House was great for our needs except for the steps. House had all amenities of home but could use some updating. House wasn’t cleaned very well sand in carpet n sofa trash left in upstairs bathroom n ceiling fan didn’t work on top level. Some of the tv remotes didn’t work one was broken. But all in all we had a great rime

The home was in a great location and slept 12 people comfortably. On arrival it was obvious the home was not cleaned properly. Old food was found under most couches and beds. Trash from previous occupants was left behind in bathrooms. On a more positive note the location is perfect! Just steps away from the pool, restaurant and bay beach. Close proximity to the fountain and market as well. Amazing sunsets!

The house had nice amenities and was clean. Multiple decks, large living room and kitchen was nice for the large family. We liked the island as well. Pool and bay beach was nice for the days we didn’t go to the ocean beach. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The location of this rental is perfect for young children and elderly adults because it’s close to the beach and sand on sunset isle. We rented it last year as well and really liked its location and amenities. Would recommend to others.

It is a perfect location. Nice home for multiple guests. Beautiful sunsets can be viewed from the home. Steps from the bay, and the pool. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. For your own comfort bring cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper, garbage bags and extra towels. Not enough is provided for the amount of people the home is available to. Know the thermostat is located in the dining room (behind a decorative tree) and the master bedroom. The gas fireplace does not work so don’t bother. Have an idea as to where to park a third car because nobody seemed to know the garage key code and the parking at the house is only two cars. With all this said I would quickly go back. Everything with Vacasa was easy and smooth and with this extra knowledge of our stay we would be much more comfortable.

This is not a beach property. The large resort complex has a TINY beach - it's mainly a path along wetlands. House was very dark - overhead lights in dining room and our bedroom had no bulbs; lamps had very dim bulbs; some rooms had electrical boxes in ceiling but no fixtures. Some electrical wall sockets did not function. ON THE OTHER HAND, very large house, steps from wetlands path, good gym and large indoor pool (3-5ft depths)

We have stayed here for several years, and this visit the upgrades made were great and noticeable

Lovely property located in a great spot on the bay. Close to the sunset isle beach and waterfront. Definitely would return to this rental!
