We loved this house, we felt at home… the property is very clean and new, the beds were very comfortable, there was everything we needed, sheets, blankets and extra towels… the kitchen was equipped with everything necessary appliances, even coffee and food, species and everything necessary…..the communication with the host and manager was excellent, he responded quickly to all my messages and was very friendly…..I would definitely stay in this house again….the neighborhood is quiet…

Our granddaughter plays on a tournament volleyball team and participated in the Salt Lake City Showdown, a huge event with thousands of people held at the Salt Palace in downtown SLC.
It was nice to have a clean and welcoming home to return to after a full day at the tournament.
The showers and bathrooms are clean and well kept. The beds are excellent. It is a quiet neighborhood. There is a great selection of cookware. The appliances are clean and new. Coffee is furnished. A grocery store and restaurants are close by.
Compared to staying at a hotel in SLC, this was a less expensive and better option. I would recommend this home to anyone, especially if you're attending this tournament. It was an easy drive into SLC and parking was easy to find.

Perfect property for a few brothers on a weekend trip.

We had a great stay it was super easy to check in and check out! We went skiing in Brighton which wasn’t that far from bus stop! We also spent a day in park city which was a 40 min drive. The house was perfectly located to city and near the canyons to get to ski resorts. Also close to some great restraunts. The place was super clean and we will definitely be back for more trips!

Our group consisted of four adults, and three children (6,4 & 18 mo). The home was in a good location - we visited the Aquarium, a water park, Thanksgiving Point and friends in Cedar Heights. The location is great to go either north or south of SLC. The home was clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of towels. Full size washer and dryer made the stay even better. There was only one “living” area and it would have been great to have the basement available, but I believe the owners are working on that. Other than that, I have nothing negative to say about our stay.

Clean and nice house
Communication was excellent before checkin. The house was large, well stocked, and clean. Extra towels and sheets in the linen closet. Lots of food options in the area. The washer and dryer are powerful - we were able to wash all our clothes and linens from our road trip. Garage was large - my pickup fit no problem.

All the comforts of home
We were in town to celebrate my grandmother's 90th birthday. This was the last stop on a 3 week long road trip. Check in was a breeze, the house was immaculately clean and made us feel at home. My boys were excited to play on the PS3! If we come back this way, we would definitely stay here again! We even watched the Taylorsville Days fireworks from the driveway. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay as a family.

Impeccable!
We really enjoyed our stay at your house! You provided every amenity possible! Plenty of seating, large TVs, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, baths with soaps and shampoo. Your house was tastefully decorated and open and airy. My only suggestion would be a large shoe tray and rug near the front door for wet ski boots so water doesn't get on the floor. Not a big deal tho, we used some towels. Overall, this was an awesome place!! We absolutely had a great time vacationing at your house! Easy access to all ski resorts too. AAAAAAAAA+ ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great central location for Ski Vacation
This home appears new and pristine. We used it as a home base to ski at Alta and Brighton. It was a convenient location for going out to dinner in Downtown SLC. Everything worked well and the host checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied.

Wonderful experience!
We loved the house! Very clean and well-maintained property. As other reviewers have mentioned we are VERY glad we had a garage since it was snowing during our stay. We also had a change in plans at the last minute so we ended up extending for 2 extra days and the host was very accomodating. If we need a rental in Taylorsville in the near future we will see if this one is available!

Perfect home for a weekend stay
This was an excellent VRBO experience. The property was very clean and private. The owner had supplied all the cooking essentials for every meal. And the bed was very comfortable. Easy and prompt communication with the owner. And what a treat to park in the garage! Highly recommend this property.

First rate experience
My wife & I rented this house with friends while in Salt Lake City for the Utah State Fair. The house was a short, easy 15 minute drive from the fairgrounds. The host was very responsive to messages and easy to deal with.
The house is brand new, clean, quiet & provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It was easily one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had. We look forward to staying there again on our next trip to SLC!

Cute house, good location. Loved that there was a garage to park in. We enjoyed playing some of the card games provided by the host during our down time. We also appreciated little gestures like being left ice cold water after a long day in the hot sun. Overall a great stay!
