Our stay at this Sugar Beach Condo was EXCELLENT!!! It is conveniently located mid island, away from the hustle and bustle of the busier cities. Being on the 5th floor gave us a spectacular view of the beach side and then to the right you have the wildlife refuge! (The lower floors are missing that view). The condo groundskeepers are busy keeping the property well manicured and clean and facilities are well maintained. We were SO pleased with everything about the condo. It was stocked with all our basic needs. The appliances and all kitchen ware were pretty new and everything was in great condition. Our bed was very comfortable and slept very well. The owner provided us with everything we could have needed for enjoying the beach and our stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo for your next visit to Maui!

It was my wife and two kids with us and Megan's place was absolutely perfect. It was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and more and the location in Kihei felt central to a lot of what we wanted to do. Also, Megan is SOOOO thoughtful with her tips and tricks. We are definitely coming back.

Condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed! We loved the pool and grassy area with lounge chairs...there were always some available. The location was ideal to get anywhere else on the island and close to restaurants and shopping. Megan, the owner, was so easy to communicate with!

This place was perfect for my favorite daughter and me. I appreciated all the amenities in the apartment. Full size good shampoo after a day in the ocean was so much better than tiny trial bottles. I was able to borrow the snorkel gear and save the rental. We used the backpack nearly every day. Even had binoculars for whale watching! It felt like home. The location was super convenient compared to when I stay at Ka’anapali. You could consider the kitchen fully stocked! There was even a stick of butter for the banana bread impulse buy! Incredible sunsets from the couch every night! The wind was much stronger than I remember from previous visits and it caused the sliding glass doors to rattle almost constantly- a little annoying, but not unbearable. We had a small issue with a previous quest logging into Netflix and locking the account. Megan was quickly able to rectify it so we could log on. We also had the chain in the toilet tank that connects to the flapper come loose. Within an hour, someone was there to fix it. I highly recommend this place

This was an amazing condo in the best location on Maui. Sugar Beach 504 was a perfect home away from home. Everything was as described (or better) in the listing. The binoculars came in handy and we were able to do some whale watching! The lanai had a perfect view of the pool and beach. Megan is a great host and provides everything you need, in both amenities and a detailed guide to the island. She reached out after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed (which we did). We took several of her tips that made our stay even better. I highly recommend Sugar Beach 504!

Our family has spent a few vacations at Sugar Beach Resort, in various condo rental units. This condo was more nicely updated than some of the other units, it was clean, comfortable, and convenient. We enjoyed our 5th floor view of the resort overlooking the beach and ocean from the lanai. Communication with the owner was easy and friendly. We hope to return to this condo again on a future trip.

My wife and I had a very fun and relaxing stay at unit #504. The room was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The view from the deck and listening to the waves hit the beach at night were wonderful! The pool area, lounges situated in the grass among the palm trees, and easy beach access were a highlight to our stay. There is a sandwich shop located near the main office that had great food and very friendly staff, "Earl" was one of our favorites! This Condo is located in a great place to base all of our day trips being centralized to most of the places we went.

Morning whale watching from the lanai, beautiful sunrises over Haleakala, impressive sunsets over the Western Mountains, grilling steaks and burgers for dinner, great conversations in the hot tube and wonderful walks/jogs on Sugar Beach in the early morning. All this and more made our visit to our family in Maui the best! Looking forward to returning. Mahalo!

Our condo was wonderful. We had a beautiful view of the ocean & sunsets every night from the balcony. Everything you needed was provided by the owner, even coffee. Close to most places. A very nice beach walk along the ocean. The condo was extremely clean with all of the amenities. We would highly recommend staying here. The owner is wonderful to work with.

We really enjoyed our brief stay . Close to the airport for late night arrival. Appreciate the attention to detail with shampoo, conditioner and soap for shower. We needed a couple extra nights before our other resort reservation. This was perfect! We will keep this in our favorites for future use ! Thank you !

This condo was immaculately clean and stocked with all the kitchenware you might need. There were even chairs an a cooler to use. The sunset view from the balcony is incredible. There are 6 gas grills to grill out with by the pool area. The pool feels wonderful as well as the hot tub. It is centrally located so you are hardly ever more than 20 minutes away from airport,West side and Southern part. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Our second trip to this condo and we hope it won’t be our last.

