As other reviewers have stated, the house is perfect from location to layout to included amenities! We felt like we were at home and already looking forward to coming back! Dock and cove are very calm for water activity and navigating boat!

This beautiful home could not have been more perfect for our combined families of 11 with ages ranging from 7-70. The home was incredibly spacious and clean. Having two fully stocked kitchens with plenty of seating and room to store anything that we brought with us was a huge help. The downstairs amenities were a blessing to keep the kids from getting bored, especially on the one rainy day that we had. The game room was supplied with board games in addition to the ping pong table and the arcade game. The awesome movie room has comfy reclining seats, as well as quite a few DVD's to choose from for added movie options.
The best part of our vacation was obviously the lake time. Our party enjoyed the kayaks and lily pad that were supplied, and we also brought our own paddle boards. There are noodles, as well as a couple of inflatables, electric pumps, a small selection of life jackets and some fishing supplies available. The dock is very spacious with plenty of seating and room for everyone to enjoy. Having the refrigerator on the dock that we stocked with drinks was very convenient. The location away from the main channel made for calmer water, which is exactly what we were looking for in a rental.
The host of this gorgeous home was friendly, open with communication and extremely helpful with any questions that we had. We have already recommended this home to all of our family and friends, and we would absolutely rent this home again. It definitely exceeded our expectations.

We decided to have our 20 year sorority pledge class reunion on the lake and this was the perfect. There were 10 women celebrating 20 years of friendship since we first met in college. This house has everything you could possibly need. We loved the space, the dock, and the location. We all decided we need to try to do this at this house again next summer!

EVERYTHING you could ask for !!! Super clean, beautiful home with something to keep everyone busy. The theater room was a huge attraction for all. Ping pong and Pac-Man Twister too. We spent many hours on the dock with the Lilly pad and kayaks. Plenty of room for the pontoon and jet ski we rented from near by . Kids caught fish off the dock and the mini fridge saved many trips back to the house . Plenty of seating on the large dock with built in speakers.This home is a 10+

We have stayed at many houses at the Lake of the Ozarks and this is our favorite. Fully stocked kitchen, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, plenty of space and an unmatched outdoor living area and dock. Homeowner was great and had good communication.

We’ve been vacationing as an extended family for the past 4 years, and as my son-in-law said, this time we “hit it out of the ballpark”. This home is perfect! The decorating is gorgeous, the house layout is well planned, every inch of the place was spotless, and the communication from Michaelane was top-notch.
We are a group of 13: grandparents with our 3 adult children, 2 spouses and their children ranging from age 3 to age 15 ½. The movie theater and upright arcade game were enjoyed by all. We loved sitting out on the screened in porch while playing board games or just enjoying each other’s company. The kitchen was more well stocked than any kitchen we’ve seen. The only thing we couldn’t find was an ice cream scoop, and if we had looked harder, we probably would have found that!
I was a little worried when I found out the water at the end of the dock was 10-12 feet deep, but we brought life jackets for all the kids, and they loved jumping off the dock and playing on the lily pad. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks, and the kids were catching small sunfish like crazy off the dock.
We rented a pontoon boat (with a Sea Beast deck tube) for a couple days and a jet ski for one day, so it was very nice to have the boat slip so we could come and go easily. Bogue Bay was very peaceful, and we never left the bay when tubing, kayaking or jet skiing.
We try to vacation in a different Midwest state each year, but if we were to repeat a location, this would be the one!

We celebrated our granddaughter's third birthday with family and close friends. The house was spacious and accommodating. There are so many extras both in the house and on the dock. It was perfect for our family. The owner was very prompt with a couple of questions. We will definitely return!

We have stayed at dozens of rental properties and this is easily the best for a group vacation.
The house was absolute perfection, beautiful and open with lots of room for eating together, playing games and hanging out. The outdoor areas are just as amazing. We did venture to Bagnell Dam. We did not care for the atmosphere there, but with so much to do at the house we did not feel like we are missing out at all. We will definitely be back!

We travel to a different state every year! This home didn’t disappoint our family. We enjoyed the family time watching movies and playing in the game room. We kayaked with the family and did a little swimming. If your looking to get away from the City this house is a must… Property manager was amazing!

Spring Break Getaway
This was an amazing property!!! The pictures do not do this property justice and it was above our expectations. We will stay here again. The theater room was so much fun since we had a rainy day and the outdoor spaces were amazing on the nice weather days. Excellent communication from owners on how and what to do for every step. I would recommend this property to anyone, you won't be disappointed!

Perfect for fun group weekend at the lake
Really enjoyed our stay for an extended 4-day weekend. We were a large group - 4 families with our kids - but the house was perfect.
So much to keep everyone entertained - ping pong table, the AMAZING and cool movie room, and of course the perfect location right on the water with awesome dock. Our group loved the screened-in porches and enjoyed just sitting and relaxing and hanging out each night after dinner.
Huge kitchen was perfect for us, as we stayed in and cooked all of our own meals and took advantage of the gas grills provided (which were clean and in nice shape).
Owner was VERY forthcoming and upfront about the possibility of a septic issue with the house that they are monitoring and being watchful of until they can perform a full repair in the off-season. Even with our large group, we didn't experience any issues.
We would absolutely stay at this property again!

Great Property
Very nice property! Everything was in terrific shape. Lots of room for family on both levels. Full kitchen on both levels allows for two separate food preparation areas for large groups. Beautiful theater room with modern equipment. Our family especially liked the dock area. Lots of space for swimming and a couple of nice Kayaks to use. Road coming into the property is gravel for about 3/4 of a mile but not hard to navigate. Some spots are steep but our experience is that this is common in the Lake of the Ozarks. The stay is well worth it!

To begin with, I don’t leave reviews but this place deserves one. From the initial contact with the owner to our final departure, everything exceeded any expectation. The pictures of the property don’t do this beautiful house justice. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when returning to visit. Just amazing through and through.

Awesome property
My family had a great time here. The location was perfect!! The house was unbelievable and just an overall great experience. The pictures do not do justice for this house. It is AMAZING!! The dock was just right down from the house and the kids had a blast swimming and playing in the lake. We will definitely be coming back.
