Hotel was great, clean, good breakfast, absolutely no complaints, centrally located. They had car charging stations which was a plus.

All of the staff were extremely sweet & helpful, and everything was super clean. Also, the special touch of having a personalized greeting on my tv was an unexpected surprise that made my day.
The king bed I slept on was as hard as a brick and the pillows weren’t much better. I woke up both mornings I stayed there with a migraine and an extremely sore and stiff body.

The room was nice and big.
Breakfast was really good, very good selection. The lady taking care of the breakfast was really nice and super efficient.
A fan in the bathroom would have been nice and a lock for the bathroom door.
The hot tub was not working, which was a bit disappointing.
The front staff could be a bit more service minded, maybe a welcome or a smile when you come to check in.

our glass shower door would not stay closed which was an unpleasant surprise while showering.

The rooms were comfortable and clean
Breakfast was below average. The food was soggy. It is hard to explain but the eggs, and potatoes were soggy and the bacon limp and a bit under cooked. For the price of this inn it should be much better.

The breakfast was terrible.
Came down both mornings and there was next to no food. No orange juice, no fruit.. the young staff don’t seem to understand that they need to be on top of refilling food When the hotel is busy.
Our bathroom had dirt and hair on the floors and kids were running the halls at 11 pm. Very young hotel staff that don’t seem to concerned with anything.

The room was great and the shower was the best that I've had at a hotel. Love it! Super friendly staff and clean.
The breakfast bar was not fully stocked and your guests were frustrated. The one person they has stocking did an okay job but the second person was slow and looked hung over.

Early check in was allowed, fantastic breakfast, friendly staff and I requested a room away from the crowds due to my studies I am working on and they came thru perfectly for that. Thank you !

Staff so accommodating during severe winter weather. Craig was kind enough to pick us up at airport when shuttle not running and we couldn't get a taxi. Also there was an unruly guest in the evening hours that was immediately taken care of by security after our complaint.
