Красивый новый отель в самом центре города, комфорт на 5 звезд, мягкие подушки, дорогое качественное белье, очень вкусный завтрак и очень толковый, обязательный и вежливый персонал на ресепшн, отдельная похвала ресторану при отеле, шикарная кухня и есть рум сервис заказа еды из ресторана в номер.

Sehr schönes zentral liegendes Hotel direkt am Markt. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und das Frühstück reichhaltig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und offen für Sonderwünsche. Wir sehen uns wieder 😊

Maitre’d at dinner - very focused on the fact that we did not have a reservation - chastised us and made certain we knew that was expected in the future… but sat us anyway … no one told us we needed reservations to eat there as guests of the hotel.

Tesis teki Çalışan arkadaşlar her konuda çok ilgili ve yardımcı oldular.Kendimizi evimizde hissettirdiler hepsi. Otelin konumu tek kelime ile mükemmel di. Tekrar geldiğimde düşünmeden tercih ederim.

Buffet au petit-déjeuner et copieux. Le Restaurant BOHEMIA est excellent avec un bon rapport qualité-prix. La réception est très serviable et parle français, le personnel de la réception a organisé les visites des musées et des lieux touristiques avec plans et numéro de tram chaque jour !

Système compliqué de badge pour l'accès à l'ascenseur, mais c'est pour notre sécurité...

The staff was very nice, the hotel is beautiful and very well located! Clean and quiet! I also loved the minibar and the coffee in the room.

I would add more types of food at breakfast, because we stayed 3 mornings and ate the same food. I recommend you make a reservation at the restaurant online, because we made it at the restaurant at breakfast, for the evening, and 3 hours before the reservation they called us and told that the restaurant is full and they can't honour the reservation... it didn't matter that we were hotel guests...

Perfect central location! We crossed the street to see the first Christmas market.

La situation de l'hôtel était parfaite, l'accueil sympathique et le personnel parlait un peu français. Nous avons apprécié le SPA (ouvert jusqu'à 23h00) et bien dormi, la chambre était propre et tranquille, spacieuse, avec une touche art déco, bien équipée. Beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner.

La musique un peu forte dans la salle du restaurant au moment du petit déjeuner. Il n'y a pas vraiment d'autre point négatif à relever.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit einer super Lage und sehr schön eingerichteten Zimmern. Auch das Hotel Spa hat eine total schöne Athmosphäre.

In our trip we stayed in 12 Hotels and this has to be one of the most Beautiful hotels and rooms we booked. The Staff was EXTREMELY ATTENTIVE AND HELPFUL. The restaurant was very good. Location is Perfect. 20/10.

Clean, modern, beautiful at a perfect location.

During the night or early in the morning sometimes you hear the tram crossing. It was not annoying for us, but maybe it would be for someone else.

We believe this is one of the Best Hotel Values in Europe!! Exceptional Staff and an excellent location with Tram Passes given for each day of our stay. Trams are immediately in front of this beautiful Hotel. We were charmed by the Staff and design of this superior boutique Hotel, that is priced comparable to mass market chains. We highly recommend!!

Personal - top Restaurant, Frühstück, Bar sehr gut Schöne Suite

In der Suite war es sehr laut. Die Strassenbahn spürt und hört man deutlich. Die Strassenbaustelle auf der die ganze Nacht gearbeitet wurde war sehr störend. Aber das schlimmste war, dass das Zimmer und das Bad kalt waren. Das wurde auch nicht geändert während wir dort waren !!

Zentrale Lage, tolle Atmosphäre, sehr freundliches Personal. Großzügig geschnittene, modern eingerichtete Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten, alles tipptopp sauber.

Gegenüber ist aktuell eine Baustelle, so dass es gelegentlich zu Lärm kommt. Wir wurden jedoch bereits bei Ankunft darauf hingewiesen. Am Wochenende stellt dies kein Problem da

The 24/7 construction….especially bad from 0100-0400, which was insane that it was legal for construction to go on during that time.

Stilvoll designtes Hotel ohne unnötigen Kitsch und Pomp, sehr zuvorkommendes, nettes Personal - ohne unehrlich wirkende Überschwänglichkeiten, Lage könnte nicht besser sein, Frühstück perfekt - lokale Produzenten, top Qualität - wir werden Stammgäste!

The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff exceptionally friendly.

They say on the description of the hotel that they have air conditioning. This however isn’t strictly true. Your room temperature can only be lowered to 2 degrees below the outside temperature (Swiss law apparently) and it was very warm when we stayed there.

L'hôtel et la chambre étaient MAGNIFIQUES !!!!! Le personnel était adorable et à l'écoute. Emplacement PARFAIT ! Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet hôtel !!! Je le recommande vivement
