We loved everything about our stay!

Everything was as advertised. Awesome, awesome awesome! Considerations to keep in mind - a good amount of stairs to reach downtown and if you are above average in adult size the single beds may a bit uncomfortable. I’ve tried other accommodations in town - hands down this is the best !

Wonderful property with the best views of Ketchikan you can get. Perfect location other than some stairs if you don't have a car. We'll stay here anytime we come back.

Couldn’t ask for a better view and location. So much in walking distance. Clean, bright and a great view of the harbor, mountains, and eagles. Will definitely come back.

Can’t say enough positive things about the location and views. Within walking distance to downtown and all the restaurants and bars. Enjoyed the view and watching the cruise ships come into port. The not so goods in my opinion, The “about this rental “ in the beginning of the listing has the house as 2 full baths which it is not. Second bath is a toilet in the laundry room. My bad for not catching the detail in the “Rooms & beds” in the bottom section which does list it it as a toilet but still feel this is misleading. In my opinion house needed a better cleaning job. Cobweb in corner, furniture needs to be dusted, floor needed to be swept/vacuumed, dirty coffee mug in cupboard. When paying a cleaning fee, I expect it to be cleaned. Persons preference mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful stay in this very well-appointed home. Mindy was amazing and very quick to respond! The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We would definitely stay here again Thanks so much for your amazing hospitality, Mindy!

This was a great place to stay - beautiful view, clean, spacious, and perfect for our 5 day visit. The location was in walking distance of many activities, restaurants, and shopping. It's hard to imagine a better experience.

This is a lovely place with a spectacular view and within walking distance to the downtown area. It is also off the beaten path and despite being above the main road in is quiet and peaceful. The place is clean and comfortable. Beds are particularly comfortable. I would stay here again.

The living area is filled with natural light, and the location is convenient to the walkable downtown... but the real star of the show are the views! Cant wait to come back.

The house was lovely and in a quiet situation above the town. Hosts have perfected the secure keyless entry! House itself was very nice--must be so hard to get such nice things in a remote setting with only 37 miles of paved road! Beds and pillows were comfortable. Shower was very nice.
