We loved this home! It’s completely updated and has all the amenities we love in a home (minus central air). But the fans and great circulation made our stay very pleasant and I enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen

I was extremely pleased with this lovely home. It truly exceeded our expectations on all accounts. Communication, location, cleanliness, comfort, etc. We are a family of 6 and it was spacious yet there was a flow that allowed for togetherness in the best way possible. The house was just as described! Perfect location and set up for our stay. We have kids at ASU, so staying in this home made our trip to visit very comfortable. The owners are very responsive to questions and/or concerns. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at this cute place in Alamosa, furnished with everything to make our stay comfortable, and our kids loved the foosball table! Check-in was super easy and in a quiet neighborhood (to our liking) in addition to being close to downtown. Temps were a little elevated in the house so the fans were appreciated. Thank you!

We wanted to acclimate before heading to higher altitude. It was charming and relaxing. The Sand Dunes were a hit with our teens.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was so comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids (they loved the foosball table!). Really nice location with plenty of close amenities. We did a lot of our own cooking and meals, so the big, gorgeous kitchen was perfect. The beds were SO comfortable - which is always such an unknown, but we all slept so well and enjoyed being close to Great Sand Dunes. This place also came with complementary wrist bands to Great Sand Dunes rec area hot springs - which were a big hit with the kids (and adults)! Would absolutely stay here again if we get the chance.

I loved everything about this rental! Beautiful inside and out but still so comfortable, is well stocked with everything you need, good location, renters booklet tells you everything you need to know to get the most out of your stay. Highly recommend this property to anyone coming to the area, THANK YOU!

Nice remodeled home. Close to the university campus. We enjoyed the open family spaces; the house felt larger than it appeared. It was awesome to have a large kitchen and table. Bathrooms were well-appointed, and there were plenty of cleaning products in the house. Large washer-dryer and laundry room were helpful.
There's a rooster somewhere in the neighborhood. He was annoying but that's not the property owner's fault. Back bedroom doesn't have very good ventilation and it would be nice to have some bedside phone charging options. The house was super convenient for GSD National Park.

Little Renovated gem in an old town. It was refreshing to find things as shown in pictures. We have stayed in numerous VRBO in past 5 plus years and photos can be deceiving sometimes.
Love the hardwood floor throughout and kitchen setup/space.
I have somewhat OCD with cleanliness and I don’t have negative to say except the cleaning crew might want to wipe the cabinet doors, door handles and the doors. Will definitely stay again!

We had a great time. Just a caution - there’s no central air conditioning in the area so sometimes it might get muggy during the day. When we stayed the weather was nice for most part so we didn’t feel much when the windows were opened. The owners were very informative and co-operative.

Highly recommend this cute cottage for many reasons - neat, clean, roomy, comfortable, very quiet, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, and well represented online. Easy access to area activities. A wonderful stay overall!

This home is in excellent condition and very comfortably decorated! It's located in a nice neighborhood near Adams State University and minutes from restaurants. We were in town to visit Great Sand Dunes National Park and it was a perfect location! The owners were friendly and responsive and I would recommend this home for a stay!

Enjoyable stay
I was a little skeptical of staying in a property without any guest reviews, however we decided to try this one since the listing looked so great. Well as a matter of fact the property is even better than as shown online. Its a beautifully renovated mid century modern home with big rooms and lots of space. The choice of furniture is high quality and the appliances are top of the line. The house is very quiet and we felt safe in the neighborhood. The owner was responsive to all my inquiries .I highly recommend staying here.
