We were in Navarre for a family reunion. Everyone stays at Beach Colony West. We enjoyed our stay so much.

Beautiful facility with plenty of parking and really fast elevator service. Our particular unit was perfect for our group, close to beach, near the pier, and offering everything needed for a great trip.

First, I would like to Thank the Owners for sharing their Beautiful condo with all of us beach lovers!! The condo is very roomy and so so nice! Pictures do not do it Justice! When we arrived, it was clean and had some items to get you started. Plus a kitchen full of equipment and gadgets, dishes, silverware, etc. Also, if I had questions, the owners were very quick to respond and super nice! The beach itself is great! Soft white sand and blue turquoise water. Beach Colony Resort also provides 1 umbrella and 2 beach chairs for your stay per day for free which is awesome! You can rent more if you would like to. Any other resort I’ve been to never provided any for free. The balcony overlooking the beach/ocean is wonderful! Spacious and lots of patio furniture. One of the best condos, places we’ve ever stayed at!! Only complaint is that in the bathrooms, especially master bath, we noticed a sewer like smell that was strong whenever the vent was turned on. This could be an issue with all the condos, not sure. However, all in all, it was still amazing!! Navarre Beach is more laid back and not as busy or touristy as Destin and PCB, but we liked that. However, one day we did drive to Destin and it was about 45-50 minutes with traffic, so not far at all. We will definitely try to book this one again in the future!!

The condo was absolutely beautiful. It felt more like a home than a condo. Everything was really clean and there was sooo much room. The view from the balcony is breathtakingly beautiful. The walk to the beach isnt very far, so hauling the kids and equipment wasn't hard. Being able to store our canopies and chairs in the bike room was a major plus. It kept the sand at a minimum in the condo. My brother is in end stage kidney failure, so we had to bring his dialysis machine with us. We were stressing about having to carry all of the medicine needed for his machine, but the owners helped us with having it delivered. They went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed for our stay!

Very clean upon arrival, & had everything we needed! Owners very good to work with. An extra bonus was the inclusion of umbrella & chairs, we are from Missouri, so that was helpful, less we had to haul! Beautiful view & short walk to beach!

Navarre is our favorite place to go. The condo was spacious and clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Overlooking the emerald blue waters of Navarre. PERFECT!

We had a wonderful time staying at 9C! The pictures do not do the condo justice! Beautiful views, very large and comfortable balcony, and just the perfect place for a family vacation! We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our time in Navarre Beach at this condo. Super clean, spacious condo, incredible view and had all the amenities we needed. Got an umbrella and two beach chairs as part of our stay, storage for beach gear on 1st floor and nice pool. Definitely will be going back and great communication from our owner.

Our family of 6 (incl 3 generations and 2 teens) really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean and well-stocked, with pots and pans which we used multiple times to cook dinner in during our stay. The outdoor furniture was very comfy and high quality, plenty of space for us all to be out there together. Dining table was big enough for card games and sit-down meals together. Only downside was there were no beach chairs for us to use. We rented chairs and umbrellas from LDV for the week but they put all the chairs away by 4-5pm each day. We had nothing to sit on at the beach in the evenings (especially for the grandparents in the group). Chris was very accessible when we had any questions during our stay. Would def stay here again!

The condo was very large and comfortable. The view was outstanding. I was able to communicate with the host and she was very responsive! Would highly recommend!

We love Navarre and have stayed at many resorts on the beach. This one did not disappoint. The condo was well-appointed and the hosts quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect!

The owner called us 2 hours before check in that one room and bathroom were uninhabitable but we could still check in. After he said he didn’t want to give details, then told us that furniture was broken, then after we pushed him he admitted that there was a bug problem. Thankfully found another place so our vacation was saved. Don’t rent from this owner if he lied to us he will lie to you!

The condo was just what we needed to enjoy a relaxing week at the beach. The three bedrooms gave our family of five room to spread out and having three bathrooms made getting ready quick and easy. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It was wonderful to have a balcony on the beach, the view was beautiful and it was a wonderful place to start the day with a cup of coffee while listening to the waves. Having the beach chair/umbrella service was a great perk, it was a treat to have chairs and shade ready for us at the beach! The owners great to work with and we are so happy we had a chance to stay at their condo. We would definitely stay here again!

We love Navarre Beach, as it's less busy than Destin and Pensacola. The white sand, turquoise water, relaxing sound of the waves, and marine life all combine for a fun and laid back vacation. This "9C" condo is beautifully decorated, and has a well stocked kitchen, perfect for preparing a seafood dinner with fresh seafood from a nearby market. The spacious dining room table was able to seat our whole crew. The beds are very comfortable with nice linens. Another added bonus is the comfortable balcony furniture...perfect for enjoying the views and breathing in the salt air. What a wonderful place to make memories!

Condo was beautiful/clean/comfortable. Would definitely schedule return visit.

As Mary Poppins said, “practically perfect in every way”. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was responsive to questions. I appreciated how quick the elevators were.

Such a beautiful place for our reunion. So much room and well furnished. The view was awesome from the balcony and nice seating to enjoy it. Kitchen had all we needed to cook. Great beds and so clean. Easy access to the beach. Would love to stay again. Thank you for sharing with us.

Property was exactly what we were looking for. View was amazing, balcony was huge with nice furniture. The condo was clean and spacious without being to big. We had a wonderful experience and plan on staying here again in the future. Also the condo owner was very nice with great communication.

The welcome packet that we received before arrival was perfect, and instructions were easy to follow. The only thing that I would have changed would be the length of stay, to much longer. The unit was very clean, quiet and just the perfect fit for my husband and I. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishware, along with utensils. The refrigerator worked well and was plenty big enough for the groceries that we brought along with us!! The bathrooms are generous in size and very clean, as well. We utilized the washer and dryer and it worked perfectly.The patio is a dream, with a large expansive view of the gulf and pier. The furniture is very comfortable for just lounging. I was even able to get a nap in on the couch after a day at the beach!! We enjoyed evenings out there after dinner, listening to the waves wash up on shore.Chair and umbrella service are included with a rental. Get down to the beach early to "reserve" your spot. You don't want to miss out!!! Don't forget to tip the chair guys either, they will appreciate it.P.S. If you do travel to Navarre Beach and plan on walking the beach at night, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE order a "Red" flashlight off of Amazon before you go. This helps the sea turtles at night and the local citizens will appreciate it. On our first walk at night we had one, and several local citizens thanked us for helping the turtles. Remember, we are just visitors.
