Excellent customer service as I was really tired, and front desk actually helped me find my room. Very comfortable bed.

Rooms were clean “no bugs”. Also having a shower chair available.

The waffle maker was broke and long line to the breakfast bar .

Rooms where a good size

Property is very rundown pictures do not display properties. Current look we stayed in the king suite when we arrived we were told the pools are now closed due to the county shutting them down. Our room is also very dirty. None of the plugs worked and the little bar area was filthy. The fridge had so much ice we couldn’t even use the freezer when my daughter went to unfold the couch bed we found crumbs, candy and Trash under the mattress you could clearly see it had not been cleaned.

All went well, the staff was excellent and accommodating.

Rooms were very clean and the atmosphere was great.

For the price a better breakfast would be nice. Eggs and toast added some people can't or don't like waffles. I can't eat them because of medical reasons.

My kids never left the pool area! Wee did the weekly rate it was soooo worth the money! Good breakfast selection.
