The location is ideal for getting anywhere you need to go. There were enough kitchen equipment for us to cook and stay. The bed was comfortable and the place was super clean. We took our pup and he loved the screened in porch! I def recommend.

When I arrived I received an email stating not to park where I was told to park (in front of the garage door). In the instructions I was given I was told it was a "privilege" for them to allow me to bring my dog and that was what the fee was for but I could get charged more (not sure what that is about). The set up in the living room was not comfortable at all. It only had a loveseat that was not comfortable and too far from the TV that I could not figure out how to turn the volume up. Could not figure out how to turn the light off and keep the fan on. Host provided nasty instant coffee, the stove was dirty under the burners (did not use), when I stripped the bed I noticed there was no mattress cover and stains on the mattress (and I don't want to know where those stains came from). I did not stay both nights, the dogs barking next door kept me awake. If you want to see pictures I will be happy to share. In addition, the ad stated it slept 4 however, there was no additional bedding or even an extra blanket. I would not stay there again.

This property was exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. The host was quick to respond to any questions through email. We would definitely stay here again.

Came to visit family in the Auburn area. Great central spot and had all the right amenities for us.

It is a very nice property with some walking paths that our dog enjoyed exploring. The condo is clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The linens were nice as well. Has Roku TV that was easy to use.

It was perfect for our short stay for a State Swim Meet. We would definitely consider staying again for future competitions or camps at Auburn.

We arrived at 5:30 (90 mins past checkin time) to find the place had not been cleaned. The property manager answered the phone right away and said she’d be right over to clean it- which was great. But after a long day of traveling we didn’t even get to clean up before our reservations at Acre (a really nice restaurant!). So that was disappointing and tiring- and we looked a mess. But they were quick to come clean while we were at dinner and it was clean upon our return. We appreciated the quick response.

Another great stay at this wonderful condo! Convenient and comfortable!

Great place to stay while in town for a game

The location of this condo couldn’t be any better for our needs. Close to grocery/shopping, restaurants, schools and parks. The floors have recently been renovated to wood and the queen bed….soooo comfortable. Wonderful value for all the comforts of home!

The apartment is in a peaceful apartment complex in Auburn, and the neighborhood is nice and clean. Amanda was very helpful with any questions that we had.

We were visiting our son. The apartment has everything you need. This is a gated community, it was quiet and safe, close to restaurants, stores and AU. The communication was good.

We booked this property solely for the king bed, but it was in fact a queen bed. The A/C in the main portion of the home seemed to struggle so they had a portable A/C in the bedroom. This was quite loud. We did not sleep well at all. There was also someone's used press-on finger nails under the bed, among other things. Sorry to say, we did not enjoy our stay.

This is a great spot to stay in Auburn! The location is convenient and was very clean.

This was a 3 night trip for an athletic camp for my daughter in the area. The apartment was just as the pictures implied. Communication and check in/check out was easy. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe. Close to eating and shopping. We did encounter one slight problem during our stay, however the owner's were very quick to reply and took care of the situation in a very timely manner. If we return to this camp again next year we will be sure to book here again.

Easy checkin. Very clean. Only recommendation would be a TV in the bedroom :)

The entire check-in process was very well explained in detail, no issues what so ever... safe area and easy to get to... amenities were plentiful and we didn't have any problems during our stay, except the TV lost it's sound for a night but was back working the next day... the only minor negative was that the carpet was pretty dirty, but again, very minor... Check-out was well explained in detail as well, and I'm assuming we did everything correctly? Anyhow, excellent property for a few days visit in Auburn... THANK YOU!!!

We spent a week in this property while visiting our Auburn daughter. Location is about a 5-10 minute drive to downtown & campus. Townhome is in a development of mostly local residents/students (Longleaf). In my week there I rarely heard any noise from neighbors in the building or car traffic outside. The apartment itself was very spacious and although a 1-bedroom, there was more than enough room in the living room for the air mattress my teenage son slept on. I'm always weary of how clean a rental is going to be upon arrival but this place was great! I normally stay in Marriott properties using points when in Auburn but would absolutely consider staying here again if available & would recommend to others.
