Cheng was beyond amazing to work with! We ended up with an oceanfront room on the highest floor within the Lagoon tower. We lived on the balcony and at the beach! We had front row seats to the fireworks show. We will be back!!

The check in was seamless and the property was very clean. We upgraded to an oceanfront room which was fantastic.

Took stars off only because it says ocean view but we were placed on the 4th floor and our view was obstructed by palm trees. Tried changing it but unsuccessful. The hotel offered a downgrade condo but it was smaller with only partial ocean view. Otherwise, the hotel/condo space is quite spacious and right off Waikiki beach. Overall, overpaid for no ocean view which was quite disappointing. If you book here, it’ll be pure luck. If you get maybe 3 floors above me, it would’ve been great. The host is great and super responsive.

Unit was as advertised. Prior to trip the owner asked to move us mid week. We accommodated and were moved from 6th floor of Grand Waikikian to penthouse (24th floor) of Lagoon tower. First unit was newer with higher end appliances and in room washer/dryer. Second unit was larger/2 stories with a huge wrap around patio and beautiful views. Really nothing to complain about regarding stay or communication with the owner. The property managed our move incredibly well including cold storage. Hilton Hawaiian Village was very busy and managed Covid protocols well. Ready to go back already.

Hilton lagoon tower was a great option for us. Fun kids pool with 2 slides. The lagoon offered good water fun. And we were situated at the end of Waikiki beach and walking distance to stuff.
