Serena’s house was just lovely. Perfect safe large yard for our dog to play. The kitchen including utensils were outstanding. Furnishing throughout the house was very comfortable and attractive. We will definitely return one of the nicest properties we have been able to stay in. Thank you Serena

A wonderful and enjoyable place to relax and improve your energy. We visited 4 towns, waterfalls and springs, gardens and ate very well. 4 days were good but 4 weeks better. Thankyou so much for letting us stay in your house. Mark & Sheena

This would have have to be the 'MOST OUTSTANDING' Property we have rented for Accommodation on any Holiday we have taken, Put simply, the Property is very centrally located to the Township of Trentham, is immaculately maintained PLUS provides so many "added extras" that OTHER Accommodation places DO NOT provide. The Host is accessible to communicate with should there be any need to do so (eg locate certain things within the House) and the property is extremely PET FRIENDLY...........AN EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY.

It was lovely to arrive to a warm house. Very impressed with the presentation and the feel of the house. Nice touch to have a welcome gift of some coffee beans and chocolate. Thanks Serena. An easy walk into town. We really enjoyed our stay, very nice relaxing in front of the Coonara fireplace.

This property was immaculate and tidy with every detail accounted for including a personal note of welcome from the owner on the fresh packet of coffee beans!
The house was perfect for our adult family with 2 living zones inside and fire places to use, large outdoor decks and the provision of many things in the shed to use including a hammock under the tree. Very relaxing space. The garden was lovely with fresh herbs to use in our cooking and our dog was secure in the large fenced yard. Our adult kids loved the close proximity to the coffee shops and we all enjoyed the walking tracks. We will visit again.

Had a great weekend in Trentham and loved this house. An easy stroll to Du Fermier and to the Main Street.
Huge and beautiful garden, house was spotless and bigger than expected, lovely garden outlook. Well equipped and super welcoming. Will be back.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful house - so much more a home than a holiday house. So comfortable, with absolutely everything we needed. Even the fires were set, which was a treat in the heart of winter.

We enjoyed a lovely stay with my parents at this property and wished we could have stayed longer. The house has everything and more that you could need to enjoy a cosy weekend away. Location was perfect with a short walk to the main street and easy access to the nearby walking trails. We will be back!

Skipping distance shops, cafes, and historic moments and surrounded by delightful cottages, the location couldn’t be better.
We found everything we needed quickly and you certainly have just about anything anyone could ever need! One of the most well-appointed properties we’ve stayed at. Everything from the cooking equipment to the ping pong table to the amount of comfy seating. And having a choice between two log burners was so luxurious!

Beautiful property and wonderfully equipped with everything you need. The outdoor areas and garden are lovely and our dogs really enjoyed the spacious fully fenced yard. Great bushwslks and bike rides in the area, and Trentham is a charming town. Our stay was on the weekend of the Vintage Tractor Pull which we really enjoyed attending. Serena, thanks for being a wonderful host, we’d love to return someday!

Beautiful property in the heart of Trentham. You can relax in the spacious house, chill out in the large garden or enjoy the games and activities in the games room. Highly recommend for a relaxing break.

We love this stay. Always clean, tidy and well equiped with and plenty of room to stretch out and sink into the peace and quiet and fresh air of Trentham. It is our go to stay in Trentham. Best part is we can holiday with our fur kid, who makes our little family complete.

This was our third stay at this property and it won’t be our last. It’s set in a well kept garden, perfect for the dog and for relaxing under a shady tree. With a pantry stocked with basics including tea, coffee, olive oil and vinegar, and an excellent oven/cook top, it’s easy to prepare meals. For those times when you want to eat out, there is a good pub and excellent cafes a short walk away. Two wood fires keep the house toasty when the temperature dips. The host is great to deal with and has thought of everything that’s needed, plus more.

Great to get away from the city and really slow down. Lots of walks and sitting around chatting and relaxing. Biggest decision is what book to read!

We were a family group of aged siblings and spouses. We loved the property from first stepping inside. It was clean comfortable and great location.
However the one big let down for us was the shower being over the bath, this proved to be impossible for one of the guests due to hip and ankle injuries, but felt quite unsafe for the rest. A seperate shower would have been the icing on the cake, so to speak.
We loved our time in Trentham and thought it was a gorgeous, tranquil little town. We hope to return one day.

The property is so welcoming! With two decks capturing the morning and afternoon sunshine, and lots of garden surrounding the house. The house is light filled and thoughtfully set up, with two wood fires! All the little details that make for a great getaway have been thought of.

A wonderful long weekend in what is becoming a regular getaway for us. Serena has created a home with absolutely everything one needs in a holiday home and more. Great beds, gorgeous natural light, thoughtful touches and a beautifully maintained home. The position is brilliant with the Main Street just a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended.

You totally forget your stresses and enjoy the quaint country surroundings. A well spaced property, the garden is vast with a lovely deck. Back snug room well lit and perfect for lounging well into the night. Games tucked away for kids that make a nice surprise and comfy beds. Generous extra heaters for bedrooms where it does get cold. Would come here again in a heartbeat!

The garden provided some lovely veggies during our stay to supplement the locally purchased ingredients. The second lounge gave the teens a zone to play their games. During our stay we visited local markets and state parks. We highly recommend the property for families.

We could not recommend this property more highly. Really was a home away from home with every detail thought of to make our stay memorable. Location was perfect and property ideal. But be warned once you step through the doors your plans to explore everything the region has to offer may be put on hold as we didn’t want to leave! Thankyou Serena for the use of such a beautiful home. Will definitely be back.
