The Inn at Creek Street was perfect for the one-night trip to Ketchikan that I took with my son. Great location to see all the town's sights. Much good food nearby. Thank you!

We stayed at he "New York" location, just on the other side of Creek Street. We loved this part of The Inn, it was really close to everything, cute rooms in a century old hotel. The best part was all the folks working there. Sara picked us up at the ferry and was so nice and helpful. Austin was equally wonderful. A lovely view of the horbour (when not blocked by a cruise ship). Such a wonderful experience!

Great location. Well kept vintage buildings. Was difficult to contact hotel staff is my biggest complaint. The front desk is frequently not staffed, so difficult to check in and out. Room was never cleaned, serviced while we were there. Street parking was easy, convenient.

Service and hotel rooms were excellent.The antique mode and creek setting made this a unique stay. Particular cudos to the hotel shuttle driver who was so friendly and prompt in picking us up at the ferry station, and dropping us off the next day.

We had a full day of airport delays. Arrived late. Room and staff were fabulous. Wish we had more time. Really appreciated the quick shuttle from the ferry. Made us want to come back to explore more. Highly recommend!!!!

I had a wonderful time staying at the Inn at Creek Street. It is located right next to everything I was interested in visiting and I felt very safe. The room was also well kept and extremely clean. I can’t say enough about the staff. They are a friendly bunch and always helpful. I will be staying here again and recommending to friends and coworkers.

This is a two star hotel at best though I paid $290 a night. Was completely unprepared to be right along bridge with a lot of noisy trucks. The hotel clearly gets complaints because they provide earplugs. First time I’ve had to source a YouTube with white noise video just so I could sleep. Staff was friendly, but they were rarely there in afternoon so when I had questions I could not find anyone. Heard a lot of noise from other rooms also. Every door opening and closing
It is close by the port and in a quaint area. The crêpe place next-door is awesome.

Really appreciated the shuttle service for pickup at airport and dropoff at ferry terminal. Our driver offered great local recommendations for restaurants and things to do in Ketchikan. The hotel was really nice and in a perfect location. The staff kindly prepared the room, meeting all our personal requests to make us very comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again.

We received a message before arrival with instructions that we would be picked up from the ferry and taken to the hotel. The staff was so sweet and helpful throughout our entire stay. The room not only had a gorgeous view of the water but it was immaculate and cozy to spend time in. We were within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. We would love to come back and stay again!

Service was great, except for housekeeping. We had to call for toilet paper and towels. Not sure if they visited the room except once to do a fast clean. Front office crew was great and the wait staff at the restaurant was super. If you have difficulty carrying bags up a long flight of stairs, do not take rooms over the NY Cafe
