We had a great time at this property and it’s perfect for large group. Loved that bedrooms were spread out and that were places for small groups and large groups to gather. Historic Amelia was fun with nice restaurants and shops!

Just right size for our family to be together prior to my sons wedding weekend

We had a fantastic time on Amelia Island and a fabulous home to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday with family and close friends. It felt like two houses in one and everyone was comfortable and happy. Having the pool in and fire-pit was an added plus and we enjoyed that the beach and golf was just a couple minutes away! The property managers were extremely helpful with getting someone over quickly to get leaves and dirt out the pool after it rained and to help us figure out how the appliances worked. A great stay!

House was super spacious, great place for our family meal and lots of room to break up into smaller groups. Beds were comfortable, having the additional ensuites baths was a big plus. The backyard was wonderful to hang out with everyone, pool well kept, we use the fire pit every night.

Stayed 4 days for a wedding. Home was very spacious. Kids loved the heated pool. Number of bathrooms was outstanding. Management was easy to work with and responsive.

We had a great time! The nearest beach is just minutes away, beautiful, clean, and with great access. Plenty is stores around. Neighborhood is beautiful and calm. The house is just perfect.

Our family of three siblings and our families stayed in this beautiful home for a week in December. The reason was for a son’s/nephew’s/brother’s/cousin’s wedding in Jacksonville. The property is even better than the pictures. More than enough space to spread out and to join together. Our two dogs loved the backyard. All guests remarked about the comfort of the beds. And so clean, even for this clean freak. Extremely quiet and beautiful. We would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. We really liked the layout. It was very spacious and love that almost all bedrooms had their own bathroom. Great location that was close to the beach and loved that there was a pool for the kids to enjoy.

We have a large family and this house was great for everyone. HUGE kitchen and multiple spaces to gather. The pool was obviously great, short drive to the beach - plenty to do nearby. It was a wonderful stay and we appreciate the hospitality.

This vacation was our annual family vacation. The stay included 2 grandparents and 4 adult children and grandchildren ages 7 to 14. The house is fantastic with lots of space. It was a wonderful time. Grandkids loved the pool and body surfing at beach. Afults loved having personal space. All meals were at house due to size pf family...as chief cook and bottle washer i thoroughly enjoyed fully stocked kitchen and utilized it fully. My only suggestions is the owner needs to consider some type of ice. We are used to having to furnish additional ice on family vacstion however the small ice maker in second kitchen is not enough for even 2 people. Only other isdue was grill was filthy..mgmt said they would gladly send domeone to clean however we needed it right then as meal was ready to be cooked..overall picture perfect.

The house was awesome. HUGE backyard with a nice pool. The house can easily accommodate a large group and has 2 full kitchens. The common area is massive with tons of seating and the biggest counter I've ever seen. The property was easy to check-in to and Management were great with my questions. We did request the pool to be heated (additional cost), as it is mostly in the shade. The pool temp was perfect for mid-May. The house has plenty of plates and dishes if you want to cook. I would recommend you rent a car to travel to and from the beach/town. Uber/Lyft is not reliable on the island. The closest beach is about a mile away and has tons of parking. Overall our experience was very positive and we would recommend this house to anyone looking for a large beach house near the beach.

This house had everything we could ask for. Plenty of space for the kids and the adults to spread out. A fabulous pool and gorgeous backyard. With two complete kitchens and two laundry rooms, everyone had the opportunity to cook and eat and clean at their preference. The house was also very convenient for driving into Fernandina and walking around the adorable downtown.

While on a busy road during the day, evenings are quiet and sitting outside under the shady live oaks and magnolias is a must… and take advantage of the lovely open floor plan kitchen to spend time gathered with friends and family. Perfect gathering spot for a family reunion or getaway.

The property was in a great location and was the perfect size for our group of 10. There were enough areas where the guys could sit and watch the news and the women could go into another room and chat. The only problem we found were the areas of the house where the floor had a step down or a step up. We needed to keep the lights on in the one hallway and bathroom downstairs so no one would trip. Other then that the house was exactly what we needed!

Our family of 11 adults had a great time staying here. There was plenty of room for everyone and when we gathered together, we had space for that too. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the Marion Coffee bar.

We were 18 folks -- the families of 3 sisters -- 15 adults and 3 little kids. With the size of the kitchen and family room as well as the nice backyard we were not crowded at all. Having multiple kitchens and regrigerators can be an advantage but we rarely used. Host was responsive when we had an issue with the coffee maker and one of the 3 dishwashers.. One inconveniece was that the only microwave was in the second kitchen. The main area could definitely use a microwave.

3 families stayed together, had a great time! We had one problem while there, management attended to it immediately, great service!! Not drawback, a 10AM checkout is too early…

Beautiful home. With a high fees I expected a cleaner property, better landscaping, and more customer friendly check in and out times. Several cabinet drawers and doors were broken, difficulty cooling the house. Company was very responsive, but I would prefer these things be taken care of when fees are so high.

Would absolutely come here again. Very spacious!! Nice area, lots of fun things nearby.

This place is great for a group who may have some visitors who need to work while on vacation. A common room off to the side of the kitchen was perfect fir an office area.
