.

Wonderful Experience!
Location, location, location! This condo could not be in a more perfect location in the Naples area! We could walk right across the street to the beach and I y two blocks from amazing restaurants and shops. The condo is newly renovated and well kept. The pool is a nice size and Trista was very accommodating and great to work with. We will be back!

Fabulous Vacation!
Trista is an excellent host. She was very communicative and responds promptly to any request or question. She is extremely pleasant and professional. Additionally, she shared a list of local restaurants and activities which we found helpful.
The apartment is clean and well stocked. Beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and even sunscreen are provided. The kitchen has every cooking utensil and appliance needed for meal preparation.
Fabulous location - 1/2 block from the beach and a block from restaurants and stores.

We stayed two nights at this newly renovated apartment. Super short walk to a beautiful beach. Great vibe. Cool furniture and an extremely accommodating host. Trisha is definitely a super host who is willing to go out of her way to make sure you have a great experience. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our short family getaway at this property! The condo is equipped with everything you may need for a great trip! The location can’t be beat & the updated condo met all of our family’s needs. The contact for the property was so easy to get ahold of and extremely accommodating. Wonderful Location - close to beach, shops, large pool. Highly Recommend!
With my husband recovering from knee replacement surgery, we were looking for a relaxing get-away with no stairs and short steps to pool or beach. This unit was simply stellar in being suitable to all our needs. Trista is highly communicative and answered all of questions. She has the place well-organized with simple instructions outlined. Despite proximity to all amenities, it's a quiet, safe area and the beach was fairly vacant. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Great Location
Location is great with walking distance to beach, pier, shops and restaurants. The pool is nice but there are no umbrellas for shade. A beach umbrella is provided with the condo but it only shades 2 people; it would be ideal if 2 umbrellas were provided. The golf cart taxi guy is fantastic! Over all a great vacation option and we will consider rebooking.

Amazing location, steps away from Naples pier and beautiful beaches as well as Old Naples with shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Quiet area and wonderful communication with owners whenever we needed an answer.

The best way to enjoy old Naples
We’ve been visiting Naples for nearly 20 years, but our stay in this immaculate, perfectly located condo was a completely different experience! Being able to walk to all the best restaurants and shops, the pier, the beach, and the city dock was incredible. The high-end finishes made for a luxurious stay. The beds were comfortable with the right weight bedding for SW Florida. We also appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels. The host was a great communicator and left some Naples treats for us to enjoy upon arrival. We’ve already told our Naples-loving family and friends that this condo must be their next accommodation in our favorite town. Everything is as pictured. A truly five star stay.

Great spot!
I started my time with 2 teenagers who loved walking to beech and pool and town, then I had my parents visit who are both close to 80. They also were comfortable walking to beech snd dinner and to get coffee every morning. I would def be back. The place was updated and clean and staff was very helpful! Nothing bad to report!!!

A Gem In the Heart of Naples!
This gem's location is seriously the best in Naples. The beach is directly across the street with the Naples Pier a block away, Third Street one street behind, Fifth Avenue a five minute walk, and Naples Bay just a few blocks away. We were able to walk everywhere and never had to use the car. The condo is completely renovated and new while fully furnished with everything from kitchen and bath items to necessary beach equipment. This condo is extremely clean and it is evident the owner makes sure the entire comfortable bed is laundered and fresh for each guest. The condo has new doors and windows and the property is quiet with a large newly renovated pool. It really is perfect just as the pictures show and will not disappoint.

Beautifully appointed condo with everything you need for a beach vacation! The kitchen was well stocked and even had a keurig, which is a rare sight. The condo was sparkling clean and we also received a personalized note and follow-up on check in! To say this condo’s location is convenient is an understatement - literally one block to the 13th street beach entrance! The pool was also very enjoyable for my two girls. Wonderful place for a family of 4!

Adorable condo in perfect location
We were in town for a sports camp at Paradise Sports Complex 20 minutes down the road with our two teens. The location of our condo could not be beat. One block to the Pier. One block to shops and restaurants. The pool also is huge. Everything up to date and adorable inside. If we have occasion to return to Naples we will book Mariner 118 again!

Great place to stay if you want to take full advantage of Naples! All of the great things to do are a couple of hundreds yards away in either direction. Our host was great! And the Condominium was super clean and just big enough to get the job done. Love the place.

We stayed here with our 3 children (7, 5 & 3) and loved being able to easily walk back and forth from the condo with the Pool to the beach/ Pier, to restaurants, shops, and ice cream parlors, and explore the charm of the historic district. The condo complex has an old Floridan feel with nice vegetation and well maintained pool area. The condo itself is very clean, new, modern, and well equipped. It is small but perfectly accommodated our Family of 5. we also very mich enjoyed our complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival!
