The hotel is really lovely. The amenities and rooms are amazing. Rooms include little kitchenet, balcony and very spacious living room, as well as bedroom. The room service was daily and common areas for the guests were cleaned regularly. View from the hotel is amazing, however it's location is quite difficult to manage. Excellent value for money.

The food in the restaurant and pool bar was poor and expensive for its quality. We waited 45 minutes for bowl of chips, which costed astonishing 9 Euro. What we got was what look like leftovers chips, that were cold. I think the hotel is severely understaffed. The poor bar staff was struggling and almost in tears. This happened daily. They also should reconsider their processes and communication between the kitchen & waitresses.

Clean place. Nice swimming pools. Great dining options. Great view from our balcony.

Rooms were big enough. Superb views and nice staff thag fixed a better room that inland view.

Cleaning was good enough but not changed towels first 2 days.

There was not much restaurant/food services and options for quests who did not have all inclusive, only take away pizza and burgers. Considering the distance and accessibility from other restaurants this would really be needed in the hotel. Also the gym was disappontment, not a real gym but outdoor only.

There was a market at hotel area which had a selection of basic needs. There was a planty of sunbeds and many pools. The hotel had a deal with Gorgona beach club. It was nice because we got free sunbeds.

Breakfast was quite average. Cats were all around and waiters were too busy to drive them off. Our room was next to the most popular pool even though we asked for a silent room. Noise from the pool woke us up a few time.

The pools were great and plenty to choose from. Breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from and the restaurant manager was super friendly and helpful, staff were wonderful. If you love cats there's plenty of cuties for petting. Option to use gorgona Beach for free was great.

There was some noise at quite a late time due to a group getting overly excited on one night. The larger pool filled up quickly.

Excellent view, good pools, very family friendly and good service.

The hill that the hotel is located at is very steep. Very. It does however give an excellent view to weigh up the cons but for a family it can be quite the challenge for the smaller ones.
