The team accomodated our early check in and late check out needs, were super helpful with holding our bags after check out and made us aware of the great chocolate hour which we got to enjoy despite our short stay. Overall, the room was great and felt it was extremely comfortable and suited our needs to recover after a few days camping.

The chocolate hour between 3:30 and 4:30 was amazing everyday with mini chocolate themed disserts I love how friendly and accommodating the staff are and they really go above above and beyond to help with whatever you need. The beds were super comfortable and rooms extra clean and well designed!

Breakfast was very good value for money and I like how they start at 6.30am. It was perfect for our early start on our tour. There was a good variety of food and service was fairly quick, although it helped that there were very few people around at that hour. Staff were helpful e.g. when I could not operate the coffee machine. Our room was large. Bathroom was nice and spacious. I liked the tea and coffee sachets placed in the room, as well as the hotel's "Chocolate Hour" in the afternoon. Location however was very convenient, close to shops, the waterfront and Salamanca market. Beds were large and comfy and shower pressure was good with hot water. The restaurant was also not bad, with Italian food.

We were on the second floor and there was no view at all. Rooms with a view cost a lot more, so we had to stick to this room. TV did not have any free channels that we could watch.

Breakfast choice had a wide variety and good quality. One time the hot breakfast were the dregs of the litter ie the bacon. Otherwise it was fairly good.

When in the back room for breakfast, the staff were not available, catering to the patrons in the main room out front.

The menu at the restaurant was very limited but what we did have was delicious. We arrived for breakfast @ 9.30 and continental offerings were running out and not restocked which was, again disappointing. The service staff were wonderful however.

Good location. New hotel with a comfortable modern room.

My room window faced a cement wall. Really only worth staying if you can get a room with a view. Also, always get a printed copy of your invoice on checkout. They said they would email. Didn't. Rang 3 times.

Best location. Busses cross the road; visitor center 2 blocks away; turn left is the walking street, there are lots shops and restaurants. Good services and friendly staff.

A big clock on the top of old post office building, which is opposite the hotel, chiming every15 minutes; inside the room often has cracking sound. Maybe because I am a light sleeper.

Rooms were very well designed - small but very functional. Great location. Beds really comfortable. Coat rack is great in winter as you need somewhere to hang coats and scarves.

Hard to find the entrance via car. Need to valet park there is no parking for yourself. We didn't have a view at all - looked out at a back alley where we thought you'd either have water or mountain views

Great location and really friendly and helpful staff. Valet parking was lovely to have and the view on floor 14 was wonderful. Lifts were quick and rooms were nicely furnished with good TV selection including Chromecast.

Chocolate Hour was a let down since so many people attended and there is little seating. The room had a funny smell and the bathroom door did not block out sound which made for awkward toilet conversations.
