The house was spacious and private for a group of people to stay. Carpet upstairs so dogs aren't allowed upstairs, but the house was perfect for our needs. Lovely backyard and large picnic table. Private access doors to the backyard too from the downstairs rooms.

This house was perfect for our extended family trip that included 4 adults and 6 kids ages 9 to 15. The open layout allowed our large group to come together for meals and to hangout in the evenings without feeling crowded. The location was perfect - central to multiple tourist destinations like the Grand Canyon, Sedona and Sunset Crater - and just minutes from downtown Flagstaff. And we especially loved the gorgeous hiking path just steps from the backyard.

This property was great. We had 2 families of stay , with 4 teens. The house is beautiful the room arrangement was awesome as the kids had their own space upstairs and the adults each had a huge bedroom. The pool table and loft area was great for the kids. Added bonus was the garage we were able to fit 2 SUV’s in which was great since we got a lot of snow while we there. The hot tub was an added bonus and was great after a long day of adventures. Home is about 35 minutes to Sedona and a beautiful drive and just under and hour and half to the Grand Canyon, great locations for the day trips. Everything was also clean and well stocked.

Great house, big rooms, good beds. Good kitchen, with everything we needed. Big spaces. It was snowing when we got there and every day we had some snow, as a result, two of the rooms were a little too cold. After having the heaters on for two or three days, everything was warmer. Then, we had a great time. Mass attention was excellent, Thank you

Plenty of space inside and in the backyard. My son loved the hot tub. Trail access right behind the back yard was great. Only complaint is that it is that there is plenty of highway noise due to proximity to 10.

A lovely 5 bedroom home. We only used 4 of the rooms. Downstairs bedroom off the kitchen was cold . And the hot water in the shower didn’t get very warm .. kitchen was well stocked with coffee which we enjoyed sitting together at the table or entertaining in the living room. Back yard was great for my 2 small dogs..loved the trail behind the house.

The home was large and had plenty of room for a large family or a couple of small families. We loved the gas fireplace. Our only problem was the driveway. The driveway is difficult if it snows or if you drive a car that sits low to the ground.

We had a wonderful summer family retreat to Flagstaff and thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful home in the pines. Close and convenient to any destination and nicely appointed. Spacious property great for a big group. Loved the rocking chairs on the front porch and the Adirondack chairs in the back yard…which backs up to a great trail. Is as it looks online. Our family celebrated my husbands 70th birthday here. The space was open and we never felt cramped or on top of each other. The layout is perfect for multiple groups. The beds were very comfortable! We were even able to enjoy the huge outside picnic table that accommodated all of us dispute the thunderstorms. Highly recommend.

We have now stayed in this property twice. I have to say, this was one of my favorite Stais of all time. The property is clean, very well-maintained, and an excellent option for either a large family, or a large group all staying together. My family required room for six very tall adults, and this house more than accommodated us. We had no real issues with the stay, just a couple of questions that Massimiliano was able to address for us very quickly. I know he also has many other properties in the area, and we will definitely use them in the future. This property is located very close to a lot of amenities for Flagstaff, and makes it very easy to decide to cook and stay in, go and eat out, or pick up and bring it back home. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and excellent for just walking around if that’s what you want to do. The pool table and games provided inside the home are also excellent, and a great way to pass the time if you don’t feel like venturing out. We will definitely stay at this property again, and another ones that Massimiliano manages.

Other than the garage door opener not working (and taking longer than expected to be replaced) the house was great and we would certainly be back on our next stay in Flagstaff.

This house was pretty close to being perfect! The only issue that we had was the thermostat. I think it was preprogrammed to turn on at a high temperature, so we were constantly opening windows and turning it down several times a day. It was very frustrating. I woke up in the middle of the night last night and had to find my way to the thermostat to turn down the heat to sleep comfortably. It definitely needs to be addressed. Other than that, it was lovely!