We spent a week exploring Maui from a very convenient location Jan. 9-15. The condo was the most well appointed condo we have ever stayed at, the owner was courteous and prompt in communication, most helpful in pointing out every possible activity you can imagine. The grounds, pool and jacuzzi are clean. The lanai offers a good, partial view of the ocean, but the sun sets perfectly in front of you, through the waving palms. Very good value!

Megan is very responsive and full of so much info on what to do on the island.. we had a great time

Can you say awesome and outstanding at the same time? - because that is how I would define this wonderful condo and host. The condo gave all the comforts of home and then some. This was an excellent condo, right on Sugar Beach, for our family of four (kids ages 12 & 13). Kitchen appliances and utensils were really good (not like some rentals we have stayed in). Boogie boards and coolers for use came in really handy! We just wish we could have stayed longer!

Centrally located, beautiful beach and a lovely condo with a view made our time in Maui very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again! It’s a treasure spot. Thank you Megan!

Sugar Beach Resort is located in a perfect spot for site seeing the island. It had everything we needed, it was clean and the bed was comfy, two of my most important requirements. It fit perfectly in our budget and we hope to come again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was only two nights but I’d stay there a week or no problems. The place is very well kept, Megan is super easy and very informative. The beach access and amenities were perfect. Again I’d stay here in a heart beat. For the price it’s a bargain. The pool was great too. Can’t say enough good things.

The pictures of the condo do not do it justice. It was so much better than what we expected it to be. The view from the lanai was beyond beautiful. Everyone we encountered was helpful and friendly. The owner of the condo was magnificent and very informative sending us extremely detailed information about the area and things we could do during our visit to the island. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone who will be traveling to Maui. We will definitely be back again, hopefully soon.

Easy access from airport,check in took minutes, the room was exceptionally clean,very well supplied boogie boards chairs, umbrella,beach towels, nice pool and jacuzzi.Can swim on the longest uncrowded walking beach in maui, 50 feet from building.Is centrally located on the Island. you get great sunset views of the ocean without cooking in the sun all day, The Host was very accommodating.

We recently stayed at this VRBO condo on Sugar Beach in Maui, and it was simply perfect for our family. The condo was clean and welcoming, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the standout features was its proximity to Sugar Beach, just steps away, and the awesome pool which our toddler absolutely loved. The property owner was incredibly attentive and provided us with an excellent welcome package. The property manager was also great, assisting us with setting up baby rental equipment, making our stay hassle-free. We loved the condo's location, which was close to everything we wanted to explore in Maui. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We give it 5 stars without hesitation. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with us!

Used this condo as a short, last minute "staycation" to get away from the hustle and bustle of working long hours and extra workdays. Morning was spent walking the beach, daytime was spent at the pool. The deli on property has a vast and variety of choices on the menu. Place was clean and well kept. Definitely one to chalk up and mark as a "favorite" for any future staycations.

We had an amazing vacation in this beautiful condo in Sugar Beach, in Maui. We enjoyed its swimming pool and beach access, and the view from the terrasse was amazing! There is a convenient cafe with delicious sandwiches, burgers and hawaiian food in the residency, and a place where you can book boat tours with snorkeling or cruise dinner. The place is also located in the heart of the island which allows you to visit the whole island easily. Our host Megan was very kind and Mario, who is in charge of the building, was very helpful. We will come back!

We stayed at the apartment for one week and had a great time! The apartment is well situated, by the beach and my girls loved the swimming pools! (both for little kids and adults). It was clean and has all the amenities needed to feel like at home. Great cooking ware! Would return again!

My family just returned from a wonderful trip to Maui and this rental experience helped to make it happen. Its location gives terrific access to the whole island. The condo is charming with a lanai providing an excellent place to start and end the day. Our hosts were kind and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay SO much! From the cleanliness, to the communication, to the views, the Mehta family is amazing! The place is very clean, had plenty of accommodations and extras that came in handy. We utilized the pull out sofa and it was very comfortable for our kiddos. They even provided us with a helpful packet of info prior to arriving. We’ve been to Maui before, but we always enjoy seeing recommendations and ideas, and it is clear that they care about the island, their home and it lets guests know they should as well, in a great way! We’ll definitely be back and can’t thank you enough for sharing your amazing home with us. If you want a stellar view of mountains & beach this is a great recommendation!
