3 North Shore was a wonderful location, clean, comfortable beds and a well-appointed kitchen. Beautiful porch with comfortable furniture. Yummy restaurants within walking distance. And a BENGALS bar!! What's not to love!

This was a great place to stay with adult kids. Very short walk to the beach. Secure and covered parking. Close to shops and restaurants. Can easily bike or walk to lots of places. Would stay here again.

The property was great! The unit was located close to restaurants, shops and a very short walk to the beach. The parking garage was under the condo complex and required a code to enter. The unit had everything we needed including some nice extras like hand soaps at each sink. We would not hesitate to book this property again!

Great location. Right next to Coligny plaza. Plaza has lots of stores & places to eat. There are several restaurants in walking distance such as The Sandbar, Flatbread Grill & Rock Fish. The beach is close by. You can either walk across the road and down the street or go down to main entrance. Close to both ends of Hilton Head. The property is kept clean & secured. The condo is clean as well. Bed are comfortable. It does get chilly in the condo. I suggest either bring warm clothes or if you can a blanket. Only a sheet and thin bed spread are provided. If you aren’t aren’t picky about aesthetics, with any place lived in, there were a few cracks in the one bathroom floor like someone previously dropped something. Ding in bathtub and kitchen floor to name a few. The towels are basic towels. Bottom line condo was comfortable and had plenty of kitchen dishes and appliances. Furniture in living room were comfortable. We had a great time & would rent the condo again.

Had a wonderful stay. Location was great, within walking distance to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Condo was clean and we loved the balcony.

Our stay was great and the location was perfect! I loved the everything was very secure from the parking, to the walkway, to the stairwell and elevators. The condo is decorated beautifully. The master bedroom and bathroom could definitely use a facelift to match up with the rest of the place, but absolutely not a deal breaker. There was plenty space for our family. We had breakfast on the balcony each morning and spent the evenings there as well enjoying the music from Coligny Plaza. Funny story after the fact of course - my husband and son got stuck on the elevator after we arrived and got settled, but the Hilton Head Fire Dept. arrived very quickly to get them out. They were on there with some really nice other guests visiting, so the ordeal gave us an adventure to talk about from our stay. Overall, we would definitely opt to stay again!

My husband and I stayed for a short getaway after our daughter got married. PERFECT location. Walking distance to so much and the beach is right there!

We had a great stay at this property. It’s comfortable, well equipped, and the location is perfect for us. The unit is a short walk to the beach and steps to restaurants and shopping. Our communication with the property manager was excellent. We had one small problem and it was fixed the same day. We will definitely be back to stay a this property.

This property was easy to get to, had all the amenities we were looking for, and was in a prime location to the beach and Coligny Plaza.

Our condo unit was very clean and updated. There were no issues at all. The check in process was quick and easy. We recommend this place and hope to rent the unit again in the future.

We really enjoyed this condo and location. All updated except master bath. Furniture was so comfortable. We enjoyed the privacy and comfortable porch furniture most of all., Close walk to beach, shopping, & restaurants. Perfect with small children. 4th floor pool was such a bonus! Property manager was so helpful, friendly, and available!

Would stay again in a minute. Very clean, well decorated, close to everything. Highly recommended!

My husband and I have rented many times in Hilton Head but usually houses in North Forest Beach for our large family kids/grands. We had walked by this building many times and thought it was so nice! Finally we got a chance to go for a short visit alone! This property was great for us! Parked the car and walked everywhere! Very quiet location even having the balcony facing Coligny!

My family and I enjoyed our trip immensely! The condo was clean, comfortable and had more amenities then listed. The proximity to Coligny Plaza, the beach and the playground were great with two young kids!

203 North Shore Place was a wonderful location for our after-Christmas vacation with family! The location and proximity to Coligny Plaza and the beach was fantastic! The unit was roomy, comfortable, well-stocked, and well-decorated. Easy access to the beach with a very nice pool and hot tub on site. Loved the complex - secure, clean, and visibly appealing. Relaxing, quiet, spacious condo in great walking distance to shopping, eating and beach!

Unit is aging welll but needs some updating. The dining room carpet is a real trip hazard. Easy to fix.

We stayed here for a girl’s trip. We loved how close we were to the beach. Everything you need is within walking distance. We didn’t have to get in the car at all. Condo has a great porch for hanging out. Everything very clean.

My husband and I were very impressed with Bradley’s condo at North Shore Place HHI. Check in, condo, location and pool were perfect for our weekend getaway! Bradley was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. We highly recommend a short or long stay. This condo will not disappoint.

Very clean condo, the location was terrific, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment right across the street. The property was secure, and beautiful. The beach is about a 3 minute walk. The balcony was very nice, and you can tell the owner used the best of everything. The pool on the 4th floor is spectacular. Could not have been better. 5 stars

Our 1st time to HH & we hit the right spot! This condo location is the best! It’s very well decorated. We brought our own bikes & felt they were secure overnight in the gated parking garage. We walked or rode our bikes everywhere
