This was our second stay and we enjoyed spending the Thanksgiving holiday here relaxing with family. The house is cozy and comfortable and Allie the host left a Thanksgiving welcome kit for us and had the table set for Thanksgiving dinner! We can’t wait to return again.

We had a fabulous time on our girl's trip. The property manager was amazing, and very prompt in getting back to me with my questions. The welcome we received when we got there was so kind. The home itself was beautiful, and the yard was amazing. Such a perfect place for a relaxing vacation.

Clean and fully stocked

We can't say enough about this beautiful rental home. We are a family of five with three children and a dog. The home was clean, spacious and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location of the home worked really well for us. We were visiting for a big family reunion with most family staying at Samoset Townhomes near the lake. We were able to visit them daily in less than three miles. We were also very close to Gunstock for the tree top rope course and alpine coaster adventure days. We did that twice and had a blast grabbing lunch & drinks on the patio restaurant at the base of the mountain with our large group. The Fun Spot arcade was close by and perfect for a rainy morning. On our last night we were visiting family at Somaset and the power went out all over the town. We drove home and the lights and internet were working at the house!!!! We were the only house around with a generator and with three children, this was a major bonus! We also enjoyed the large deck and backyard with the kids. We saw deer, wild turkeys, a bobcat and a porcupine! The kids thought it was awesome. We would highly recommend this home and plan to rent again next time we are in the area.

Allie has a wonderful property. Fit and finish is top notch and the house has everything. you could reasonably need. Location is perfect - quick drive to both Gunstock and the lake. Communication is prompt. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely time at this property. The house was well maintained and stocked. The owner was very kind and communicative. I only docked accuracy of online listing because it was advertised as a four bedroom which is why we booked it, but it was only three bedrooms. The fourth was a common area in the basement with a pullout couch, not a fully private bedroom. Otherwise, it was a really great, clean, newly updated home with everything you could think of. I would recommend this property to friends!

Allie's beautiful mountain chalet home is truly idyllic and a little slice of heaven! Everything was exactly as expected from the listing & photos, yet even better than we imagined - we felt right at home from the moment we arrived! We had a fantastic family trip! Great layout, clean, well stocked! Location is fantastic at the base of Gunstock Mountain and close to the lake, restaurants and everything else you might need. We are already booked again for the summer and can’t wait to go back!

We had a great time in Guilford. The mountain was right around the corner and we could see the slopes at night. Unexpected extras like cooking spices were awesome as we did eat at home most nights. We really enjoyed the whoe experience. The only negative for us was the firmness (or lack thereof) of the mattresses but that is personal preference.

Gorgeous house and great location near Gunstock Mountain Ski Resort and hiking trails lots of great outdoor adventures and a bonus 6” fresh snow upon arrival and departure an awesome winter escape! We enjoyed all the amenities of the home including fire pit on the back deck and taking pictures in the ski chairlift! We appreciated all suggestions from Allie a great host ! I can’t say enough about how cozy and well maintained this home is, we would def go back !

We spent Thanksgiving weekend in this beautiful home. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed to have fun and relax. The beautiful kitchen is fully stocked and is open to the living area. It was spacious and comfortably slept 7 adults. Allie was very helpful and kind. The fireplaces both inside and on the back deck were great! We would definitely return to this house and beautiful area.

We immediately felt at home in this mountain property that we used for a small gathering of three old friends from school. Allie, our host was so lovely and has outfitted the house with everything you could possibly want for your stay! If we come back to NH we would DEF stay again! We rented this house to gather family who had not all been together since the pandemic began. Allie's home was beautiful and has all the comforts of home. The location was conveniently located near restaurants, shopping and plenty of outdoor activities. Would definitely stay again!

We spent an extended weekend in this lovely home. It was so nice to have a home base where we could come together and spend time together after not being together for quite some time due to the pandemic and schedules. The foliage was beautiful and we can’t wait to come back soon.

Allie's house is a beautiful mountain home with all the modern amenities you would like. While it was only my spouse and I, plus our two dogs, this home could accommodate much larger families has it has an entire downstairs living space. Allie is a wonderful and responsive host. We look forward to our next visit at her Gunstock Mountain home.

We rented this house for my mother's birthday. Our group comprised 6 adults and one little dog. The host left a pie and some wine to help us celebrate! The house was lovely and spacious enough that we did not feel cramped. The house was very well appointed with all manner of kitchen tools, spices and condiments. We over-prepared for the trip! The primary bedroom is a loft, so light and noise filtered up. The bonus space in the basement was great to keep noise contained at night. This house really does not fit 8 adults unless you bring an inflatable mattress. One bedroom has a full size bed. Five adults is probably the optimal number of guests if you don't use the sofabed. Still it served our needs just fine. The deck was terrific and we spent a lot of time outside. We couldn't figure out the AC and the host responded within hours (if not within the hour). This is a great house. I would certainly come back!

This property is very nice. We stayed there in the summer and it was fairly close to many things. If you booked it in the winter it would be a great location for skiing just down the street at Gunstock Resort. It was a very well equipped house in great shape. We enjoyed our stay.

This home far exceeded my expectations In terms of cleanliness, comfort and communications. Allie has done an incredible job of thinking through all the details that a traveler and their family might encounter and accommodating them. She was proactive in communications and checked in just enough to ensure my stay was going well.

Stay was once again excellent and property couldn’t be better! Owner is extremely responsive and very focused on making sure people enjoy their time at the property.

Great home and well appointed! Beautiful kitchen with large stone island and gas range. Fridge is amazing, actually makes coffee too! Living room is cozy with fireplace and you have so many channels to watch on the tv. Bedrooms are extremely comfortable with soft down pillows and high thread count sheets. Bathrooms are as high-end as the rest of the house. Great rain shower upstairs and a deep soaking tub n shower downstairs. Outside, you have a spacious deck with plenty of comfortable seating, a gas fire pit and grill. Great spot to watch all of the wildlife. The location is perfect. You’re a half-mile from gunstock and only a few minutes from Lake Winnipesauke. Allison, wonderful house and thank you for hosting us!

I can’t say enough about this house! We had the coziest and most relaxing week. Allie was incredibly responsive and the house had everything we needed and more. We will be back!!

We had such a great time. The house was perfect!!! We loved the deck and outdoor fire pit. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The furniture and beds were very comfortable.The location was very peaceful yet close to everything. You won’t be disappointed. Everything was amazing!We will be back!!

Allies's home seems brand new, everything is state-of-the-art, from the gas fireplace, to all the appliances. Allie was almost immediate to respond to any questions, check-in and out were simple. The home itself is located 3 minutes from Gunstock Resort and just a short drive to the lakes. The house was stocked with everything you need to have and enjoyable stay from games to both a gas and wood fire pits. The house is 3 floors with one bedroom upstairs and 2 downstairs, the kitchen and living area are on the main floor.The kitchen has everything you need to cook any meal, large or small. The shed even has ping pong and corn hole. Wine and candy on the counter made us smile upon our arrival.
